Hello,I'm new to logic formulas and need some guidance. I have an AT to track company orientations. I have three columns- {Start Date}, {Orientation Complete Date}, and {Orientation Status}. I would like to create a formula for {Orientation Status} to show "Complete" when {Orientation Complete Date} is filled in, "Almost Due" when {Start Date} is within 14 days of todays date and {Orientation Complete Date} is empty, and "Overdue" when {Start Date} is after 15 days from todays date and {Orientation Complete Date} is empty.Any help or a link in the right direction would be appreciated!

Hi!Right now I get an #ERROR in Column A when the date is blank. However, I'd like it to return "N/A" instead.The formula below still results in an error.  What do you suggest?IF({Formatted Date},CONCATENATE({Formatted Date}," - ",{Event/Release}), "N/A")

Hey everyone! I have copywriters and designers uploading content to our bases on a daily basis. It seems as though previewing Microsoft Word documents (.dox extensions) is not available with the current Box app that Airtable uses to preview attachments. Or am I missing something? Screenshots below are from our interfaces. If you have any ideas how we can get these previews to show it would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, I have observed some performance decrease for the last 10 days, no matter the size of the database I am working with. The message “Loading this view may be slow due to a large number of records or fields” appears very often (it even appears when I call the airtable “What’s new” menu) Calling linked records is slower than it used to be. I am using Airtable every day to consolidate different data sources and my daily work has increased due to this performance breakdown. Am I the only one to observe a performance breakdown and, if not, is there anything to do? Thank you Pascal

Hi,In one column I want to get shown a trend more obvious with colours.So I want the difference to the week before and in this case a green or a red broken heart.But somehow I am not allowed to put the heart at the front and the difference at the end ...(se result: NaN) 🤔 🤔Any idea, what I cannot see right now?Best regards,Martin

Please any guide on this? I am  trying to fetch all the data from the products endpoint of an API using a limit of max 500 data point per fetch and an offset that increment per every fetchSo if the offset is 0, and the fetching max limit of 500 the next offset = 500, 1000, 1500 in that order.I already have to script fetching the data at max of 500 but I have to always manually set the offsets which is time consuming so I want this to be automated in code. If I can get a sample code that does similar I will be glad

Let's say I have a cell that as the following information I inserted below: Beef Onion Burgers with PicklesIngredients:2 hamburger patties1 onion, diced2 tablespoons ketchup4 slices pickles2 hamburger bunsHow can I separate all of the text to the left of the word  "ingredients" into one cell? I basically am trying to extract the name of the recipe into its own cell.

Hi, I' new to Airtable. What I'm trying to do is to create a gantt chart with the start and end dates for the phases in a record to follow up the peoples workload which is different for each phase of a project. In one table I have the phases of a project in one record. I want them in a chart like below. I can create this with an automation via a "planning" table but I can't seem to update this table when a date changes in the original table. The link in the original table to the planning table contains the ID of each created record in the planning table (so 4). Can some one help me ?  An alternative is to delete all data in het planning table on a certain time interval and rebuild the entire table but I cant find the way to delete all the records in a table. thanks,  Koen

Firstly, English is my second language, sorry for the grammatical mistakes.I want to set an automatization when someone submittest a form to Table "Dary" (donations), I want it to search two other tables "Kontakty" (Contacts of individuals) a "Firmy" (Contacts of companies) if there is a record of the donator. I have a Table with organizations. Each org has people attached to them via a People Table. Each organization has a status. One of them can be 'Contact The Organization'. How/where do I create a View to show me all the people I should contact, for all orgs. I want a grid view with columns to display Contact details such as Name, Email, Phone plus the org name they are associated with plus a few other org columns such as Status and Country.Insights are much appreciated.

I'm pretty sure I've seen this covered before, so forgive the reposting. I want to create a field that generates a flag icon/emoji if a checkbox field is checked.I'll use this to add the icon to my field title (using Concatenate) so it draws attention. I've done the same thing using the SWITCH formula, but I can't figure out how to do it with a checkbox field.TIA!

I've written a formula to return 'Y' if any of the 4 dates fall within the current week. Hey friendsI have one table that contains all the names of the people who paid money and one table of cold leads.I want to automate that when a new record is created in the payer's table, a V will be marked with that user based on their email in the cold leads table 1.I created an automation that looks for the email of the person who pays in table 1, but I can't find an option to "update records" for that email in table 1 because I can't find his record ID.I would love to understand what I am doing wrong.Thank you! 

The field entries are £20.49 and £13.66 (both fields set to 2 decimal places) but in a third field when I use CONCATENATE this is what I get:Summary: Headline £15000 pa Actual £9975 pa £20.491666666666667 £13.661111111111111How do I get £20.49 and £13.66 ?tiaps - I daresay this (sort of) question has been asked before but I have no idea what to search for. 

Hello,I have 4 columns setup. Date Opened - is a created time field, logs when an entry is createdTime Opened - is a formula field with the following:  TONOW({Date Opened}) - Simply logs in minutes (will likely change to hours) how long an entry has been opened for.Done - Simple checkmark boxDate Closed - Is a formula Field with the following: IF(Done = 1, LAST_MODIFIED_TIME(Done)) - simply logs the time an entry is marked as Done with a checkmark.My current issue is, I'd like Time Opened to stop counting as soon as Done is checked and I cant quite figure out how to do this. Does anyone have any pointers?Thanks!

Not sure if this is a air-table or zaiper question hopefully someone can explain to me. This is what im trying to do:Uploaded video To frame.io where the name of the video is the same as a Unique ID in airtable ( called Asset ID ) in Airtable search for a field ( Video Edit ) Input text or link  to inform that video has been uploaded I have tried to find the record using a search function and my zap looks ok but when i run it it does not update to the correct field.when i test the last part of my zap ( input text ) it will only place it in the first record and not the one attaching the unique ID i have tried the following SEARCH functions also FIND SEARCH(({Asset ID}))!={Edit}SEARCH(({Asset ID})) = {Edit}not sure if it is that or when i go to set up my action in the RECORD section i am picking the wrong dropdown.i thought it may be “custom” “zap search was found” but didn't work , and i have also tried multiple other options  any input would
