I have a working formula in my table to calculate the job duration from "job start" to "job end". I am trying to use the same formula to calculate a job response time from "Job Creation date" to "Job start". The formula is as follows:CONCATENATE(FLOOR(DATETIME_DIFF({Job Start}, {Job Creation Date}, 'minutes') / 60), ":",RIGHT("00" & MOD(DATETIME_DIFF({Job Start}, {Job Creation Date}, 'minutes'), 60), 2))However, this doesn't seem to be working as I have a job created date of 20/06/2025 13:00 and a job start of 20/06/2025 13:08 and the result it is giving me is 0:52 - I cannot seem to get this formula to give me the result of 0:08 which is what the actual result should be.My job duration formula works exactly the same way and gives me the correct answer. I can’t access my bases. When i try, I get “An error has occurred, Refresh the page” and when I click on the provided “contact us” link, a very general page opens without contact options. Now that page is not accessible and results in a 504 error. The “error has occurred” message is accompanied by an error code of  pgluwBBDyL62GtnawThere aren’t any other ways to check status of Airtable, and this is directly affecting my businesses day to day operations. I’m using airtable as a project management tool amongst other things in my business. It’d be really great to have the time in a date field default to 5:00PM (EOD) for every date entered instead of the current default which is the current time. Is there a way to do this other than using a formula as I’d really like to use the new timeline feature which doesn’t seem to support formulas. Thanks for the help!

I have a requirement to delete all records from my Airtable base. Currently the documentation says I can delete only upto 10 records from a single request. Is it possible to delete all records at a time (Instead of sending multiple URL’s with 10 records id’s each)?

Hello!We have been using Airtable to great success as part of our curatorial process (choosing puppet theater productions from around the world to appear in our annual festival.) Now we would like to use Airtable for other processes like - assessing financial feasibility of each show, documenting production needs for shows that will be appearing in the festival, and archiving information for shows that have appeared in the festival. We also have many venues, many artists, and many countries that the artists are from and we want to track all of that easily as well. We often use forms to get info from artists directly into the Base.  The way I am planning on doing it is with - 1 Base with 4 Tables (Shows, Venues, Artists, Countries), and the Shows table has over 100 fields that are used for various stages of the workflow. I want to be able to count the total amount of times all “jobs” has had all “job type”. Example: Job - “Contact Customer” is Job Type - “Enquiring”. If we get a hit the type will change from “enquiring” to “prototype” however I want to log that is was an enquiry permanently and count how many total “enquiring” we have had. In my setup, each of my clients has their own base and interface. They can submit support tickets through their interface, and those tickets feed into a synced table in my team base. I just got my 21st client and it says I cannot add any more sync sources to my support ticket table.I have the support tickets going to a second support ticket table right now, but our support team doesn’t get them in their support ticket feed. I thought maybe I could create an automation that copies the support tickets from the second table into the original support ticket table, but that won’t work because I can’t create an automation to create a record in a table synced to another source. I thought about creating a new base just for support tickets and then syncing that back to my Team Base, but then my team can’t edit the records once they get to the team base.  Is there another way to create a table that syncs all of my clients’ support tickets into one table in my team

So I have discovered that automating a PDF into an attachment field is not possible from page designer at the moment. I was curious if anyone has found a way to view their page designer block in an interface? If not I will have to go back to the "data" side of the base and move it over to an attachment field and then go back into the interface. I think if I could just view the page designer in an interface I could screenshot the page and drop it into an attachment field without leaving the interface.

Hi, I'm receiving an Airtable Error 429 in Make, even though it's fully OAuthorized and verified. It relates (I believe) to high API usage.I stopped using the Airtable, which should have reset the API traffic; however, the issue is persisting even when I’m not using the Airtable.The issue isn’t on Make’s side, I isolated the error by connecting another Airtable (which worked fine) and then tried connecting the Airtable that isn’t working to my account, and it didn’t work.

I'm using a simple JSON to POST data to create a new record in Airtable.I'm using Field IDs to prevent name changes from affecting the integration. I'm trying to setup an automation that sends out reminder emails to a bunch of people. I'm wanting to customize the email to pull information, such as their name and email address, into the automation. However, when I try to input the dynamic data into the email that will be sent out, the only option I have showing up in my "insert values from field" are ID and the primary field in the table. Whereas with most dynamic setups, I'm able to pull data from any field in the table. Why are the other fields not available? Is there a workaround for this? Hi,I have a simple airtable-database ad datasource for my Weweb-project.Everthing worked fine until a few days ago, I get a 422-error in Weweb "insufficient permissions" for only one of my records.The Weweb-community replies this error is generated by Airtable. I'm wondering if forms can also have the "take photo" function in attachments the same as when adding records from a phone or device? The idea is to have customer feedback be able to take a photo in the feedback form without going through their gallery.

One variable I need to use is “Tag” that links contacts to an area of interest (nature, sports, food, etc). Since I use the Tag classification in many places throughout the base (currently 8 tables), I have made it into a Linked Record instead of a separate Single Select for each table. Hello, I’ve got a Bookkeeping Airtable Base and have created a record review interface for the user to review new records, created with transaction info pulled from their banks. They’ve got to make sure they categorize the transaction and that it has something written into the Vendor field, then they hit the “save” button, which I created to run an automation that updates some things behind the scenes, crucially, pasting the value of a formula field (that adds up the Vendor field plus the transaction year) into a linked field called Merchant, and then marking that record as “reviewed.”So far it’s been going wonderfully, but I ran into an issue when a user told me they hit “save” but nothing happened, and going in I realized that the automation only works when there is already a record in the linked Merchants tab with the correct Vendor+year combo. If this transaction is from a brand new vendor, the automation doesn’t work, because – as I learned by checking out

I would like the automated email to send even if the trigger (which is in an interface) is initiated on another computer ( a colleague's, so they would be part of the work email domain(?)) and would not be logged into my email.Do people trying to use this automation from a different computer need to be logged into my email? Do I need to attach their email to the automation?Thanks in advance for any explanations!  

We are a marketing agency that manages social media calendars for many clients. We love the platform for building the calendars and sharing amongst our team BUT sharing the calendars to the clients for approval is an actual nightmare that I can't solve. 1. We have too many clients to add them as paid collaborators and not be super cost prohibitive2. They can comment but would love for them to just be able to use the direct toggle to click approved to streamline.How are you delivering your social media calendars to your clients?
