Hello everyone,I am trying to get my formula to recognize numbers >= $0.00 in all of the columns listed:  My formula: IF({August FY25 Projections},{August FY25 Projections},IF({FY Start Split Formula},{FY Start Split Formula},{Original FY25 Revenue Projections})) For reference:The August FY25 Projections column is a currency fieldThe other 2 fields are formulated fields with a currency format.Attached you can see the "Updated FY25 Revenue Projections" column is skipping over the $0.00 amount that is listed in the August field. This is incorrect and should have picked up the $0.00 amount as per the order of the IF statement. Any help would be appreciated! 

I'm trying to create 4 automations that update Field B when Field A matches the conditions [both are multi-select fields].For example, if Field A has any of Clothing/Fashion, E-Commerce/Retail/Wholesale, Entertainment & Sports, Field B should be updated to Traditional Industries. If Field A has any of DEI, Education, Government/Regulation, Field B should be updated to Service-Oriented. And so on.However, most records in my base fall into multiple categories, and Airtable is defaulting to the first automation listed. How can I adjust my automations to allow Field B to be updated with multiple options?

I have an automation that sends an email. Now to my question, when sending a message, there is always the sender's email address at the top and then the following (see attachment). Is it possible to remove the text highlighted in red?

I have a table that syncs from emailed data from CSV attachments. I need to be able to delete some individual records. (The data is not valid, and it's messing with roll-up calculations.) When I try to delete a record in the main record UI it's grayed out and says "To delete this new record, update this table's sync configuration so that records are deleted when deleted or hidden in the source." But I don't know how to get to the source since it's an emailed CSV? Can anyone advise on how I can get some records deleted from the synced table? Either through accessing the source data (how?) or through a script or API override of sorts? Open to any suggestions. TIA!

Hi All,I'm struggling with finding the right way to deal with multiple links between two tables.I have a Base with a People table, and a Milestone table, as well as a Teams table. Milestones have an Owner (link to People), and several teams (link to Teams table). Each team has a link (multiple entries allowed) to the People table. This works great for assigning people to different roles on each milestone and have a singular Owner who is leading/responsible for the milestone.However, I want to be able to go to the People table and have a list of all milestones a person is assigned to, no matter whether the person is the Owner or in a team. I have found a way to use a lookup to get all the milestones a person is assigned as a team member, but I need to add the Owner to this list. I don't want to do a simple formula doing a concatenate, because then I can't filter by People in the interface to show everything a person is working on in the calendar/timeline/lists.So; How do I combine

Brand new to Airtable, so forgive me if this is a dumb question.  I've shamelessly stolen a formula to calculate start and end dates based off a T- or T+ from a specific event. DATETIME_FORMAT(DATEADD({Calculated End date},{Days Needed to Complete},'days'),'MM/DD/YY') The dates are calculating just fine, but when I try to add a Gantt view, it doesn't allow me to choose these fields to determine the dates for the Gantt.  What do I need to do to have Airtable recognize the output of this formula as a date?

Hi all!I have a list interface and I use two tabs all and focus. I know that a tab is essentially a predefined filter. But on top of the filter I want to have predefined ordering as well, e.g. the tab all ordered alphabetically and the tab focus by creation date. How can this be done?Many thanks for suggestions and comments!

Hello all! I created a conditional logic automation. When I test the automation, it works perfectly. However, when it comes to actually running the automation on its own, it doesn't work. Any suggestions?(When I create each one individually in its own automation, it works perfectly. However, I've hit the limit of new automations that I can create so I'm trying to consolidate using conditional logic)Below is a screen shot of the run history (that is blank) and how it runs successfully whenever I select "Test automation." PS. I'm doing this automation and have so many automations because I get reminders to do this 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days before a start date that's on my table. These reminders were all separate automations at first and worked perfectly. But doing the same thing using conditional logic doesn't work. Hopefully this was clear.

I use several different forms that let users update field values. Upon submission a new record is created in an UPDATES table and the associated record is updated in the ASSETS table. This is accomplished using Kuovonne's Prefilled Form extension.Note that if a user submits this form and the field value on the form is empty, then the associated existing value in the ASSETS table will now be empty as well, which is expected. To prevent this, I can make that field in the form mandatory in order to submit, so it contains a value.However, I am facing a situation where there are six or so fields that a user may want to update -- but may only want to update some of those fields. Is there a way to add conditional code with this logic?:Upon submitting the form     - For each field that is empty - do nothing     - Else, execute the code to update the field value in the ASSETS tableMaybe such logic can be incorporated into Kuovonne's Prefilled Form extensi

We have a base where users go to print documentation from specific records.Nobody is supposed to be changing the Page Designer instance at all, but I think people are accidentally adding or moving fields when they access the extension.1) Is there any way to identify who made changes to the Page Designer configuration?2) Is there any way to limit who is allowed to edit the Page Designer configuration?Currently all editors are able to edit the configuration, and I don't see any way to change it - I'm really hoping I'm just missing something.Thanks! 😊

Hi! Is it possible to hide a field from an end-user form, but still be able to see it in my table view?That is to say, I need the field for internal information, but I do not want my customers to see that field when they fill out the form. Thanks!

