Hi, I have a table with 3 columns, “Usage”, “Clients” and “Status”. “Usage” is a single select and can only be “Platform” or “Client”. “Clients” is a link record that allows me to select multiple client records from another table. “Status” is a lookup field returning the status of each client from the client field, it displays the results in a comma separated list. Possible values for “Status” are “Live”, “Suspended” and “Terminated”. I need to write a formula that satisfies the following conditions: If “Usage” = “Platform” set the cell as “Active” If “Usage” = “Client” AND the value “Live” is present anywhere in “Status” column then set the cell as “Active” If “Usage” = “Client” AND the value “Live” is not present anywhere in “Status” column then set the cell as “Inactive” If “Usage” = “Client” AND the “Status” column is blank then set the cell as “Inactive” The formula’s I’ve tried so far don’t work. I’m tracking some healthy practices every day: Exercise = Multiple Select (Running, Pushups, Squats) Mediation = Duration Healthy Food = Checkbox And some negative practices: Alcohol = Number If Exercise is not empty, I want the Formula to return +1 If Meditation is greater than 0:10, I want the Formula to return +1 If Healthy Food is checked, I want the Formula to return +1 If 2 of these are True, I want to return 2 If 3 of these are True, I want to return 3 If alcohol is greater than 1, I want to subtract 1. So if all 3 positive behaviors were valid it would be 3 - 1 = 2 Then I will create a color filter and apply: 0 or -1 = red 1 = orange 2 = yellow 3 = green I know this is a complex request, I appreciate any help you may be able to provide. Hi, I am new to Airtable and am trying to build a query that will act like a global search across multiple columns. Our members table has the following columns {‘Full Name’,‘Phone’,‘Email’} that I would like to search. I want to have a single search field on our site to look up members by either their Full Name, Phone, or Email. With the below personas in mind… Client: company we’re working with Event: the event we’re doing for them Contributor: an individual (outside of our company or the client’s) who is helping to put on the event I am able to store the following relationships between: Clients and Events. One client can have many events. Contributors and Events. One contributor can have many events. Events and Contributors. One event can have many contributors. However, I also need to be able to store additional information about each Contributor’s performance at each Event (e.g. rating, comments, fee, etc.). I tried to create a fourth table to store the ‘additional’ information about a Contributor’s Event performance with the below columns, but I can’t seem to get one row for each relationship. Instead, I am seeing multiple Campaigns for each Contributor (which is already stored elsewhere). OK, hope someone can help here: I have a table names “ProdCo” - companies I’m following: In this table, I have a field named “Owner” - that links to a table - same name - where I put, among other things - email addresses: I now want to target certain companies for a sales initiative. I made a “check box” field in “ProdCo.” table to tag these companies. My question: How can I most efficiently generate a list of these Companies with their owners with their email addresses, I cannot for the life of me figger that out. Hi! I’m trying to use a formula or count to use in my base. I have in a board all the information for each of the employees and in another table I have the departments and I want to add how many women or men I have in each department. How can I count them with a formula?

I have two tables with customer information that I use for CRM. For every customer record in table-1 there needs to be one and only one record with the same customer name in table-2. The tables are linked by the customer name. The primary field in table-2 is a formula that is equal to the name of the customer in table-1. Table-1 structure CUSTOMER NAME FIELD1 FIELD2 (… sensitive data) TO_TABLE-2 (linked field, to one and only one) Table-2 structure CUSTOMER NAME (formula so it is equal to field TO TABLE-1) … data accesible by a third party TO TABLE-1 (linked field, to one and only one customer in Table-1) They are separated in order to give different view/edit permissions to different people. Manually everything works fine. But I create customers on the go in my cell phone and can easily forget to create the corresponding customer in table-2. Is there a way to automatically create and link the customer record in table-2 when a customer is created in table-1? Thanks!

Trying to get the “)” to display after the “X” in COMX (({SchDep} & “-”) & {Dest} & “-”) & {LdTo} & " (" & {SCAC} results in: 2200-KLO-KLO (COMX but (({SchDep} & “-”) & {Dest} & “-”) & {LdTo} & " (" & {SCAC} & “)”) results in a formula error. I’m also unable to display the date from a date field as part of the formula. It ends up looking like 2019-17-26-T00:00:00.000Z Also, is it possible to formulate two linked records {A} and {B} to display in one cell with the above?

Hi there, I am looking to setup an approval queue for our membership service, whereby applications are brought into the “Applicants” base, and when the dropdown selector for “Approval Status” is set to “Approved”, the record is added to our “Members” base, and deleted from Applicants base. For creating books, I have 3 main tables - Projects -> Titles -> Tasks When I create a Title, I almost always have 3 “tasks” that need to occur. What is the best way to set up a way to replicate this workflow? without having to cut/paste text and worry that I have a setting or pull-down wrong!!

However it keeps telling us that: => Y-axis field “Pourcentage_retard” is not numeric The formula that we’re using is: => IF(nb_intervention=0, “0”, inter_retard/nb_intervention) I’m wondering if a need to add a formula to switch to numeric. I have a Base with a Table for each week. Every week, I add a new Table with a new set of data for that week. I need a Summary Table that pulls from the same column in each of the weekly Tables. I am have two tables. In table 1, I have: a (non-primary) field with 3 single select options (let’s call it field A) a field linked to records in table 2 (field B) In table 2 , I have: the table’s primary field, from field B in table 1 (field C) a field that counts the number of linked records (field D) I would like to filter the field that counts the number of linked records (field C) in table 2 so it only counts for one of the 3 single select field (field A) in table 1. I looked around the forum, and some answers seemed to deal with the same issue but I could not get any to work for my case.

I am new to Airtable and trying to use lookup to pull first and last names based on an ID number in a table (called log) that will be constantly receiving new records. I have a second table set up with all of the ID numbers, first names, and last names that is linked, and the lookup set for the first and last name fields. However, with the lookup I am only getting the names for the first occurrence of an ID and they are not loading for any new records that are created. I have the settings enabled to allow linking to multiple records. How can I get it so that the first and last name automatically load for all records.

Hi all, I’m currently struggling with a thorny Airtable formula issue. I think I need to be considering using a nested IF statement or a SWITCH formula, but i’m not 100% convinced that either will work. Here’s my problem statement… I need to analyse the outputs of five columns, each of which is populated by a unique, formula-generated text value. Hi, I cleaned my browser data and now I am missing two bases in one of my workspaces and a whole other workspace. Why? Only one base is left with a tag ‘bases shared with me’. It is MY base. Hi, I’m working on automating multiple maintenance tasks in my base, but this one got me stuck … I’ve come to realize I need Zapier and a multi-step Zap (find record, then update record etc.), but I have not been able to figure out how to proceed from there. My workflow today: When some criterias are met (the PastDueDate?-field is “Yes” and the DeviceUsedBefore-field is empty) the record shows in a view (Projects --> TriggerView). I get a Slack notification, open the view and cut the linked record from DevicesUseNow to DeviceUsedBefore. So, when DueDate is in the past I need the linked record (in the example base; DeviceB) to “move” from the DevicesUseNow-field to the DeviceUsedBefore-field. And that is pretty much what I want to automate. Seems simple to do manually, but other tasks are dependent on this one being done, s
