Not sure if this will be possible but figured this is the group to ask. I’m attempting to automate delinquent account reminders for a dental lab. The auto email reminders will ideally have generic friendly text reminding offices of their past due balances along with our credit card authorization form and the invoice in question.

If I want to specify the last day of the current month in a cell as a date, what is the syntax? In Google Sheets & MS Excel it is EOMONTH (End Of Month). Hi! I am totally stuck here, so maybe I can ask you guys where I went wrong. I have the following situation as in this demo base: Airtable Demo220708 - Airtable Explore the "Demo220708" base on Airtable. In the first table I have different investments as rows with their total values for different periods as columns: Everything is great and I can see the total sum of all investments in the bottom row. Now my question - how do I get the total of each column into the period summary? I.e. The problem is that I cannot use rollup - because that is linked to a specific column, hence I get the same sum for all periods. Thanks in advance… :pray:

i have two tables that are linked. People and Service. Many different People Records can be linked to one Service Record. Additionally, one People Record can be linked to more than one Service Record. Service Records include date fields- Start & End. i would like to display a list of all of the People Records who are linked to any Service Records that fall within a specific date range. i want the list to show each People Record individually, with some key information from both their People Record and the associated Service Record. (e.g. from People Record- name, cell phone, emergency contact; from Service Record- country, start date, end date). i tried creating a junction table, but when i used the fancy junction table script i realized that was a big mistake. i also tried building an automation that triggers when a Service Record enters a view (filtered for the date range i’m aiming at), it creates a record in a different table and lists the people. Hi there, I am struggling with a trigger, that should add all possible IDs from another table’s row to a specific record. When activated, the ‘visibility_all’ trigger should fill in all possible regions via an automation: Screenshot 1: The automation method I use is “When a record matches conditions”, see here: Screenshot 2: Everything works perfectly as long as I add the IDs manually from the other table, see here: screenshot 3: screenshot 4: My question: Is there a way I can solve this not only more elegantly but maybe completely dynamic via either the correct way to use this automation or via script? I want to use an IF statement in a field where the logic will basically be the following: IF({Calibration Frequency}= Annual, ({Last Calibrated}+365 days)) I know this isn’t a valid way to code this - strictly an attempt to explain the intent. But basically, the {Calibration Frequency} field is biannual, annual, or 2 years. Depending on that value, i want the field to display the correct “due date” in the coded field based on the calibration frequency and the {Last Calibrated} date.

I like the comment functionality and it works great for tracking comments for 1 row BUT when I have data where I need to insert a comment across N rows it is quite tedious to open each row individually and add it in. How do I add the same comment to multiple rows at the same time? I am looking for a right click and comment option or similar.

Hello, maybe someone had a similar issue and can give me a hand After I do Block run on my extension the resulting localhost URL has an expired SSL certificate. It is my understanding this is a self signed certificate created on the fly when I do Block run (but I might be wrong) I searched for the certificate everywhere but it just isn’t there, which makes me believe it is created on each run for the server. Does know if there is a way to specify the certificate I want to use when I do Block run or any other work around to this issue. I am pretty sure I might be doing something wrong since I couldn’t find any other report on the same thing but I have spent 3 days now on this without luck. Any help will be appreciated!

Hello community! Here’s what I’m seeking assistance with: I have 3 fields total: Length of Service, Service Start Date, and Service End Date (or anticipated) I would like to write a formula for the Length of Service field that does what I currently have, but takes it one step further. Currently, I have a simple DATETIME_DIFF formula to display in Years the difference between the two dates. However, I would like to use today’s date (I’m guessing the NOW function) IF the Service End Date is in fact an anticipated date in the future. So if the Service End Date is greater than today, I would like to use today to calculate the time difference, and if the Service End Date is in the past, I’d like to simply calculate the date difference between the two. Any help is greatly appreciated!

This formula worked fine, until we brought on an additional team member in another country. I am now tracking this data for 3 team members in the US, UK, and Germany. I think I ultimately have 3 issues I’m trying to resolve: I’ve seen the great U.S. and U.K. Holidays tables created by user W_Vann_Hall, but my company has a number of additional days off outside of federal holidays I’d like to include. I’m going to go ahead and assume there is no easy way to do this. I don’t see one for Germany, and I’m not up for building that myself. But would it be possible to alternatively upload .ics files with the holidays for each company into a single table (in ISO-Format), and link those records for each team member? Assuming #1 above is more advanced than I’m capable of at this time, and #2 isn’t possible, is there a way to double nest the IF statements in my current formula to include 3 sets of holidays? I have this code to format it, I just need the ID part. '["' & SUBSTITUTE( {Relations}, ', ', '","' ) & '"]' Which displays: [“record1”,“record2”,“record3”] Instead of the record primary field name, I need it to display the record ID in a text field as formated above. I have a linked record column, then I added a new text field column that grabs the name from that linked column but I need it to be the record ID. Does that make sense? (replace the name with the record ID in the brackets)

Hi. I’m looking to track how much time (in days) a lead spends in each stage in a pipeline. I’m basing it on start and stop dates of time in stage. The formula I’m trying to accomplish is this (hope it makes sense): Is the start date blank? YES: Do nothing, stay blank. (end) NO: (ask) Is the end date blank? —1. YES: Subtract today’s date from start date —2. NO: Subtract end date from start date I came up with the following but I just get an error that the formula isn’t correct. I have a concatenate function in a table’s primary field. One of the fields it combines is a rollup of companies in a Companies table. Typically, it’s one company per record, occasionally two. To strip the pesky quotes I get when there’s comma in a company’s name (e.g. Habor Lights, Inc.), this formula only partially works: SUBSTITUTE({COMPANIES}&"", '"', '') When two companies are rollup up comma-separated, the formula strips that comma which is in fact needed Company 1: Toyota Research Institute Company 2: Abbot Ventures Rollup: Toyota Research Institute, Abbot Ventures With formula applied: Toyota Research InstituteAbbot Ventures Can I improve on this formula or is there a better approach altogether? In this case, the URL is a playlist on Spotify, and the text string is the playlist ID number. Spotify Hang on Little Tomato Denny P · Playlist · 1 songs The ID comes after the playlist/ and before the ?, so in this case it would be 5napFAiwbcMwne6jUfmspg I know this should be fairly easy with REGEX or something, but I’m not up to speed on that stuff yet, so any help would be appreciated! Hello All! I’m using a formula to concatenate different dates an area was worked on as the record ID. In one tab I have all the offices and all of the associated data with them, and in the other I have a submissions page that’s linked to the office page. My problem is some of them concatenate as “AreaName” - Date and others are AreaName - Date. I have attached some screenshots for a visual. Thank you for your help!

I’d really like to create an automation where if a record matches a certain condition, an email is sent every two weeks. So basically, I’d have two triggers, record matches condition + scheduled time. Is that possible?

The problem is every time I bring up the table it adds today’s date in there what I would like to do is only add the date once when the record is created.