Hi Everyone!I'm relatively new to AirTable and figured this might be a question for you all! For context... I work with people who don't always reply to their emails or often miss conversations that we need their input on. Which means process get delayed when I don't get the answers quickly. That's okay though!Anyways, I'm looking to create a prefilled form link that can list out all the questions in one place and constantly update. My idea is that those who answer the questions immediately will only see the most recent while those who miss emails or don't reply will see all of the questions they have not answered. The first part, generating the prefilled form link I figured out.Now I for my ask for you folks - Is there a way I can conditionally hide fields if they answered the question in the past in the custom link. I'll use the example of one of my questions being "Vehicle" I know it won't be as easy but imagine their is a something like '&if'{vehicle}' '&hide_Vehicle=true'I

Dear Community, I have a trouble to hide a field with conditions in form view and I’m losing my mind with this. My goal logic is like this: HIDE field 3, when field 1 contains “word” AND field 2 is not empty. But form view has only option to show field with conditions. How I can make this field disappear with show field conditions ? Trying to invert the logic do not work: show field 3, when field 1 does not contain “word” AND field 2 is empty. Any ideas ?

Hey all I have a table where I have many hidden fields. I want to have a field only visible if a certain condition is true. Is there some kind of IF statement functionality that can conditionally toggle between showing/hiding the field if certain conditions are true? Thanks C

Hi,How can I change the order of the appearance for a field's records on an interface page?The field shows a linked table's records for a contact (calls made), and I'm using show as = 'Field' and style = 'Cards'. Here's a picture of it:I want the newest to show above the older ones, adding to the older ones when entering new records.I had this working already, and can't remember how I did it. After a sudden change yesterday (don't know what happened, all of the sudden the field's appearance changed completely), I can't get it back 😢.Rgds,BjörnPS. Is there a way not to show the record's primary field in the listing? There's is too much information, it clutters the UI. I'd like to select myself what to show there. Thought I had this also working before the sudden change, but of course I have no screen shots aved so I'm not sure... 

I am new to AirTable automations, so kindly excuse my basic nature of questions and problems.Please refer to the attached screenshot to see what the description below refers to.When testing an automation, I am expecting the “Update record” action to NOT be executed due to the "IF Condition" preceding the action.For this, before I click on “Test automation” button, I am setting the API_Response = ‘record rollback complete’ and Status = ‘record rollback’.However, the test Output on the right hand side panel shows the condition evaluated to TRUE, when clearly the input section shows the API_Response and Status values were such that it should have evaluated to FALSE.I need help to understand why this is happening and how can I set the If Condition so that the desired result is achieved.Thanks in advance.

This should be a simple fix but I'm not seeing it.I'm doing a record search in Make.com using the Airtable Search Record module. See the attached screenshots.I'm trying to filter out records that already exist. But I'm getting the same output regardless whether I use the NOT() function.If I use the NOT() function I get 15 bundles output from that module. I get the same bundles without the NOT() function.What am I doing wrong? 

I am wondering if there is a way to remove the unsubscribe link when automating emails from Airtable?I have tried using both the email direct from Airtable and the from Outlook options.It is not OK if our clients can unsubscribe from these emails as we need to ascertain information before their audit is conducted.I read in a previous support article that automated emails using Outlook should solve this but it didnt work when I just tried it.

Hello there! Currently we use Google forms to gather registration information from clients. Is there a way of creating a registration form on Airtable, from which the answers would go automatically to our Airtable base please? I am trying to avoid copying and pasting… Although I am sure there is a better way of importing this data too. thanks, Reeta

Very green user here. I have Airtable Free, and I have four tables in my base: Work Entries, Clients, Projects, and Invoices. I built my base by modifying the one presented here https://blog.airtable.com/supercharge-your-client-management-with-automatic-invoice-creation/#base Ultimately I want to be able to print an invoice file from a record of my choosing in the Invoices table, but for now the problem is...How do I create an Automation that will populate the new Invoice record I create with a form? I want to have Automation take just the Client I select and a date I select in the form, go to the Work Entries table and look for all records for that Client AFTER the last invoice date for that client (invoice dates are in the Invoices table), and then sum all the Billable Amounts (in $) from the Work Entries table, summing only those Billable Amounts that are both for the Client I selected in the form, and between the last invoice date and the date I enter on the form.

Hello, I have a look up field which displays a value generated from a formula that lives on another base. I am trying to create a formula field that multiplies the value in the look up field by the percentage value in another field that is generated within the same base (i.e. is not a look up field).I have tried the following:"Look up field value field" * "percentage value field"and then:VALUE("Look up field value field") * "percentage value field"I have tested the percentage field with a simple calc and it works. When I try anything involving the look up field it returns error so it is definitely the look up field thats the issue I think Any hints appreciated 🙂

I'm trying to build an automation that, based on a set of input values specified by a user, will output a set of available dates to create timeblocks in a calendar. The user specifies what date to start with, how many weeks to create these blocks for, as well as start & end times for the day, break time & duration, and how long each timeblock can be for (including some follow-up time). I have string fields and I want to extract the first two words (minus any punctuation or special symbols). Ideally, they would remove the white space and capitalize each word as well.So a field with “Midnight: A Tale” = “MidnightA”. ”What’s New in Books” = “WhatsNew” I’ve looked all over to find a way to get two words, but can only find out how to get one. I got into RegEx a bit, but couldn’t figure out how to account for the punctuation/symbols. If someone has a slick way to extract the first two words of a string, I’d be eternally grateful!
