Hello Airtable Community!I’m designing a system to collect structured KPI data (10 standardized metrics) from independent businesses. Phase 1 (Pilot): 16 businesses entering data via Airtable forms Phase 2: Expand to 60 businesses Phase 3 (Scale): 600+ businesses Goal: Aggregate all submissions into a single dataset for analysis and benchmarking.My core questions: Can Airtable handle this scale of data collection and access control? If so, what architecture would you recommend? One base where businesses submit via forms, with Interfaces restricting visibility to only their data? Hello everyone,I created an automation that sends an email (gmail) at the click of a button. It uses some fields + attachment to create the email:Fields:Email addressSubjectBodyAttachment It works fine but it is very fragile: if one of those fields is empty, the email won’t work and the user won’t know.I set a warning message when clicking the button, it helps, but I’d like something stronger; like during the automation, if any of those fields is empty, to show a popup or error message to the user.I have looked around but cannot find anything like this. Any help?

I have 3 tables:Table 1: Work productivity data from our delivery management system. This has the employee’s email and date of shift.Table 2: Employee Data from our HR system. This has the employee’s email address and employee ID.Table 3: Shift data from our clock in/clock out system. This includes the employee ID, hours worked, and date of shift. There is a way to link all three as they share sufficient fields. I would like to match the productivity data for a specific employee on a specific date to the hours work within Table 1. So I have hours worked in there.For example, I’d like in Table 1:Bryan - bryan@hotmac.com - employee ID: 113495 - 34 tasks - 4.73 hours worked. I can link each table, but I’m stuck on how to match the shifts on the correct date between Table 1 and Table 3. Any help is really welcomed. Is there a way to customize a form so it’s more than just one long vertical column of fields. Would like to have fields be able to display horizontally too.That way you can see some or all the fields at once. Any ideas for layout change?

So, we have calendars imbedded in our website and have color-coded different activities to make it easier for the parents to look for certain things.  This is the grid view.And this is the embedded calendar.  But the colors aren’t translating.  Everything on the calendar is the same color unless you open the activity up.

Hello!In the interface, I have a kanban section with some cards where 4 fields shows, aside from the name of the cards. Now my problem is that those fields also show their title.So at the moment it look like this:Garry’s PubTypeCADAddress157 Rue de VilléCityMontréalBut I want it to look like this:Garry’s PubCAD157 Rue de VilléMontréalAnd I cannot find the option to hide the field titles anywhere.Anybody with better luck than me here? 

We have an intake form to generate URLs with UTMs parameters. I have created a new form with additional functionality. During testing, I need both the old and new forms to work.My current Formula field concatenates the URL (Root Link) with the UTM parameters and values. There is also a check to determine if the URL provided in the Root Link field contains a "?". Hi guys,The easiest explanation of my problem is this:I have an orders table and I have a “Tags” field in that table (multi select) - one of the tags is “Awaiting Payment” When a customer pays, a team member will remove this tag. When this happens, we want to automatically leave a note in our Notes table.We already create notes automatically in other automations so are confident with that part, but the trigger is more of an issue?I’m thinking that maybe I need a “Tags Previous State” field to copy to?Not really sure, I appreciate any insight anyone can offer. 

In airtable form the column should be visible when 2 column values together should be 100%. 1st Question:For example, as shown in the screenshot below, in the Airtable Form, when a user updates Tag 1 and Tag 2 so that their total equals 100%, Tag 3 and Tag 4 should no longer be visible in the form. If the tags do not total 100%, all three remaining tags (Tag 2, Tag 3, and Tag 4) should remain visible. 2nd Question:Is there an option or way in Airtable forms to prevent users from submitting the form if the total Tag does not equal 100%? 

Hello, I have a basic form for people to request new feature. When i open the form and submit all goods. When some of the users open the form they have the message: “Error Refresh Server”. Any idea what’s the issue ?  Thank you :)  

@ScottWorld , I went through a few options to look at ways to just highlight the duplicate entries as they get entered into a database. I noted u came up with a simple one but there were no steps written down. We have a unique patient ID which is in the primary column , we dont want to duplicate a patient file. Every time we enter we wish to have a look and see if there is a duplicate entry and delete if its highlighted. makes sense?

