I get this message multiple times a day across many Bases. Is there something I can check that might be causing this?

I'm trying to write a formula that will count days between two dates (assignment_start_date and assignment_end_date) that overlap the current week, not counting weekends.First example:current date is 4/5/2024assignment_start_date =  3/25/2024assignment_end_date = 4/2/2024The result of this would be 2. As there are two days (4/1 and 4/2) that occur during the current week (3/31 - 4/6) and are in the range of 3/25 - 4/2Second example:current date is 4/5/2024assignment_start_date =  3/25/2024assignment_end_date = 4/15/2024The result of this would be 5. As there are 5 days (4/1, 4/2, 4/3, 4/4, 4/5) that occur during the current week and are in the range of 3/25 - 4/15I've tried several versions of this with ChatGPT, however, I have yet to have any luck. The closet I've gotten is the following. Last week,  Airtable support sent me an email saying that (as I had requested) they updated a workspace to  the team plan.But in fact the workspace is now missing and none of my workspaces are upgraded.I have not gotten a response from support in days.Needless to say, I'm extremely frusrtrated.How do I get out of this?  

I would love to learn if there is a way I can connect Airtable to social media accounts. That way, I can gather data and create graphs within Airtable that already has access to all of the social media platforms data history. Looking forward to hearing from the community!

Hey folks,This is a bit of a doozy so hopefully I can make it make sense. To start with, the enterprise I work for has disabled scripting, and 95% of 3rd party addons, so I am looking for a solution to the problem with built in AT functions that don't require either of those.I have a base that takes in projects from a user. This is done with a form that is available to anyone with the link. The users submitting this form may or may not have air table access. When the form is submitted, the "project" (record) it creates needs to be "reviewed" by multiple departments (trades). Each trade's approver gets an email stating they have a project to review with a link to an interface with the pertinent info for their trade. (the trade approvers DO have AT edit access)Each trade approver has 2 options, to approve the project, or to request more information from the user. If all trades approve an email is sent to the user saying that they are ready to advance to the next step of the project.

HII face an auto-categorization issue with no solution so farI update a table with hundreds of credit card transactions, with lot of them recurring with 95% of the text string similar from a month to another month.Is there any chance there is a solution that would save me from categorizing 10 times the line 'Airtable' as 'Online Services' , or even better, that categorizing once 'Airtable November 2022' would allow to automatically categorize in the same way 'Airtable December 2022', 'Airtable January 2023', 'Airtable February 2023', etc...?Many thanks for your help

I have a question that I can't seem to find the answer to. I have two tables within a base. One is a list of employees with their names and teams. The other is a list of Scheduled trainings. On the Scheduled table, I have a field that I fill in for possible training attendees. It is a multi-select field linked to the Employees' table, but I have to add each individual 1 by 1, which can be time-consuming.Is there a way to add multiple people easily or be able to add everyone from specific teams? I'd want to be able to select operations, for example, and it adds everyone's name from that team to that field. So I can see the attendees, but people can also have the training linked to them directly. 

Hello, I use Airtable for editorial management. I’ve created an automation that will send a Slack message to my team when a story is published or scheduled to be published. I would like the message to include the information (date and time) for when the story was published or is scheduled for. I know how to set up the trigger, action, and various other pieces of information I want the message to include — the part I’m struggling with is how to format the date and time for Slack. I found an article from Slack about how to format dates. I also found this Airtable community discussion about formatting dates for automated email actions. I'd like to create an automation to "tag" each record based on the date it was created. I have a table in the same base (let's call it Table 2) with "Start Date" and "End Date" fields, plus a tag for that date range. So when the new record is created, I'm trying to figure how to take the date/time it was created in Table 1, compare against Table 2, then add the correct tag in Table 1. I'm struggling to figure this out. Any help would be great appreciated.

 We are planning to use record templates in our organization for records (jobs) that we build a lot. We will probably reach the 100max limitation, which is fine. The problem is that every time I add a new record template, I have to go to the interface, remove all templates and then add them again so they are on order. Otherwise, the template that I add at the end will be at the bottom of the list and it will be difficult for my team to find that template. I tried dragging them up/down but it won't work.I would like to have the below sorted by name;For example:Cherrys: E12738Flender: E10346Shibaura: E11334

So with the linked records field you can limit the available records to a view. I would however like to link a record to a certain view within another table. So if I click on the link I would like it to take me to a certain view in another table. This view will be different for each link though (although limited). So I have a table column with tools for example. That will list Blade. Now if I click on blade I would like it to take me to the view of all the different blades in the Tools table. I don’t just want to link to all of them because that would be horrendous to click through all of them. Any ideas?

