Hi all,I feel like this question may have a very easy solution, however I have been unsuccessful with my attempts so far. Basically, I have created three interfaces with one or two pages in each. I want to share a couple of my interfaces with some of my team members, and the other interface with my other team members. I am struggling to understand how to accomplish this, such that they do not have access to the other's interfaces.In the sharing options, it gives me the option to share to individual bases via link, however when I test the link i can click back and open the other interfaces (I also tried with another account I can access to test it and the same result happened) I am sure I am missing something. And if there isn't a solution, a work around where I only get one page/interface is acceptable. Thank you,Ben

I'm not normally a scripter, but just spent two weeks trying to put this little routine together and make it work. The script calculates the date one year in the future and uses it to rename a new column in the format MMM'YY.  After loads of trial and twice as much error, I actually got in to work!:Naturally I was really pleased with myself! Now just to apply a trigger. I want it to run on the first of each month. My first idea was to paste it into an automation. But I soon discovered that scripts run from the automation cannot create fields.How frustrating! Why not? Can anybody think of a workaround? Is there a command I can put in the script editor to make it trigger on a regular interval?Any ideas or workarounds gratefully received.

Hi there: There are two records with to dates, I need to use the DATETIME_DIFF function, but it only works If I have the fields side by side, not in two diferent records. How can I work this out?

I'm trying to build an IF Formula that seems like it would be straight-forwarded, but is proving to be more complicated than I thought it would be and has got me stumped. Both fields are Lookup fields getting a Rollup value from another table. I started with a basic IF formula, but the problem is it resulted in X $0 values being replaced by the Y value, when I wanted the $0 X value to be returned.IF(X,X,Y) Then I tried to a formula to say if X is equal to or greater than 0, and that worked, but it would not return Y if the X Column was blank. IF(X >=0,X,Y) So, I tried an IF / Or Formula. It still returned the X field correctly, but did not return the Y Field if the X field was blank. (Update: I originally wrote this wrong when I posted. I was trying to say if X is not blank & is equal to or more than 0, return X, otherwise return Y. I have a fairly niche-type issue that I've not been able to figure out; for context, I've created a check in base optimized for a team of supervisors to check in/out staff using the Airtable mobile app. I have 2 tables linked together, where one represents 1 record for every shift (named "All Shifts"), which is linked to a table (named "BA Data") that houses the staff info of whoever is scheduled for a shift. I would like for my Supervisors to be able to open the linked record (aka "BA Data") while looking at the "All Shifts" table and be able to modify a "Current Location" field and a "Lead Notes" field (both are housed in the "BA Data" table). The navigation to do so seems to work just fine, but when a user opens the linked record from the mobile app, it appears that the Sort is defaulted to newest to oldest fields, in the order they've been modified; I know this because when I converted the oldest field to "Current Location" in order to bump it up to the top, the oldest fi

I have a base that has a number of tables representing incoming work from different sources (e.g. a jira tickets table, a slack messages table, a spreadsheet process table, a email table).  And I want to combine them into a single 'team workload' table that I can create views in summarising who's working on what type of work item.Airtable's multi-sync feature (https://support.airtable.com/docs/multi-source-syncing) is a great way to do this with 1 drawback - it means I need to create an entirely new base instead of just add a new table to my existing base.Is there any way around this?  I'm not sure why I can't sync/multi-sync within an existing base?  Thanks for any thoughts! 

Anyone have experience with the downgrade process from Enterprise to Teams? We downgraded from Enterprise to Free, and planned to then upgrade to Teams but we have all these deleted users from years ago that somehow showed up on our free plan. I can't upgrade to Teams to remove them because I'd have to pay for the deleted users before I would have access to the feature to delete. Anyone experience this? 

My client has a team of several Creators and one Owner. They want to make an Interface that is only viewable to the Owner. When I create a new Interface and choose not to share with users (I click "Not Now" on the dialogue box shown below), then I go to Manage Permissions, it shows that all Creators have permissions to the new Interface. I can't figure out a way to remove access to Interfaces for Creators. Is this even possible? Or do they need to be downgraded to have permissions set for them? 

