Hello. I'm struggling to find a way to combine the contents of several Multiple Select field into a new field, while retaining the value and color for each entry. Here's a stripped down version of what I'm trying to do: I've got 4 separate multiple select field, each with their own set of options. The field called "Combined Types (Manual)" shows what I want the output to be. How can I aggregate all that data while retaining the color coding for each one? Thanks a lot.  

  One of my bases mentions "Over Limits · 30 days left" / This base has gone over the record limit. To keep adding records, upgrade your workspace.I sill can add new records... what will it happen now?Do i have 30 days to remove or to move records out of the base? 

I have an automation that is triggered when a user clicks a button in an interface. The automation is current set to simply create a new record in the underlying table, and fill in three fields:user = should be the Name of the user who clicked the button. This is a "User" or "Collaborator" field in the underlying table. Hi Everyone,I have base called PROJECTS with two tables:   1.  "Sync" that syncs all the values from another base called CLIENT MASTER.   2. "Projects" which is a list of projects.  Each record in "Project" can only have one client.When a new record is created in the "Project" table,  the user selects a linked client record from "Sync"  then there are lookup fields that auto-populate with fields like Account Executive, Partner, and other client information.So far that works just fine.I have created an interface with a list of records from the "Project" table.   I want to set a filter on the interface so that the only records displayed for the user are the ones where "Account Executive"= Current User.However, when I create the filter,  "Current User" is not an option.    Strangely, when I create another test field in the Projects table called "Test User" (User field type), I AM able to use that field as a filter and "Curre

I have tried the solution suggested in: Solved: Exclude Duplicate/Repeating Values via Lookup or R... - Airtable Community. by  @kuovonne. Which stated: Create a rollup field that rolls up the multi-select field. Set the formula to values. Save the rollup field.Convert the rollup field to a lookup field. Notice that the lookup will be formatted as plain text instead of the usual pill format.Create a new formula field that refers to the lookup field (that used to be a rollup) and use the formula ARRAYJOIN(ARRAYUNIQUE(ARRAYFLATTEN({lookup field})), ", ")But this does not seem to work for me, as converting the rollup back to a lookup, changes the formatting back to pi lls.In the screenshot provided you can see the formula I am using, as well as both the rollup and lookup field. Okay, a bit of context for clarity.I have a base that I am using for tracking inventory. We send out the packages of items. Sometimes we have some of the items in stock, and sometimes we need to order more before the package is sent. I am using an interface that lets the end user select the items that they want to add to the package. Then they have the option to click a button to trigger an automation.The automation looks in the table and finds all items with a check box. Then, using a repeating group, it send the relvant infromation for each item to Make via a webhook. Make then checks to see if the qty needed is less than or equal to the qty in inventory. If it is, Make creates a new record in an Inventory Change Log table to remove that qty of items from the Inventory table. The problem I am facing is if two items with the same name are sent at the same time, the webhooks are sent to make faster than make can process through them.For instance:Say I have 1 trashcan left in stock

Hi all! First time poster, hoping someone can explain to me why I cannot figure this out based on my lurking on other threads.I have a table (below) tracking information about tours we coordinate. We track the Presenters on each tour and a count field, so I can sum the total number of presenters across all our tours. However, I want to get the number of UNIQUE presenters across all the tours. e.g. if Vivaldi's Four Seasons and Romeo & Juliet both have "Shire of Cue" as a Presenter, how can I make sure it only gets counted once?To make matter more complicated, I'm hoping to have this unique count number be on the same table as the rest of the information, because otherwise I can't access it easily when building a dashboard interface.Appreciate any and all suggestions!

I set up a field which tags every opportunity with a delete text. Can someone tell me how to solve that with the Search Step in Make (formerly Integromat). Hello,I was notified by Airtable today that I am part of a minority of users using way too much API on the free tier, costing Airtable money. The email instructed me to look at my offending workspace. Unfortunately, the workspace sums all base APIs but does not break down percentage used by individual bases, making it impossible to tell which is the offender. How do I find out which base is hammering the limit? How much API limit will I get if I upgrade to team? Why is this information so cryptic?Thank you in advance,-API Hog

Hi allI'm trying to create an interface (dashboard) that uses a report Filter on client ID (eg. so that client A can only see client A data on the dashboard) (https://support.airtable.com/docs/interface-element-filter).I have shared the interface to a test user as readonly, however the test user can simply change the value in the filter on top of the dashboard, then he can see any client's data.What I'm looking for is to grey out the dashboard filter value, so it says client = "client A" for client A, and client = "client B" for client B etc).... I know I can create a different view for each client, however this is a lot of manual work as the number of client increases...Any suggestion would be much appreciated!

I send emails using Airtables automation.   You can see when an email is sent from inside the automation setup.  Is there a way to put a field in a table that lists the last date an email was sent to easily see email history? 

EDIT: The issue has now fixed itself. The popup looks back to normal now. In the Interface Designer, when clicking "Share" on a Page, there is no longer an option to share the page publicly. As such, there is also no longer an option to UNSHARE a page that was already made public.What happened here? Hi Everyone, I have a base with 3 different tabs. Fist Tab is a Project General where I'm adding new projects. The second Tab is for a specific task (Scanning) and we are creating rows by floors, and it is linked with a specific project. The third tab is for the last task (Modeling), it needs to be tracked by floor as well. I would like to have an automation when a new floor is created in the Scanning tab, create a new record in the modeling tab with the same name, and if it is possible with the same project already linked. Could someone help me with that? Thanks!!!

I am using ArrayUnique(values) as in a rollup field and then referencing this in a make.com scenario to output to a Word document. This works, but the output is a bit unfriendly.Products Acer_Vero B7_B227Q,Acer_Vero B7_B277,Acer_Vero B7_B247Y  I have tried changing the formula in the rollup field to something like ARRAYUNIQUE(values)&" - " but it has no effect.Is there a way to format the output to make it a little more readable - the ideal would be separate lines. EDIT: I have found how to add spaces etc usingARRAYJOIN(ARRAYUNIQUE(values), ', ')but is there any chance of adding a newline character (13) ?

I am trying to write a formula field that will summarize the responses of three separate single select fields (Prototype 1 Cost Status, Prototype 2 Cost Status, and Prototype 3 Costing Status) so my costing team can have an idea of what proportion of the current prototype stage is "Meeting Target" or "Not Meeting Target". Hi,I have a formula that currently works 90% of the time which finds the number of days between a date range for a given month. The issue is, when the end date, ends in the month I am looking for, example below Oct the formula is correct (row 1, 3 and 4 in the image below). However, when the end date includes BUT does not end in the given month (example: row 2 or 5 in the image below) I get 30 days. I want it to show as 31 days because the date range is inclusive of Oct 2024. Hey guys,I am trying to calculate out hours for our personnel worked on projects each day. We only have the start and end dates of projects, we were not tracking hours individually so this'll be a rough estimate at the end of the day. Here what I'm working with:Project Tracker table: This is the hub for all the project information including the start date and end date for each project. It links to the personnel table through a crew linked field.Personnel table: Contains all the information about a person.What I'm looking for:I need to calculate from a persons allotted 8 hours how many hours were worked on each project for each day. These hours will be split evenly to total 8 hours. The final numbers would show us:- Person total hours per project- Project Total hours from all personnelHere's a visual of what I'm thinking (not how it would look in airtable) Hopefully this makes sense.
