Hi! Wondering if there's any way to make this work...I have a formula field that pulls info from multiple fields & concatenates it all together to create an email (content) to be delivered to the person associated with that record.I want to include a Loom video gif in these emails. (To be clear: This is one shared video link/gif which is going out to everyone. Not unique videos for each person.)Is there any way to do this within Airtable? I'm aware that I could simply paste in the Loom URL. I'm hoping for a way to insert the video's gif file if possible.Thanks in advance!

Hi,It's been several months since I've done this, but basically, I'm trying to send an automation from a clicked button in an AT interface to a Make webhook that I've created. The automation so far was when a button is clicked > run a script. I've been able to successfully pull in a test record id via the "when a button is clicked" stage -- my field is named "rec_id" with the autogenerated formula and that works fine.FYI--when I hardcode the rec_id in there with the actual value, it works just fine with significantly less code. But with the code below--whenever I get to this step below, it just doesn't work. Can anyone help? I'm new to formulas but have learned quite a bit from these forums. I have arrays of Hardiness Zones for plants, which are written like this: 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b, 6a, 6b and so on. I need to put them into ranges like this "Zone 4-8". Hello, let me first give a little backstory on the process I have leading up to where I need help...I have two tables (Table1 and Table2). There is a button on Table1 that triggers a script. The script copies a few fields from Table1 over to Table2, one of which is an alphanumeric code. While copying this alphanumeric code over to Table2, it also performs a check to see how many times this code already exists in Table2, and populates that number into a field. Table2 contains a complex formula that uses the existing alphanumeric code and the number of times that code has been seen before, to generate a new unique alphanumeric code. All of this works flawlessly, I'm just struggling to figure out how to execute the last step... copying this new unique alphanumeric code back to a field on Table1.First attempt at a solve, I setup a new automation that watches for new records entering a view on Table2. I’m trying to create an automation to take data from one cell in a record and paste it into another, linked, cell in that record. I set it up to trigger if “PART NAME” is not empty and “PARTS” is empty. Then it is supposed to take the value from “PART NAME” and update “PARTS”. When I run a test it does find a record to update but when I turn the automation on nothing happens. Any idea where I’m going wrong?

So the more 'Projects' then the higher the 'heat'. Hello everyone, I have a base in which I have defined tasks with a start date and a deadline. Both dates are calculated from the start date of an event and a number X days before the event starts.In three cases the tasks have to start after the start date of the event which is why I used a negative number. I'm having trouble with using the DATEADD function (and yes totally new at this). I'm trying to add 3 months to a date in another column. I've technically gotten the formula to work but it's not quite getting the desired date. So for example if my date is 4/1/2024 and the formula is adding 3 months it's calculating 6/30/2024. I need it to actually calculate 7/1/2024. I've tried to add a day to the formula but keep getting an error. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

Hi guys. I made a connection with Make, so I can transfer every incoming email from certain accounts to a new data row in Airtable.The problems are the attachments. I am showing you in the pictures below how I would like them to appear and how they actually appears. We need every attachment to be shown in a preview as a separate file.. Since the rude depreciation of APIs from Jotform, I have rebuilt my integration using their new system. However, it fails every time a form is submitted reporting:Unknown Field Name "fldqb0p2A79uDENvw". I have no field of that name in either Jotform or Airtable, mine are all user friendly names. So what's going on? I have raised the issue with Jotform support who say they need more detailed logs. Any ideas?

Hello,I need help setting up an automation that links records in a "dependencies" field to a predecessor/successor record (determined by order number). The goal is to automate tasks to hit contributors dashboard when its their turn to work on the project. We have a Projects, Tasks, Content Type and Templated Steps boards that ive set an extension to generate a specific task list based on the type of content. I can edit the extension code to include the dependencies field and set those are part of the template, but the problem is that many project managers use this as a starting point and edit the task list manually, adding or subtracting tasks for their specific need. If a project manager edits the task list, they have to manually manipulate the dependencies field using the gantt view, which is cumbersome and manual. id like to set a way for the field to automatically update based on the task order. So the trigger I have in place is "when record is updated"- on the task board, so
