I have an order table which contains all of the records of an order. I want to get order confirmation from my customers for their order.I am creating their order by using another form in my order table. Then, I want to visulize these datas, put a button under it (which is confirmation button) then send the link to my customer to see order details, order summary and to get their confirmation via that button.Is that possible? Or how can i do it?

I am trying to create a form (must be a form to avoid licensing/orgfencing issues) that a seller will use to nominate 1-n users. I figured I would use conditional text to add the next nomination (i.e., if they fill in the first nominee -- more than one piece of information -- the option for a second would appear, and so on).Is there a way for a single form to create multiple records in my table?

In our Interfaces, we rely a lot on our 'Record Detail' layouts, as this is where we display everything about a project, as I'm sure most users do.We have our data in groups, but it would be great (and seems fairly universal) if there was a clean way to be able to collapse and expand these Groups like an accordion in order to clean up the overall layout, especially when we are displaying lists of tasks, project milesotnes, etc. on one page.Thoughts / Workarounds?Note: We do have conditional groups depending on project types, things hide and show, but I mean a physical way to click to collapse groups into stacks or similar.Cheers!

Hi There! I'm currently using Airtable as a mini database for my designs without images. I'm a novice Airtable user and am using it a glorified spreadsheet, but I know it can do so much more! I would like to add all the images of my designs to Airtable, sort the images (drag and drop, if possible) into collections (without losing their associated data), and then, export them into visual templates.I'm a surface pattern designer. My templates of each collection show each pattern with some general information like title and SKU along with the title of the collection, and how to contact me.I don't mind exploring help articles, but I'm not even sure if what I want to do is possible or where I would begin. Any support or suggestions are welcome. I'm currently using a free version of Airtable and am aware that this might require an upgrade due to both storage

I'm sure there is a way to do this, I just can't think of the way the write the "logic" for it in automations... Hopefully someone can help me understand 🙂 My rows have a date as the primary field. I have a long text field columns called "Notes for next training" and "Notes from last training". When I create a new row (new date), I'd like the text from "next training" of the most recent date (in the past) to be copy/pasted/imported into the "last training" column in the new entry.I did it manually for this screenshot, just to illustrate what I would like to happen automatically. 

I cannot use the " Run Script " function under the Automation Tab, even when the team's plan is activated. It's asking me to upgrade to a Business Plan. Please help

I am trying to create an automation that updates a record when certain conditions are met:Let's say I am evaluating my retail inventory and want to identify inventory boxes requiring certain follow up tasks: I created a Box Flags field to aggregate a few different record fields into 2 flags: boxes that need to be replaced, and boxes that need their contents separated. I have created an automation to update records for the first flag, but am struggling with the conditions for the second. I only want the "separate contents" flag on boxes with more than one field value. "Has any of" retrieves all boxes, "has all of" requires a tedious number of conditions to capture every combo of values, "is exactly" and "is/is not empty" don't apply. 

I want to create a users table. This will be tied to the users who have access. I already have a projects table which i can easily assign owners via the people who have access to the base, similar with tasks connected to those projects (this works fine), my problem is i cant create a table of team members who are on the base using the information from who has access to the base and then group by owners to show what projects they own.I have done this in a hacky way but it seems it doesn't update when i add new projects so thinking if there's other ways of doing this

Hi,I've been using the new airtable form builder.In order to identify different form users, I created a Form Source field to be pre-filled with the user type, and created a custom link. When the field Form Source is visible, there is no problem - the right data is pre-filled in the field. But when I hide the field in the form settings, the data is not populated. I remember this working great in form view previously, not sure why it is not working using form builder. Any solutions?

I've already seen several other posts about this so I assume I am not alone. We have been using Airtable for 4+ years and we simply want to switch to Enterprise to add capacity. I've submitted the contact form at least 4 times now. I would happily throw money at the problem if only they would let me.Has anyone successfully been able to do this or is everyone seemingly ignored by Airtable?