Hi everyone,I keep having an issue with the URL to the attachment script. It works great for some links but there's a URL that keeps having the same issue: the script runs, it shows a gray icon, and then it automatically deletes the data from those cells. The URLs are public so that shouldn't be the issue. I have my personal access token with all the scopes, but when I try to create a new entry the  api is returning this error:          "type": "INVALID_PERMISSIONS_OR_MODEL_NOT_FOUND",        "message": "Invalid permissions, or the requested model was not found. I have two bases: Contacts and Matters. In Contacts, there are two tables: People and Companies. In Matters, I have a table (Matters) with a field for Clients. I know i can sync People and Companies to the Matters base. However, is there a way to link the records for People and Companies to the Client field? I only see a way for one or the other. 

Hello,I have a client base that needs to be shared and synchronized with more than three different bases in a one-way sync (from the client table to all other bases without allowing any modifications to the client data from those other bases). Hey guys! I am having issues with resyncing projects from a base sync. It's a back and forth sync meaning I sync the projects from base (Project Tracker) to a finishing base (Internal Finishing) that then syncs back to Project tracker with new information. I currently have an automation to relink the projects to a new linked field in the Finishing Information sync to the project that matches the project name in the project single line field (originally linked in in Internal Finishing base), but for some reason it will sometimes link all the projects to it even when there is clearly a matching project name.When I try to convert the Finishing Information Project link from a single text line to a linked field it doesn't recognize the project names and the field is blank (doing this works with Personnel names, but never with projects). Does anyone know how to prevent have only the correct project link to the finishing info table? Or know of a better way to sync this info tog

i have been using airtable for 5 years. My team uses it quite extensively- particularly for automations. however, for the life of me, i cannot seem to create a useful interface. i have tried time and again. i see the promo videos, where interfaces look amazing. so i go in and try again. and almost immediately, i get bogged down. does anyone have a youtube guide they can recommend?For airtable base topics, Gareth from GAP Consulting has been my go-to guru for years. everytime airtable drops a new feature, i wait for Gareth to cover it in one of his videos, and it all becomes clear. however, even Gareth has failed me when it comes to building interfaces.my team is going to be onboarding a new set of users soon. and i have a feeling that an interface could be a real asset to the new users- so they don't have to deal with ALL of the data and can just focus on the parts that apply to them.any suggestions for guides on building interfaces? thanks!

We used to have all of our employees invited to each base as a user rather than the workspace because we had some bases with sensitive info. We've now moved the sensitive bases to a new workspace and invited all of our employees to the workspace so they have access to everything. However, when we go under Account > Base Collaborators it still shows all of the individual bases that they were originally added to. For managing access it's much nicer to just see who has access to the whole workspace and who has access to only some individual bases as we still have some people that only need base access.It seems the only way to clean this up would be to remove the workspace access, then painfully remove access for each individual on each of the probably over 100 bases we have, then re-grant access to the workspace. Is there any other way to fix this? To Airtable, suggestion that if someone goes from base access to the workspace access to clean up the view for us.

This might not be possible (especially since our nonprofit is on a free plan) but we have a number of projects that require review by our general counsel before they can finish. We have a tab with the start and end dates of each project. Our General Counsel just sent us several ranges of dates when she'll be especially busy and need more time than usual to provide her review.The base started with just the "Projects" tab, with each project's start and end date. I've created a new tab for "Compliance Challenge Dates" with a name, a start date, and an end date. I would like to create a new field in the Projects tab that:Gets the End date of the project.Subtracts three days.Uses the range of dates between three days before the end of the project and the end of the project (let's call it the "last three days of the project")Checks all "Compliance Challenge Dates" tab entries and sees if there's any overlap between the date range of any of the entries and the last three days of the project.I

I need next result - Text & Date. Date should be in format MM/DD/YYYY. But now as a result I have time also. It is not expected result. Formatting tab is not available for this case. Below I attached the formula I use. I would be grateful if somebody helps me to remove time from my formula.
