Hello all. having some trouble. I set up a form with multiple choice questionnaire where each choice has a unique score where the total some based on the answers gives a range where it will determine the reediness of an organization, we are consulting. The scores are then set up to our dashboard where we can determine what path to pursue for their consultation. it seems like I can get the scores to be set up correctly within the form and could use some serious help!

Hi everyone,I’m building my own CRM and want to filter for e-mail domains and create company records based on it. But I do not want to create company records for typical free e-mail-providers like gmx, web or gmail. That’s why I want to filter before running the automation. Can I input more than 1 value into the conditioning “does not contain”? And if so, how? I tried putting a comma inbetween the options but that did not work. And I do not want to setup a condition per domain that should not be included.Thanks for your help!RegardsJonas 

I have a single table with 2 varying date formats, one that is in date format (i.e. 6/30/2025) and another one with single select (i.e. 2025). I’m trying to figure out a way to link the two together, that way when I update the actual date, the year updates accordingly. A lot of times we have multiple people working on the same table, and they update the date column, but not the year. Simplifying this to where the year updates automatically would allow us to keep things consistent. Any help would be greatly appreciated! 

I am trying to create an automation that will send a personalized email to a list of recipients. I have a record that triggers automation when matches conditions.I have several records linked to one field of the triggering record that link to the recipients table, where email addresses are stored.I use Find Records to obtain a list of names and email addresses from a linked records.I want to iterate sending Gmail to each of the addresses individually, addressing the person by name and sending the message only to one person at a time.If that is possible, how do I use the input source data in the To: field and in the email body to address one single person - not the list of them at once.If I do not use Find Records to create the input list, then I can only use ID and Name from the linked records and can not pull out their emails from the table where those recipient names, emails and other data are stored, leaving me with useless set of IDs and names only. Thank you in advance for any tho

I want to be able to count the total amount of times all “jobs” has had all “job type”. Example: Job - “Contact Customer” is Job Type - “Enquiring”. If we get a hit the type will change from “enquiring” to “prototype” however I want to log that is was an enquiry permanently and count how many total “enquiring” we have had. Then I will be able to track on a graph how many “enquiring” has converted into sales or failures. ​Here are my two linked tables. I have set up previously a counter to +1 every time the record “enquiring” had updated however my problem lies with when the job changed type it will still +1 on removal also. Basically I want “If records is added, +1 to total” thanks for any help in advance

Hi, I'm receiving an Airtable Error 429 in Make, even though it's fully OAuthorized and verified. It relates (I believe) to high API usage.I stopped using the Airtable, which should have reset the API traffic; however, the issue is persisting even when I’m not using the Airtable.The issue isn’t on Make’s side, I isolated the error by connecting another Airtable (which worked fine) and then tried connecting the Airtable that isn’t working to my account, and it didn’t work.

I'm trying to setup an automation that sends out reminder emails to a bunch of people. I'm wanting to customize the email to pull information, such as their name and email address, into the automation. However, when I try to input the dynamic data into the email that will be sent out, the only option I have showing up in my "insert values from field" are ID and the primary field in the table. Whereas with most dynamic setups, I'm able to pull data from any field in the table. Why are the other fields not available? Is there a workaround for this? Hi,This question is a detail out from another question (here: https://community.airtable.com/t5/automations/dynamically-scalable-email-content-by-quot-tag-quot-instead-of/m-p/202260#M19754), for reference.I’m trying to abstractify our CRM’s mail setup using an automation with Find Record steps with Dynamic variables. One variable I need to use is “Tag” that links contacts to an area of interest (nature, sports, food, etc). Since I use the Tag classification in many places throughout the base (currently 8 tables), I have made it into a Linked Record instead of a separate Single Select for each table. Yes, I know that if I'd use Single Selects this would work without issues :).The problem is I can’t figure out how to use a Linked Record as a Dynamic condition in a Find Record step. I’d like to search exactly so I choose Tag “is exactly” from the Dynamic conditions. Then I only find a “Make a new list of” option, under which I can choose the tag (“nature” in this pic).Testing this setup y

Hello, I’ve got a Bookkeeping Airtable Base and have created a record review interface for the user to review new records, created with transaction info pulled from their banks. They’ve got to make sure they categorize the transaction and that it has something written into the Vendor field, then they hit the “save” button, which I created to run an automation that updates some things behind the scenes, crucially, pasting the value of a formula field (that adds up the Vendor field plus the transaction year) into a linked field called Merchant, and then marking that record as “reviewed.”So far it’s been going wonderfully, but I ran into an issue when a user told me they hit “save” but nothing happened, and going in I realized that the automation only works when there is already a record in the linked Merchants tab with the correct Vendor+year combo. If this transaction is from a brand new vendor, the automation doesn’t work, because – as I learned by checking out the Airtable Community p

Hello,my question is very similar to  https://community.airtable.com/t5/automations/invite-colleagues-to-connect-gmail-account/td-p/72428 but there was no solution to this post and I was unable to reply to it.Below is a picture of my automation set up. I would like the automated email to send even if the trigger (which is in an interface) is initiated on another computer ( a colleague's, so they would be part of the work email domain(?)) and would not be logged into my email.Do people trying to use this automation from a different computer need to be logged into my email? Do I need to attach their email to the automation?Thanks in advance for any explanations!  

