IF(AND({Total Pages}<“50”,{Total Pages} >“43”,"$3.12"),IF(AND({Total Pages}<“12”,{Total Pages}>“1”,"$1.67")) What am I doing wrong? I’m trying to calculate postage by ranges…stating if Total pages is less than 50 and greater than 43, then $3.12, if total pages is less than 12 and greater than 1, then $1.67 and so on.

I think this can be done, might just need to add a new field! On table ‘seed packets’, I have a manual number field to log how many seeds in the original packet. On table ‘sowing log’ it calulates how many seeds I have sown by N numbers in N numbers of stations (manually logged, auto answer (I didn’t set it up so language may be wrong). On the ‘seed packets’ table I appreciate I shall need to create a new field for the answer. I want it to take off the number of seeds sown from the original packet number I am familer with formulas in excel but not here so please, if someone could give me a simple starter I’d be most grateful; or correct me if I am heading down the wrong path

Can someone help my brain wrap around this type of formula? I’m trying to get different amounts to populate based on what is selected in a different field. For example) Field 1 is State Trying to get Field 2 to calculate: if Field 1 is Missouri, then Field 2 should equal $2.00, OR If Field 1 is Illinois, then Field 2 should equal $1.00

Hi, I’m very new to Airtable. I am crafting a budget base for freelance business. I have an Income table and I am trying to only calculate tax for untaxed income. I have a multiple choice selection with options “FREELANCE” and “PAYROLL” then I have a field for calculating the tax (amount*.25) I want to be able to only calculate tax for the records that are selected FREELANCE… IF multiple select = FREELANCE then (amount*.25) IF multiple select = PAYROLL then 0 I have no idea how to go about doing this, all my attempts have failed.

I haven’t been able to access the example custom blocks for some time now. I have a table, called ‘Industry,’ with 2 columns of Industry type codes. The first column has many repeat values in it, the second column are unique values, for example: Manufacturing Textile Mills Manufacturing Apparel Manufacturing Manufacturing Paper Manufacturing In another table I have a column called ‘Industry level 1’ which contains values from the first column of the table above (Industry). I’d like to add a 2nd column to it that’s a single select that looks up the values available for Manufacturing and displays them as the choices for the 2nd column. I’ve seen a range of questions like this asked but none answered that didn’t invoke JSON and code. Is there some way to do this natively in AirTable? Thanks!

Is it possible to either print out or email blocks/dashboards?

Hi all, I am a workspace owner on the Pro account. We have 19 billable collaborators. Is there a way for myself as the owner to see who has/has not enabled 2FA on their account? Thanks, Tom.

I have created a table for our small architectural firm based on the “project tracker” template I found in Airtable. Once a task is completed, I need to be able to hide the task in the table view so that it is clear at a glance where there is work to do for each project (and have the option to unhide for when I need to review task history). I have worked out how to filter tasks by their status in the Task tab but seem to be unable to do so in the main table. When you are looking at the table, there’s no way to distinguish completed tasks from incompleted without opening up the row, and looking through all the tasks, which is causing me problems in meetings. Right now, the owners have me manually adding asterisks to the text of completed tasks AND I’m having to delete most completed tasks anyway, because they really pile up on the table view since I can’t hide them. You can see an example of what I’m saying in the “project tracker” template. In that template, under the “Design Projects”

I see that I can sort by 1 -> 9 or A -> Z, but is there a way to sort chronologically?

Where do I find my invoice? Thank you

Hi! Five users are working with thousands of records in a table, and sometimes records accidentally get deleted. Is there any way to prevent record deletion per user, but still allow editing on the records? (except the primary field name)?

I am wondering if I can take the column that’s titled “Client Lifetime Value” which is a numbers column… If the “Client Lifetime Value” is set at $37 I want it to print out “$37 Package Purchased” but if the value is $127 I want it to say “$127 Package Purchased”. I would like these to show up in a Single Select column at the end of it so that the options are colored and easily distinguished. We use the single select options to ensure that the filtering for the rest of the spreadsheet works correctly.

This seems like a dumb question, but I can’t seem to find a quick way so I hope some of you can help? I have a base with many hundreds of records on it. The first column is all data that I need to get rid of. I can’t delete the column as it is the mandatory one. So I need a quick way to just clear the data in column 1. All I seem to be able to do is select and drag down to select multiple cells in the column to then be able to delete the data and this is taking a very long time due to the number of records in the table! Is there a more efficient way to do this?

Hi, I’m a first-time Airtable user testing out the User Research template. Is it suggested to delete the sample data records and add your own records, or is there another place in Airtable where records get created?

Hello, I’m trying to do a formula that calculates commision due. I have the commission field, and I also have a ‘commision paid’ checkbox field. Basically I want the commission owing field to calculate the commission if the paid field isn’t ticked yes. Help please!

The records in one of our main tables are legal cases. Each case has the same set of tasks that need to be done to it. When we create a new case record, we want to automatically create the appropriate set of tasks in a task table and have them connected to the new case. Can we do this? If so, how? Thanks!

Hi guys. Trying to figure out the best way to overcome the limitations of the Page Designer and hoping a formula might be the answer. I’m collecting a lot of data in a table called “Rooms”. Each room record has linked products, materials, and concepts, and then I use a bunch of lookups to retrieve the information I’m hoping to display on my Page Designer. The problem is how the Lookup field combines my information. Here is my Product Name Lookup field for one room as an example: Aqua 2 Complete Shower Rail, Lapiana Towel Bar, Lapiana Towel Ring, Lapiana Robe Hook, Lapiana Paper Holder, Square Tubular Pull Handles for Back to Back Mounting, Square Trim for 1/2" Valve, Caso Single Hole Faucet It obviously collects the information in a list, but that’s not what I want. I would like to be able to hand arrange each name in my page design so that each text string can be under their respective images. For that, each name has to be in its own field. Is there a formula that would separate my

I have a simple question. I’m on the Free plan right now. I created 20+ bases in my workstation and sent my clients a link with editor status to the base I created for them so they can add info I need. Is this something I can do on a free account or what plan do I need to do this?

Is it possible to reference a specific Field in a Table from another Table in the same database not just the Name of the records but a specific field with in it. Such as currently only the first field shows up when you used a linked record. Is there a way to say pick a record and display a field from that record OTHER then the first field?

What am I doing wrong with this one? Please help! If ({Date Due} IS_BEFORE{Date to work on it}), “ ”))

Hi All, I’ve got a client that wants to be able to view airtable data in wix. This has been easy enough when using a grid - eg customer comments for the last month. But,… what I’d like to do is have a chart eg “customer satisfaction by month” grid data is “date” and “rating” (values of 1, 2 or 3). The awful solution i can think of is manually export to csv, generate the chart, save as image, the save to webpage - but that is awful. Is there something I could do with API? That is way beyond my capabilities though (but I’d happily accept help or pay someone via a freelancer app) I’m not committed to wix so if there is another way I’m open to that. Thanks heaps in Advance :slightly_smiling_face:

Hello, dear Airtable community. I want to generate a unique payment ID, based on the sum, date, cashier, and the type of transaction. Everything has been good by far, until I decided that I want to try using emojis. So, I assumed it should be a mix of CONCATENATE and IF, because I want the emoji to appear only in one field = meaning that IF it says ‘cash’ then show ‘ :money_with_wings: ’, IF it says ‘card’ then show ‘ :credit_card: ’
