Hi everyone,I’ve set up an automation in Airtable that is supposed to trigger once a day at a fixed time. The automation is configured to send an email via Gmail.Here’s the setup: Trigger: At a scheduled time Interval: Every 1 day Time: 1:30 PM (local timezone +07) Start date: Jan 9, 2025 (Screenshot 1 shows the trigger configuration).The problem:Instead of firing once, the automation is running three times: Once at the correct scheduled time (1:30 PM) Once again almost immediately after (same minute) And another run about 2 hours earlier than schedule

I’ve got a nice little script within an automation to auto-categorize transactions in a bookkeeping base. It relies on a table for transactions with various fields, as well as a table called Rules, with the rules I want to create for my categorizations. Hello all,I'm encountering an automation issue that I thought adding a delay action would resolve—allowing sufficient time for all record data to populate before triggering the email. The setup: Our work order base captures information and automatically emails the assigned technician. While most fields transfer correctly, two field agent fields consistently fail to appear: "Job Name" and "Scope of Work." The first field: The second field: The workflow is: The PM manually enters the Scope of Work, which then populates both the Job Name and Job Summary fields. These should all be included in the technician's email.

Hello - I have a table for 'Booked Calls'. New entries come in when a call is scheduled and when the call time is passed an email goes to our client asking for feedback. Hello,Is it possible to update multiple records from information in one email?I know I can use the “When email received” trigger to create a record and extract the body of the email into that record. However, I sometimes receive emails with information that belongs to different records in Airtable.Initially, I receive an order confirmation. That contains only information about one order, so I can set Airtable up to create a record from each order confirmation.When the order is ready, I receive another email, and that email often contains information about multiple orders.The data in the body of the second email is structured roughly like this:           The ordered materials have arrived.           Order number: …           [Other details about the materials]           Order number: …           [Other details about the materials]           Order number: …           [Other details about the materials]

The Send SMS App only works when I use the primary number under the Twilio Account Info Section But I have a second mobile number in the same Twilio account under my other Active Numbers that I want to send from but When I change the number in Airtable send sms app sending fails. I tried Creating new API Credentials but that didnt work or I dont know what I am doing there - there was no option to select a particular number,  and I cant find Auth Token and SSID for the number I specifically want to send from. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.  

There has got to be an easy way to fill an Adobe PDF form with an Airtable record.It honestly sounds simple to me and I can’t find a solution (so I guess it’s not simple LOL).  I should be able to map fields from airtable to the fields on the existing pdf form and press a button to put the airtable data on the pdf form. Done. I’ve been messing with this for days now looking for a simple solution.  Fillout offers a complex solution and I’m struggling to overcome the learning curve.  Fillout forms are max two columns and it just doesn’t look good to me.  I like the way airtable forms look, the the functionality is limited.  For example why doesn’t a button exist to “SUBMIT and email a formatted copy of the data”? Currently, our staff is using an airtble form to enter data into the table.  Works fine.  But thennnn, someone has to physically enter that data from the airtable table into an existing pdf form.  Very time consuming and mistake prone.  Cut

I have a transaction table that is collecting post information through a serverless function. When I get those transactions, I want to run an automation that will look for am email address and, if found, update the contact record, if not found, insert it. I need an Upsert. Is there such an animal in Airtable?

Hi everyone 👋I’m running into an issue with an Automation setup and was wondering if anyone else has dealt with something similar.Context: Trigger: Webhook (connected to a form on my website) Action: Google Docs: Create doc Problem:Sometimes the automation fails with the following error:The contents contain unexpected formatting that cannot be convertedIt doesn’t happen every time, only occasionally, which makes it hard to debug.Has anyone experienced this with the Google Docs integration? Could it be related to certain formatting coming through from the form/webhook payload? Or maybe a limitation in how Airtable passes rich text to Google Docs?Any tips or workarounds would be greatly appreciated 🙏(I’ll attach a screenshot in the comments as well.)Thanks in advance! 

How to populate a blanc single column in Hubspot from a filled column in Airtable using integromat?

I’m running into a strange issue. I have a table of records that I filter by ‘Created date’ before passing it into “Generate text with AI.” At this AI stage, I’m just filtering entries where the Source is a scientific source (peer-reviewed papers, preprints, PubMed, etc.).This used to work perfectly. But today the output only contains 1 row, even though my input table has more valid entries. If I feed the AI a table containing only the two Nature entries, it correctly outputs both. But when I pass in the full table (with more rows from other sources), it only outputs one Nature entry. Hi fantastic people, I am struggling with an automation.  I basically have one base that I have synched to my main base, certain rows. I then want these rows from the synched view to populate onto my main table. I have managed to get the event name to populate over but the dates do not. I have screen shots of each step below. Any help would be great.  This screen shot you can see the Main Sub Task populates to the Topic fine. I then want the Main Start Date to populate to the Enter Start Date and the Main End Date to the Enter End Date.  This is the actions part which fails: This is the update record part which is successful

Hi there, I’m trying to set up an airtable automation to update an existing record in a table “new members” after that member submits additional information through the airtable form I’ve embedded on my website. The form is set up to automatically add their Memberstack ID to the new submission so I can match it to existing records and use this to update them but I cannot get the automation to work as it seems to be based on the Record ID field, not Memberstack ID. I'm trying to set up an automation so an email is sent out to a client when their video's status changes to CLIENT REVIEW. Specifying that wasn't a problem. However, when testing it, I keep getting an error message that the To field is empty. I've mapped it to a field containing an email address, and specified the exact record to use set to the correct Status, but keep getting this error. The token is set to pull the Value. I've tried the other options but get the same (non) result.How do I get this to work?Thanks

I am pulling in data from a webhook to create entries.  I need to prevent entries from being created if they already exist.Is there a way to use the Find Records and Conditions to prevent this from happening?If so perhaps there is a guide somewhere?  This is a very confusing part of Airtable imo.

Hey guys, I have two tables—Email Info and IPT. When a checkbox is clicked in Email Info for any domain,  the domain and any one corresponding email address and its ID should be updated in IPT. I may select multiple checkboxes at the same time.Inbox details have multiple emails and ids. 

Hi Community, I have an issue with an automation - I have created this, so that when a new organisation is added, they automatically get added to my H&S Declaration table - however everytime I turn the automation on it creates a random selection of additional duplicate records in the trigger table (Organisation)? Any pointers on what I am doing wrong? Thanks

Hi Everyone,I pay people through Airtable for piece-rate work. On the backend, the data is organised by tasks and by day (e.g. Task 1, Task 2, Task 3 – Monday; Task 1, Task 2, Task 3 – Tuesday, and so on).There’s a button that lets me “Email Payslip,” but when I use it the PDF that goes out to employees ends up jumbled. The tasks are out of order (for example: Task 3 – Wednesday, Task 2 – Tuesday, Task 4 – Monday), which makes the payslip confusing and hard for employees to read.Does anyone know how I can fix the output so the payslip shows the tasks in the correct order?Any help greatly appreciated
