Hello all, I have two tables.MONTHS : https://airtable.com/shrkKQn1rwn5BcjksDAYS: https://airtable.com/shraNAmopa2LDZQxVIs there any way to make automation that each time I change manually the date of a record in DAYS table, it changes the field MONTHS wich is a link to the MONTHS table?i.e.: When the date is 12/01/2023 (European) it must be linked to the "23/01" record in MONTHS table, and if I change manually this date to 12/02/2023, the automation should change the link to the "23/02"  record.Thanks

I am creating a dashboard interface for a donor management base.  There are fundraising campaigns which have receive donations towards a goal.  If the goal is, for instance, $1,000 and I receive $100, that's 10% of my goal and I'd like the dashboard donut chart to move the colored section up to 10%.Is this possible???  Thanks!

This is a messy question i agree... let me rephrase it:I got 2 sheets: Sheet A , Sheet BIn Sheet A there is one field called MONEY(all kinds of money record) and one field called USER (somebody's nickname like P or M or E)What I'd like to archive is in Sheet B's field named NOTE, it can automatically look up in SheetA's MONEY and sum every data if it's field USER is P.Basically it can be done by one link field, one lookup field and a roll up field, but need to update manually if anyone add anything in the data source sheet (SheetA)I guess my question is that is there any way to do that automatically like in excel? Which can be done easily by using the count if() and sum() functions.

I have a Lookup field called 'Call Result' in my Contact table for my Touchpoints table's 'Call Result' column - which is a drop down. I have a view called 'Hit Lister' and I would like to filter records where I have encountered - for example - 8 voicemails in a row. Hey,Im currently working on a resource planning tool and im struggeling to make it work like intended.The way it works is, im creating some jobs with a resource linked and a start and end date.What i want is a script to check every new record and if the dateinterval is overlapping several workweeks(Monday-friday) it's splitting the record into several other records with same resource and name but date is a maximum of 5 days inside the same workweek.E.g. record "job1" with start date 15 december 2022 and end date 22 december 2022 with resource George is split into:Record "job2" start= 15 december 2022, end = 16 decemberRecord "job3" start=19 december 2022, end = 22 december"job1" is supposed to be deleted then.If someone could send me in the right direction, i would be grateful!

I have a list of donations made to an organization.  I have created a Dashboard Interface to report monthly donations received.  I would like to add a number widget that sums the number of all donations received in the current month.  I've already worked out how to filter to the current month, but I cannot find any option within the number widget to allow me to SUM.  I can only display the Record Count or a Field Summary.  Yet I have seen the post linked below that has the ability to do what I want:https://community.airtable.com/t5/interface-designer/interface-cannot-use-formula-result-in-number-element/td-p/76935What am I missing???  TIA!

I would like to be able to have a different formula in each record, rather than one formula applied to every record.My table is a task list. The Due Date of each task (record) is relative to the Due Date (date field) of the Final Task. Task A is due 1 day before the Final Task is due, Task B is due 5 days before the Final Task is due, etc. Is there a way to input a formula into each record's field that would calculate from a field in another record within the same table? Like if I put "-1 day" into the field (I don't know what type of field could do this) of Task A, it would display October 30, 2023 if Final Task's Due Date was October 31, 2023.The best I've come up with so far is a short text field where I write "1 day before" "5 days before" etc and then plug in the dates in the date field once I've decided Final Task's Due Date. However, this means if I change Final Task's Due Date, I have to manually change all records' Due Dates.I can't find anything like this anywhere. It's

HiI'm looking to create a new field or to modify an existent one.As of 2022, this formula was okay but in 2023, the value for H sould now be 45.94 instead of 39.27 .Because we don't want it to have an impact on our reports and on our Page Designer, we need to add a condition that if the event took place in 2022, H = 39.27 and if the event took place after december 31th 2022, H= 45.94. Could someone help me? I've been trying different things but it seems that I always forget something. Thanks a lot ! 