Hi Awesome Airtable folks, I am a fairly competent basic Airtable user - basic integrations and data moving between bases, however not a full coder (so need an easy solution that is easily passed on to others please). I would love your advice on the best approach for this: -We have an event, and we have 2 different H&S forms that we require our various stakeholders to complete. Each area (trade, volunteers etc) has its own base in AirtbaleForm 1 - DeclarationA simple airtable form, no images. Built in Airtable, communicates directly back to base. Just wanted to pitch this, and see if you are seeing this as much of a need as I see it. I am a heavy Notion user, which I quite a lot but I overall preffer Airtable except for one thing. NOTION Formulas as far superior. To give an example, you can use dot notation in Notion formulas  sum((Pagos.filter(and(current.Tipo=="Cuota",formatDate(current.Date,"MMMM")==(formatDate(today(),"MMMM")))).map(current.Monto)).first())!-->Here I am getting fro my list of members, all the categories they belong to, and from there all the events there are, and from there all the dates. Hello all!I’m building an inventory database with an associated request form. I have two separate tables - one for full inventory and one for the request. In the request table, I’ve allowed people to link records from the Inventory to a requestor record. What I want to happen is that when an item is added to that requestor record, I want the associated item in the Inventory table to update its status to “Checked Out”.  Can anyone help me logic this one out?  Thank you!

Trying to find a solution to always show every month in a range. Pivot tables don’t provide any customization for this, so I am trying to reimagine data in a dashboard/interface bar chart. There is an option to show empty records, but as you can see its still skipping months. This is a single select field, with every month as an option. I want to see months that are missing any selections. I’ve also tried it with a date field updated to bucket by month, but still same issue. What am I missing?

Hello I am working to find a way to connect stripe to Airtable. The use case for this is to show when a customer’s account is paid, past due, or cancelled. We have a people base in airtable that is each individual user in our system. Name, company name, emails, etc In stripe we have subscriptions that are paid and automated there. All payments are through this system. Some stripe subscriptions are an ap or accounting email but pay for 10 users in our people base. I have tried zapier but it does not have the ability to connect the two in the way that is needed. I am thinking I need to connect the unique stripe customer Id to the user in airtable. Not sure if this is best done through the stripe meta data. Then I would need a script to connect this meta data to the users in the airtable base.

Hi, I’m trying to share a table using an iframe, I do not have problems when I see it from desktop, but from mobile it does not look good. When I enter the iframe URL in mobile it works fine, but when I enter my URL that has an iframe inside, it looks different. Does anyone know what could be happening? I’m trying to get text and currency to combine and show properly with 2 decimal places even if they are 0.00.I have a product field (with text), a value field (with Currency)If i did a simple Formula {Product} & “ - $” & {Value} the result makes $18.30 from {Value} turn into $18.3 and $20.00 turn into $20, removing any 0’s after the decimal.Through research and help we can do the following equation:CONCATENATE({Product}, " - $", IF({Value}, ROUND({Value}, 2) & IF(FIND(".", ROUND({Value}, 2) & " ") = LEN(ROUND({Value}, 2) & "") - 1, "0", ""), "-.--")," "&{/Unit})This will put in 2 decimal places unless they are .00, then it reverts to suppressing the two 0’s after the decimal place, how do i get them back?

Is there is way in airtable filling the form by quarter and once it is submitted it should create multiple record as per the quarter.

Hi all Does anyone know if Airtable has considered other options for date pickers?Currently it doesn’t allow for choosing years (which you usually can on typical date picker forms). So unless you use your keyboard, it’s not practical to move to other years or even months ahead. Looking forward to your thoughts. Soeren

I am looking to upgrade back to Team plan from Free but am concerned that upgrading may reset workspace and lose dataFor context: Small charity working with boys and men in London Changed banks → automated Airtable payment failed Downgraded from Team to Free plan Over usage limits, 24 days to upgrade Support team contacted, communication unclear Ideal: update bank details, make payment, continue as is The administrator is on extended leave and I need to change the contact name for access purposesAny guidance is greatly appreciated. 

I created a database but not the way it is suppose to be, so now I created one with the same fields but it is relational now as i did not know how to build one. So, now I need to move all the data into the new one. Can someone tell me how, i saw something about syncing but I cant find a way to do it. thanksRose

Hello Everyone, I want to display the whole content of the “Long text” field (about 100 lines) in the Gallery/kanban view. Now it shows just the top 4-5 lines and then the next field content. To read the whole content, one has to click on it to expand. Is there a way by which the whole content can be displayed in the Gallery/Kanban view without clicking over it? Thanks a lot!
