I want to use the Claude - Airtable connector in my team which allows them to create records from within claude. I want to make sure that when they are creating a record, for eg. a Task, they are asked to give all the information that is required for my processes. I don’t see how I can set the SOP when allowing them to create/edit from claude. 

Hi, I have established a foundation to collaborate with an external community. All my providers are added as Guests and have only access to interfaces. I’m struggling to find documentation for Guests users only, and especially regarding the notifications. I need several things and either it’s not possible so i need to find a work around , or i don’t know how to set it up:1/ when someone leaves a comment on a record the @ does not show all the guests users (portal editors) only the Editors and on top of that they don’t see who left the comment either it says anonymous, is there a way to change that without changing the portal editors status? i would need the portal editors to tag each other.2/ is automation the only way to receive emails when a status is changing? or am i missing something? Thanks for your helpMarion

I've found that SEARCH() in filterByFormula handles escaped double quotes differently depending on the field type. Backslash-escaped quotes work correctly on text fields but silently return no results on linked record fields.Setup:- Table "Registrations" has a linked record field {Rider} pointing to table "Riders"- One of the records in the Riders table has the primary field value: Aubrey "Aub" Holland- A Registrations record links to that Rider- Table "Registrations" also has a plain text field {Direct name} where one of the values is Joe "Biggie" SmallsWhen searching the Registration table I get different results with a very similar search depending on which field I search: What Works (text field):  SEARCH("Joe \"Biggie\" Smalls", {Direct name}) != ""Returns the matching record correctly. What Fails (linked record field):  SEARCH("Aubrey \"Aub\"

A couple months back, I asked for help deleting lines of text beginning with the word ‘Highlight’ and was given this great formula: REGEX_REPLACE({Hook},".*Highlight.*\\n\n?","") It has been a huge time-saver but something I forgot to ask with my original question is if there is a way to add a blank line/line break where those lines were. Hi,In an automation that is triggered by an user from an interface button, would it be possible to divide the action in two parts, with user interaction inbetween?I’d like to show the user a preview of an invoice that would be sent out after the user has checked it’s all good. The PDF would be produced in the first stage, then sent out in the second if OK.I cannot see any way to this in Airtable, but I have been amazed before by elegant solutions :). I need to work with 2,500 - 3,000 records for a 6-Mo/1-Yr project. Once the records are loaded there will be no need to ADD primary records; maybe a few variables in associated tables. Only one ‘Seat’ is needed; no team collaboration. When the project concludes if I change the Base to the Free plan what will happen to the records over the 1’000 limit?

Data moves through the operations workflow. I have created a base that I want to use as a central dataset (People, Office, BU, CoDEs, Disciplines).I am syncing the People table into another base (feedback base) and linking to it. Hi,I have an automation that ultimately triggers from checkbox field being checked. The checkbox is normally checked as the result of another automation, but I need to let users re-run the automation manually.I thought I could place an Update record button and let it toggle the checkbox, i.e. first uncheck the box, then check it anew.Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work, it doesn’t seem to do anything. Hi everyone,for a long time the page designer extension did a great job creating shipping labels for my records. But recently the page designer extension always crashes. I have the feeling that with the amount of records in my table - more than 30k - it became a problem for page designer. In bases with a smaller amount of records age designer works well. Does anybody else have similar issues?  Kai @ CPLI 

Background:I’m keeping records of applicants in my Airtable base. I wanted the applicants to be able to review the information I entered into Airtable and make any changes to them if needed. I already created the form and a separate table to do so, and I created a link (in a formula field) to their own pre-filled form using the Airtable extension. I also already created the automation to update any changes made with their pre-filled form. All of that works great but only when you click or copy and paste directly from the link in the Airtable formula field. Problem:I wanted to set up an automation that would send an email based on a trigger field to these applicants with their pre-filled form and confirm their info. I tested it out with a fake applicant record but the link in the email is not showing any of the pre-filled fields when you copy and paste (for some reason its also not showing the link fully underlined). I am trying to open Airtable in Chrome but when I enter a url into a browser and hit return, the screen turns white and my Airtable is tab at the top of browser spins as though it was loading.  Then nothing happens.  The same url works on my colleagues computers no problem (by way of trouble shooting, my internet is working fine, OS and browser is up to date and running most recent version, I cleared my cache and browsing history, disabled all extensions).  I can get it to load in Safari but I want to use Chrome (I’ve set up some extensions and automations in Chrome and don’t want to leave this browser).  Not sure what to do!

Hello! I have an automation that runs once a week (so scheduled time trigger) that generates a list of names, email addresses, and tasks based on certain conditions (so Find Records action). I need this email to be sent to the addresses in that list. How can I get this information into the To field?I was able to do this with a “record updated” trigger, but I need it to be a scheduled email.
