I'm trying to set up an automation so an email is sent out to a client when their video's status changes to CLIENT REVIEW. Specifying that wasn't a problem. However, when testing it, I keep getting an error message that the To field is empty. I've mapped it to a field containing an email address, and specified the exact record to use set to the correct Status, but keep getting this error. The token is set to pull the Value. I've tried the other options but get the same (non) result.How do I get this to work?Thanks

I am pulling in data from a webhook to create entries.  I need to prevent entries from being created if they already exist.Is there a way to use the Find Records and Conditions to prevent this from happening?If so perhaps there is a guide somewhere?  This is a very confusing part of Airtable imo.

Hey guys, I have two tables—Email Info and IPT. When a checkbox is clicked in Email Info for any domain,  the domain and any one corresponding email address and its ID should be updated in IPT. I may select multiple checkboxes at the same time.Inbox details have multiple emails and ids. 

Hi Community, I have an issue with an automation - I have created this, so that when a new organisation is added, they automatically get added to my H&S Declaration table - however everytime I turn the automation on it creates a random selection of additional duplicate records in the trigger table (Organisation)? Any pointers on what I am doing wrong? Thanks

Hi Everyone,I pay people through Airtable for piece-rate work. On the backend, the data is organised by tasks and by day (e.g. Task 1, Task 2, Task 3 – Monday; Task 1, Task 2, Task 3 – Tuesday, and so on).There’s a button that lets me “Email Payslip,” but when I use it the PDF that goes out to employees ends up jumbled. The tasks are out of order (for example: Task 3 – Wednesday, Task 2 – Tuesday, Task 4 – Monday), which makes the payslip confusing and hard for employees to read.Does anyone know how I can fix the output so the payslip shows the tasks in the correct order?Any help greatly appreciated   

I've a table that generates records through the Airtable built-in form. Each record comes with an ID from an external software. The ID is connected to accounts in this external software, so account 1 could have ID: 123, account 2 could have ID: 1234. What I want is to prevent the same ID appear more than once in the table. In other words: When the form has been submitted and the record has been created, I want Airtable to not delete, but make the user aware of the duplicate in the table. Is the above mentioned possible with an Automation? One think I want to mention is that I can't create an Automation for each ID since we have more than 100.000 IDs (accounts) in the external software. 

I am setting up an automated email and want it to go to the email (will be multiple emails) from a lookup field that has the email address in it. When inserting the Data from the Record and selecting the property that has the emails in it, it gives me options. I can not get any of them to work! The error is that the “To” input is empty. Hello all, I am new to airtable and here is my problem: My database has few automations that run weekly (separate times and days). I would like something like a calendar, where I can monitor at any point if any of the automations ran and if it produced a changed output (its not always expected to). I have tried using the timeline and calendar interfaces, but those are based on fields and not automations. Have I missed something, any advice on how I can visualise what I am looking to do?Thank you

I have set up an automation to email myself and my coworker when a new marketing task is submitted through our airtable.Currently I have it set up with me in the to address field, and my coworker in the CC field. When the automation runs, it sends me a duplicate email, and my email is copied into the CC line. I initially had both of us in the To line, but then it would copy both emails to the CC line and we would both get a duplicate email.I've reset the triggers and retested multiple times, and I cannot find a fix for it.

Hi, apologies if this is a duplicate – in my searching, I only found questions about a Gmail integration. I’ve noticed that we’re having issues with automated emails being sent TO Gmail email addresses. The automation works in all other cases, but with Gmail addresses, we’re finding that recipients can’t find the email in spam/junk or promotions tabs. Is there a known issue there, or does anyone have suggestions for what might be happening? I am testing an automation setup where a user fills out a form with a multiple select field to indicate the social media platforms and post types they wish to share content on around a singular topic (i.e., they could select Instagram - Story, Facebook - Post and Instagram - Post all at once) and then an automation that creates new records in a separate table for each of the post types selected in that form (so, three entries based on the example I shared above). These created records are also linked to the initial table with a linked records field.The issue I have is figuring out how to update the records in the second table if anything changes in the first table (i.e., the name of the post topic or the social posts desired). Hi all,I am in the process of building an archive base to transfer records to in order to keep our operations base within its record limit. I have set up a basic 1-way sync that does not delete records in the archive base when deleted in the main base.Can I consider record comments to be lost? Or does anyone know a way to copy them to a text field?thx

Hi! I work with an appraisal firm. Each appraiser has his own Airtable base to track jobs and expenses and commissions. When a record in their base is invoiced and a checkbox marked, a record of that job is created in my Payroll base so I know to pay them on the next payroll. I have it set so that if changes were made to the record in the Appraisers' base, Make.com would search the Payroll base. If the record already existed in the Payroll base, it would update the record. If it didn't already exist, the record would be created. It all of a sudden stopped working. It isn't recognizing that the record already exists in the Payroll base. I didn't make any changes to the scenario in Make or the bases in Airtable. I’m trying to create an automation that sends an email to a table user when a “due date” field is tomorrow.  The trigger and action tests both get green check marks but when I turn on the automation, it shows a fail in the history because there’s nothing in the “To” field. It all looks like it should work so I’m not sure where I’m going wrong. Has anyone been able to make something like this work?   

Hi all,We're working with a List view interface where users use the relatively new manual sorting feature to create a list of approx. 30 materials that make 1 product. I've added an automation to copy these materials over to another product, which works fine except for the sorting.When running test runs with the automation, I noticed that the automation's 'Sort list' step, when set to sort by the 'Manual sort' field, gives a different result than the List view (or data view).In data view, I've copied the 'Manual sort' values into a single line text field and applied the same sorting to that field instead of the 'Manual sort' field. This results in yet another different sorting (which seems most logical to me, placing 'bXa' above 'bXWV' in an ascending list).I've attached images of the automation setup and the different results in data view. Hello,I have a table with a file field, there I also have a “file url” field where I add the expiring downlad url of that file. As this url expire after 2 hours, I search for a solution to update this url every 2 hours so it stay available. I tried with automations first : Tried a repetition group but the problem is that all I can do is add the whole list of url (separated with comma) from all the records, i cannot find how to add the url of this record only. For exemple I want to have :File url of record 1 = url 1File url of record 2 = url 2File url of record 3 = url 3 But what I have is :File url of record 1 = url 1, url 2, url 3File url of record 2 = url 1, url 2, url 3File url of record 3 = url 1, url 2, url 3 So I tried with scripts, I found a script extension that work perfectly (its named “Convert attachments to URLs”) but I cannot find how to execute it automatically ever

Good day everyone! I want your feedback on how to complete this. I have a table of ‘Projects’ listed and includes a linked field where I select multiple records that represent rooms of a house. This is what I want to do: once I select multiple rooms of the house, I want to auto-create a list for that particular project that includes default furniture and accessory pieces for each associated room of the house. That way, I’m not having to manually write it for each project that comes up. It may be easier for me to create an excel document to include the most common rooms with associated furniture and décor pieces. What are your thoughts? If it’s possible to complete, do you have any recommendations on how to make it happen? Thank you!