Hey guys, so I have figured out how to auto create tasks when I duplicate a project. However when I duplicate a project (because I need to be duplicating theres a lot of other info that needs to carry over) the tasks linked to the original project are linked to the OG project and the new one. The new project tasks are only linked to the new project. Does anyone know how to set an automation to have the tasks from the original project not link to the new/duplicated project? I've tired "Update Record" but I honestly can't get it to work, probably because I'm new to airtable.

I have a base with various different tables containing lists of things, people and places for a large-scale festival production. The various tables are linked in numerous ways, which works beautifully. However, I would also like to use the base for project and timeline management and I cannot seem to find a way of doing this directly. I have created a "timeline" table with a list of events with a date range. At the moment I am syncing all relevant tables I want to link to several tables in a dedicated "sync base", from which I'm syncing back to a new "sync table" in the main base, essentially summarising the various tables into one. In my timeline/events table I then link to this sync table.This works but means I lose the main advantage of linking between records in that the events allocated to each thing/person/place do not show up within that record.Is there a better way of doing this? What am I missing? The ability to sync from multiple tables within the same base would really help

Hello everyone! Right now we have a shared Excel document with an external person. When he has completed a task he will fill a row in the Excel sheet. We want this to be made in Airtable instead. Is that possible? I thought about creating a Form, but would it be possible to only use 1 Form for every new Record that needs to be made? Or is there a better alternative?Thanks in advance!

I changed a text field to a single select field.This field has many options (maybe 100+), but I wanted to ensure that similar entries are same spelling and that when creating filters in views we can select multiple options (using "is any of") instead of making several different filter conditions (using "contains").After making the update, the primary table that holds this field allows for the filter to work properly, as attached. However on the secondary tables that hold the lookup field, I'm not seeing the filter options change. Creating a new view/filter presents as if it were still a text field, with no options for "is any" or "is none of".  

I've run across a script in our base that uses this code:let view = await input.viewAsync("Pick a view", "Projects");Our "Project" Table has 100+ views organized by sections, is there any way to modify the code to limit the input choices to a specific view section? Hello,We are using Airtable to do a content audit. We are using a form to capture the assessment data. The auditors must complete the form for each page of content. We have many pages, so they have to complete the form many times. On the form, we ask them to fill in their email address manually each time they complete the form. It currently is a drop-down field. We have had several requests to have this email field populated automatically with their email address. Does anyone know if this is possible? I have read online about pre-filling fields on a form, but it seems to be possible for specific values only. For example, I can pre-populate the name field with the value "John".What I would like is the following:Auditor 1Email address: johndoe@email.comEmail field on form automatically filled in with his email: johndoe@email.comAuditor 2: Email address: janesmith@email.comEmail field on form automatically filled in with his email: janesmith@email.comAuditor 3:Etc.

I created an automation that, when a new Outlook email is received, creates a new record in Airtable. If there are attachments in the email, how can I automatically import them to an Attachment field in Airtable? Thanks!

Hey Everyone,  Needing help with another if statement.  It is not behaving in the manner I am expecting. I have 3 fields Odo calculated (Formula Field), Odo miles (Number field) and Final Odometer (If statement).  I am trying to have the Final odometer field populate with the odometer calculated field if the odometer overwrite field is empty.  If the Odometer Overwrite field is not empty I want that number to populate in the Final Odometer field.I currently have IF({ODO Miles} = " ",{ODO Miles}, {Odo Calculated})

I use the Typeform integration with AirTable but when sending multi-select data where the user has chosen the “other” option and entered a custom value it doesn’t get added to my AirTable. This uses the Typeform integration on the Typeform website and not the AirTable block so not sure if anyone here can be of help.

Hi, I have three tables : - students - challenges - attachments There is a form that allow students to submit challenges in the table attachments. When I receive a challenge submitted by a student, I review it and if it is correct, I manually link the challenge from the table challenges to the row challenges done in the table students. Here are screenshots for an exemple. In this example, student 1 submitted challenge ex3 and it was correct so I added ex3 to the list of challenges done by student 1 in the table students. When I click on success for a row in the table attachment, I want to automatically add the challenge succeded in the row challenges done in the table students.