I've successfully created a webhook via the Airtable API using the following json: { "notificationUrl": "https://mycallback.app/", "specification": { "options": { "filters": { "dataTypes": [ "tableData" ], "recordChangeScope": "tbla....." } } } } It seems to work in the sense that my callback URL gets called.  Right now all I'm doing is logging the request body that is sent back to my endpoint and it seems to be missing all the important data about what has changed.  This is what I get back: { base: { id: 'app6......' }, webhook: { id: 'achnoA6.....' }, timestamp: '2024-02-22T23:46:02.849Z' } ANy idea what I did wrong or what I should be doing to get the details of what field changed.  I see the change in the UI and I've tried making the change in the UI as well as via code using an Airtable library.  And again, I see the change when viewing in the UI and the l

For my small business, I have three levels of information I'm trying to manage. I have (a) the human client, (b) their pet, and (c) the services that they want for their pet. Each human can have multiple pets, and each pet can have multiple services. The projects themselves occur at the pet level, since one human might come back multiple times with different pets, and all the services for a pet occur at once. A pet will not come back for more services again in the future, so it makes sense that we could consider "pet" to be the main unit of analysis (sorry, I'm a social scientist by training, forgive my lingo). A big part of my work is thinking about how I complete tasks by what services I need to do in any given day; in other words, Spot might need Service A, Service B, and Service C done, and I care about knowing what services I've already done and what I still need to do for Spot. Hi hi.I'm stumped. I set up a ridiculously basic automation for a client to send an email at a scheduled time. It's set up as follows:Trigger: at 9:00am on the 15th of the monthAction 1: Find Records that match a condition (billingStatus = Bill By Month)Action 2: Using the records that were found in Action 1, send one email per record. Each email has my client's email address as both the bcc: and the Reply To email. The Run History shows that earlier today, the automation ran once and 4 emails were sent. But my client got 6 emails! 2 were correct and only were sent once = yay; 2 were sent to the same email address twice - one with the right information and one with the wrong information = boo. I've searched hard here, but I cannot find a way to do this. I've tried a formula in the chosen field to update, but formulas don't seem to be accepted in the 'update record' module.

Hi everyone, a coworker and I are designing a new AT system to help our communications team manage content production, marketing campaigns, and individual tasks related to both content and campaigns. To solve for multiple needs and use cases, we're thinking of creating a standalone base for each one of those buckets (content, campaigns, tasks) and using two-way syncing to make sure they're all talking to each other. The issue: When our team leaders create a new campaign in base 1, they also want to create new pieces of content (stored in base 2) and assign that content to team members as part of that new campaign. They want to be able to fill all that information out in the same place. Is it possible to design an interface form (or just a form in the data layer) in base 1 that could be used to fill out both campaign info housed in base 1 *and* content info housed in base 2? And if so, could someone show me how? Thanks in advance for any help!

Hello, I am trying to set up an automation that is sending out all our Purchase orders as an email via a shared distribution list.I can link my account, but I do not have the option to choose the "send as" Example: me@test.com  is my account and I also have access to the procurement@test.com distribution list. I log into my account in the "send email via gmail" automation, but after that it is linked to my private email. I can choose the distribution list as a sender via Zapier, but I would like to cut that out. Thanks for any help and advice

Hi Everybody! since start of the year I've noticed a change in the behaviour of one automation, that is causing me a lot of trouble.In a table I've a formula field that generates the ID necessary to link the record to another one in another table. The automation copy this formula field in the link field and the association is done. The link field as the selection limited to a specific view. Up until recent, this automation as worked very well, but now is not selecting the linked record only in the specific view, but outside of it.Sadly in the table that need to be associated, there some ID that are identical, so the association is not correct anymore. For this reason the selection on the link field on the first table was limited to a specific view, and it worked just fine, but now is not the case anymore.I know that the better solution would be to change the formula that generates the ID of the second table, so that they are unique, but this have implications on all the base, and

Is it possible to limit the filter option (tags) in one field based in the results of a filter set on another field?Example: I've created a view and shared the link. The user comes to my view and wants to filter the results displayed. Assume user wants to filter on two different fields (both of which have 10 values/tags each).User selects 1 filter out of the 10 options available in Field 1.User then goes to select a filter from Field 2. Is it possible to have the options available to select in Field 2 limited to just those that remain associated with the results of the Field 1 filter rather than showing all 10 of the Field 2 options. Let's say only 3 of the 10 Field 2 options are associated with the items in the result of the first filter. Can the filter selection view simply show those 3 or does it have to show all 10 even though 7 of them would result in an empty result set? Thanks!

Very new user here.I have a simple base with one table and one form.  It is designed to add new people to a mailing list.  I created a form to add new records, and that seems to work fine.  Now I need to create a navigation.  I would like to see a sidebar which includes 2 items, the table and the form.  Is it possible to have the table and the form in the same sidebar?  I don't really need to see the buttons at the top (data, automations, interfaces).How can I add the 2 items to the sidebar, then reliably cause it to appear?  While playing with this, I saw a sidebar, but once I left it, I can't figure out how to bring it back.  Can anyone help?  Thanks...

For the automation above, I kept getting an error OR inaccurate output. When I would test it out and submit a 90% score, it keeps creating a record as if the score was less 89.99
