I have set up a Calendar view for events with Start and End times from my database. The calendar view sometimes shows subsequent/non-overlapping events as overlapping on the calendar. For example, all of the events in the screenshot immediately succeed the previous event. Some are shown as non-overlapping, while others are shown as overlapping events in the UI. Why does this happen? Is there a way to fix so that they do not appear as overlapping in the UI?

I'm using the Airtable node in n8n to search records, and I noticed that the Limit field doesn't allow me to set a value higher than 100. Previously, I could set it to 600 without any issues. Has there been a change in the Airtable integration or any updates to the node that enforce this new limit? If so, is there a workaround to retrieve more than 100 records in a single query? Any guidance would be appreciated! 

How can I quickly get the Airtable Support to contact us? I am seeing a lot of people complaining that that the airtable support does not reply. And the Bot is killing me by routing the whole conversation in circles. I really need them to rectify my issue ASAP, as it is affecting out programmes.Hope that by posting it here they could help me.Reference No: 0088832000889887

Hi all, I would like to know if there is a way to increase the time slot unit vertically in the calendar view. The reason is that it seems that for events with durations smaller than 30 minutes, the events don’t fit any more one above the other and they are showed with a horizontal offset and a slight vertical overlap (see this screenshot). This is not great as it suggests visually that there is an overlap of events, which is not the case. Is there a solution to this problem? In advance, thanks for your help!

Hi Everyone,I’m experiencing a frustrating issue with a user in my Airtable workspace. I’ve set their seat to Viewer, but I’ve noticed that it occasionally changes to Editor without my intervention. This forces me to periodically check and reset their seat to avoid being charged for an additional Editor seat.This month, I missed checking for a couple of weeks and ended up with a $400 charge due to the seat change. Airtable’s customer support has been great about refunds, but I’d like to find a solution to prevent this from happening altogether.Has anyone else experienced this issue? Are there any known fixes or preventative measures I can take to ensure the seat stays set as Viewer?Thanks for your help!

Please solve for me. If I wanted to control which bases a collaborator (individual) has access to and added the individual to each specific base, am I only charged once, since same user?Example, there are 5 bases in ABC workspace, and Bob needs only access to 3 of them. He’s added to all 3. Since same user/email address, is the charge only for one collaborator?

We are setting up a form that will be filled out by campus staff at many different colleges/universities, so there is no one @ domain. We want to ensure that no one submits a non-campus email address, however, so we want to make sure that regardless of the rest of the domain, it ends in .edu. Is there a way to do that ? They won't be logging in or anything, I just need the form to reject anything that ends in .com, etc.

Hello I have a form which accepts email from user. If the entered email is not in master list of emails, then form should highlight this to user and should not proceed with submitting form. Please suggest if there are any direct / workarounds Thanks

Hi all! So, here’s the use case that spurred some thinking… I have a HUGE, monster of a base that is a bit out of control. It contains many intricate rollups that drive some housekeeping/reporting processes. Now that Airtable Sync is available, I’m working on moving those high-overhead processes out to their own bases in the hopes of speeding up the “master” base. One of those processes is a nightly report. The report is driven off of a view in the master base. I synced this view over to a new base, and set up a duplicate of the report. To test it, I’ve been letting it run the past few nights to compare the new version to the current version… and surprise surprise, they are not the same. Current Report: Runs from source/master base, triggered by a zap that runs on a schedule - every night at 8PM a record is added to a table called [Automation Launcher]. Hello all. I am considering Airtable for a product/portal I need to build. I can't glean from the docs and other info how my setup would be billed or if it is achievable so am looking for some guidance. - I manage a database with data relevant to different clients of mine.- I want to share that data with the different customers I have via an interface for a nice user experience. Each client gets a login, and can see the data/projects relevant to them- Those clients then have customers who need to have access to the specific projects relevant to them. Those clients will need logins also in order to access their specific projects - The only action both my clients and my client's clients need to take is updating the status of a row of data (think a list/queue of items to review and approve)I have attached a crude diagram explaining it. Is this setup achievable? Hi there, I’m new to airtable! I have a huge list of contacts that I need to categorize. I am using the drop down Multiple Select Field tool to create “Tags.” I have over 2,000 contact and airtable is only allowing me to select one contact at a time. Is there a way to select 100s of contacts and batch them all as the same tag? Thanks! Meredith

Hello Airtable Community, I've started building a Project management tool on Airtable for a marketing agency that sells consultants time.The Project management part is quite straightforward even though I believe this might change based on the agency needs and internal processes.However, I am now facing some difficulties to implement the "Time reporting" part to this tool. (bases are connected) :   1 - Project (information regarding customer, start/end dates, tasks, sub tasks, consultants,  #total available hours, #total spent hours #nb of tasks completed ...) This is meant to organize projects, track budget and project progress. Dear community, I have a table in which I am tracking multiple records, each has a PDF attached to it. I am trying to create an automated report using Documint that will list all these records. I am trying to attach the PDFs to the Documint Report, but it does not display them. It works fine with image files though. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

Hello AirTable Community,I am trying to export multiple AirTable records in one PDF. Concrete case is a list of samples that have several values, I want to create a pdf that will be handed to the lab for testing containing a list of multiple selected records in a nice format, not just a CSV. Are there any tools or extension for that? I couldn't find anything so far. If this is not possible in AirTable, does anyone know a work around? For example exporting a view as CSV and then automatically converting the CSV to the PDF format, maybe in Google Workspace? Or through the interface?Thank you very much!

I know zero about coding, apps, etc. (yes, I can hear you saying “OK Boomer”). I am looking for a basic explanation of what API is (besides what the acronym stands for, which I had to Google), and why I need it to use Airtable. I am trying to use Airtable as a shared resource for a team to track tasks and task deadlines and status. No integrating with cell phones, no accessing data from somewhere else.

I want to copy “Sum” values of grouped fields within a table, and a field’s “sum” value agnostic of groupings. The information exists, I can see it, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to copy the data for pasting into other fields and/or external applications. Currently, I have to visually reference and manually type the sum value to use the data. This is arduous and prone to errors. I feel like I must be missing something obvious…Does anyone know how to perform this basic function? Thanks in advance!

I am trying to create a form to simplify uploading files to a “Lookup” style attachments field. The table we work out of (Table W) consists mostly of lookup fields pulled from another table (Table S), including the attachments field in question. Multiple records are generated on Table W from Table S and we do not want to upload project files separately to every single related record on Table W. The primary field on Table S is a formula field derived from entries within that record. There are no other unique fields that can be used in a form to select a specific record to allow an upload to the desired field. Any ideas on how to make this work? I can’t show any examples of the tables, but I can try to fill in anything I may have missed in my description. This is where I am stuck, we have a few users who are unable to navigate through the linked fields to add the files to the correct place. I’m trying to design an easy-to-enter table or form where people can enter bookings very quickly. The issue is with choosing a date, a start time and an end time. In other software I’ve used - you can tap a 'Start time" field - quickly type 10 or 1030, or 10:30, or 7 or 730 or 0730 or 07:30 and the software sorts out the formatting. (This is 24hr format by the way) I’ve been trying to get something similar in Airtable and got halfway there with DateTimeParse - but it has been choking on 3-digit times (eg 730 for 7:30am). I’ve even done a formula including an IF statement to check the length of the input and try a different format. But frankly these all seem like massive cludges to fix a basic lack in Airtable - either a Time-only field type, or Input Masking - or input format forcing. I should be able to easily choose the correct format for a field and if someone enters a time incorrectly it will pop up a message to direct them to use the correct format