Hello,So I basically have a table for candidates and a table for job adverts. I have a make.com automation set up that when a candidate applies to one of my job adverts it automatically feeds them into my candidates airtable and will also create a new record in my job advert table if one doesn't already exist (first person who applies for the job). I am running this for 3 different offices each with its own make.com scenario to distinguish which office they are applying for. It will automatically feed the candidate into the candidate table and adds the correct office field that it is linked to.Where I am having the issue is I also want it to update the job advert office field automatically. It seems that it cannot be done within a make.com module. I was wondering how I can set up an automation so that when a job record is created it will find the candidates record that triggered the creation of that job advert and grab the office that candidate is linked to

Hi there - I schedule shipments to be picked up on specific dates from specific sites at specific times, and I need a way to identify if I've scheduled any shipments to be picked up on the same date/site/time to make sure I'm not double booking a site. Im trying to use a field related to another table, the field is a date datatype which is in local format (DD/MM/YYYY) but the lookup tries to use another data forma (MM/DD/YYYY) so its not retrieving properly.Fecha de Facturación and Fecha (from another table) are both in local format But the datatype link from one table to the other search in another format so it fails...anyone who has passed through this problem?  

I'm trying to create a simple contact database of names.  When I have several names that happen to be related (ie of the same family), I'd like to link each of them to each other to show those relationships.  I can create a link to other people in the same table ("People") for example John Doe is related to Jane Doe, but when I go to Jane Doe, I don't see the relationship to John Doe.  It doesn't seem to be two-way.  Am I missing something?

If my event is September 2, 2025 (aka "program start date"), it would be in Quarter 3, 2025. But I need to list that commission would be paid the following quarter (aka "quarter earned", so Q4, 2025. Hi there, I am hoping that someone will be able to help me with this interesting little problem. I have a table as a "reference table" which allows me to set fees globally across the base so if a fee for tables goes up I can change it across all records. That same table contains other fees such as fee for square footage used elsewhere.In the table "Bookings", the second table, where the reference field is then used, I would like the ability to auto pull through the value field based on the lookup value. Example below. In "Reference Table" the fee for tables is 12.00 In the "Booking Table" I have the link value as the Reference Field "Table Fee" and the lookup value of "Value"All of this works fine but in the Reference Field, I would like that to be able to populated with the "Table Fee" so that the value pulls through also. Is there a way to do this?The option for pre selecting a value that appears in other fields

I am trying to sort by the Week # of the year that an entry is assigned on my base. Its sorted by year, then by week - so 2024, week 1 through 52, etc.However, for anything this week up until the 31st, its showing up as the 1st week of Dec 2024 (which confuses me as you would think it'd be 1st week of 2025?). I would like that to show up as the last week of Dec 2024 (week 52) or even Week 1 2025.Formula is:WEEKNUM((Assigned), "Monday") It is pulling data from the "Assigned" column, which is listed in the format: 12/30/24 11:00amThanks!

Hello community, how would you go about exporting a table or even base's field names and IDs? In an ideal case, I would sync on intervals a sorted list of all fields and their properties, similar to how it's shown under manage fields. Thanks!

Hi again,Is there a way for you to have data from a field "written" to that field and fixed for those changes elsewhere will not affect the result in this field in the future?An example of this might be;A fee in one table is designed to be updated in future years, and that field is referred to in other locations. Once that booking has been confirmed and paid, I want to be able to "fix that price" for that booking so that if the lookup value in the first table changes in future, that the confirmed bookings either do not change or, that a field has been updated which then remains at the agreed price.I hope that makes sense? Thanks S

Hello everyone!I need help with a formula that computes two fields as {field 1}/{field 2}.However, the base is new for my team, and we're working to input backdated data, so some records that use these fields are 0 (zero), at the moment. The formula field that computes the two fields is used on current data, and we'd love to eliminate the infinity returns so as not to interrupt the SUMs we use in other areas of our work.I've played around with several iterations of the formula and solved one to lose another 🤪 The current formula I'm using to keep us sane in the interim is:IF({KGM 500 Total Attendance}>0,{KGM 500 Total Attendance}/{KGM 500 Total Capacity}) 

HelloI would like to build a base where I have tables with planned income, planned cost and summary table that reflects incomes and costs on monthly basis.My question is, if it is possible to take bank balance as a basis for the calculation and calculate Bank balance +income - cost for each record so that the basis for each calculation would be the result of previous row? For clarity, here is how I would like it to work:I have seen some similar questions here as well, but I am not sure if they would work for this use case as well.Thank you in advance.  

Im new to airtable and make.com so forgive me if this is a elementary question...I setup an automation that has a Stripe webhook to monitor for payments and then update a record when there is a payment but I cant get it to update the record. It can find the record no problem but when it gets to the update module it gives me an error.Bellow is the log and setup of the update module. What am I doing wrong?Thanks in advance!