Hi, I am trying to set up an automation to send emails from multiple email accounts. I am able to add multiple accounts by clicking “manage connected account” and logging into Gmail. But I am wondering if there’s a way to invite colleagues to connect their Gmail accounts? That way, I could select different emails to come from different colleagues’ accounts. Is this possible? Hi,I was hoping I might have some help with an Automation please.I’ve been working on an Automation that will allow people to submit job requests via a form, and then have these jobs appear on my calendar for my accountant to reference. The automation works off a number of fields and a script per below:When a form is submitted > Run a ScriptThe script looks at what day it is, and starting at 10:00am in 1h blocks will add jobs to the calendar that day as long as they are before 9:00pm.Jobs falling after 9:00 pm will be pushed to the next business day, and anything on the weekend is pushed to Monday.The script also look for a specific job type (floor plans) so that only they count towards the slot number (10:00-11:00am, 11:00-12:00pm etc).As best I can tell, anything relating to the timezone of the automation and formulas it ties into is set to “Use same time zone for all collaborators” with the zone set to “Australia/Perth”.However, for some reason the first slot always seems to defa

I currently have a system created to track gear that comes to my warehouse and then leaves.I have different ways in where this gear arrives such as picked up by us, dropped off to warehouse by client, picked up by client from warehouse or returned by us. I have a field for each of those ways. most of the time when it is picked up by us it is also returned by us. I want each entry to automate being returned up by us when i choose picked up by us. Same for the other ones that are paired. What steps do I have to take to make it to where each time I make a new entry that this can be automated? I also do not want it to effect previous entries already made.

Thanks for any help regarding this.I have an integration running in Google Sheets where Amex charges are downloaded into a Google sheet, almost realtime.  My goal is to create a connection so that when a record is created in Google Sheets it is copied into an Airtable base. I think it should be just one way from Google Sheets to Airtable.The challenge is that the integration between Amex and Google sheets deletes all existing records and does a full re-creation of ALL the records in the Google Sheet whenever a single row is added.I didn’t realize this when I created a Zapier Zap to create a new record in AirTable every time a record was added to the Google Sheet. Before long I had thousands of Zaps on hold.  For example, in the Google sheet if one new Amex charge is added, for some reason it deletes the 500 existing rows and adds back 501 new rows.  I asked support for that product why they do it, but I’m certain they’ll have their reason. Just haven’t heard back yet.So to make

I need to take the fields visible in a particular view, and convert it to a pdf that I can then send via email. Is this possible via airtable automations?

I have a table linked to an application form. This table has a field with a check in it.I have another table within the same workspace for people that are referred, also with a check in it.Right now, new members apply and then I have 2 records: one from the application form, another from the manual enter I did as the person got referred.I want the system to update all records when someone applies using the form, so it doesn’t create another record, but fill in all the information on the already created one. Is this possible?I can’t seem to make it work via automations. 

Hi my name is Jerry.  I am not at all new to Airtable but my experience is not particularly broad.  I built our Airtable base 8 or 9 years ago and haven’t done any development work on it since.  I am not a programmer.My problem:I am creating a package receiving solution for our freight forwarding business.  We receive packages, log information regarding that package and place it in the racks for future handling.  I am looking for a way to easily add a photo to the package record during the receiving process.The process: A new record is created by scanning a preprinted, barcoded label which is then applied to the package.  The scan gun is then used to scan other information from the package such as shipper and tracking number.  The customer name is selected from a linked field followed by entry dimensions, weight and comments.  Then the box is opened and a general description of contents is scanned into a field from a prepared list on the wall.  While we have the box opened we would lik

I have numbers 00001 to 00014, but have not listed the numbers from 00015 to 00200 yet because I to update photos with a watermark. However, I have records from 00200 onward updated and on the website. Is there a way to include 00015 to 00200 as empty records to maintain the sequence of autonumbering then input the record for 00201 and continue? I hope this makes sense.  thanks Linda 

Hello,I am new here and am trying to find a way to create a new record (and auto-populate some data into this new record) when the user pushes a button on a different table.Example:I have table A and table B. I want to find a way whereby if the '2024 Definate Grow out' box is checked on a given record in table A, a new record is automatically inserted into table B, which copies over some of the data from the relevant record in table A into this new record in table B. I have managed to create an automation which inserts a new record in Table B every time I push the button on a record in Table A, but do not know how to copy across the data into the new record on Table B or if this is even possible.  Thank you!  Z

Hello guys,  I would appreciate it if I could get some help on this. So the context is that I have two tables. 1 table is for quotation (Tbl_RFQ) and another table is for when quotation is confirmed (Tbl_Confirmed). For example, an item in Tbl_RFQ may invite 3 bids (i.e., 3 records). However, only 1 bid will be selected for each item. When the winning bid is selected, new record will be created in Tbl_Confirmed. This requires an automation which I managed to do.  Automation to create records in anther tableThe problem is that, most of the times, some details are not yet filled in Tbl_RFQ so it means that when new records are created in Tbl_Confirmed, some fields are missing. What I am trying to do is to link the created records in Tbl_RFQ and Tbl_Confirmed together so that if the fields in a record in Tbl_RFQ is updated then the same field in the same record will be updated as well.A simple solution may be to just create a lookup field in Tbl_Confirmed that links the two tables togethe
