Hello! When I share my forms link, even though nothing is checked to restrict access, it is requiring everyone to sign-in to Airtable? I use to be able to send the forms link and it sent the form, now it is requiring folks to sign-in. Any fix for this?

Hi, I needed help with airtable, specifically on the fields of our content calendar. We have this added field that says “Updated Verbiage” and this is where we usually attach the Updated Document. We were able to use that before but recently and these past few weeks, we had a hard time using it because the field is not working. We cannot click the field and add the updated document. Has anyone experienced the same dilemma and how were you able to fixed it? 

I understand there is an Admin panel available on the Business and Enterprise plans that looks like a one-stop-shop for organizing user settings/permissions, but that this is not available on the Teams plan. Isn’t there a way on the Teams plan to see all users in one place to see what they have permission to and at what level with the ability to edit the settings right there? Currently it seems like a disorganized mess as I have to go to each element to see who has what and frankly that’s not very clear. An Admin panel seems like database 101 and should be available to all paid plans. Am I missing the boat here? (I feel like I’m missing something obvious.) A specific question: In our workspace, under the Collaborators tab, it shows three users:Me - Workspace OwnerMy boss - Workspace EditorEmployee - Interface Editor Would this setting allow the employee to interact with the base itself, or do can they only see the interface (which is the goal)?

Hi, I have a question about some app architecture that I wonder if anyone might have suggestions or opinions about? The short version is: is it better to pull AT data into an outside app, or to instead try and build plugins / overlays within AT (somehow?) ?  Longer version: I am an engineer (not the software kind) and architect (also not the software kind). I LOVE AirTable. We use it religiously in our firm and it works GREAT for managing building data (pumps, fans, windows, glass, materials, rooms, ventilation flow-rates, etc, etc...)., We have built all sorts of tools to pull AT data down into our local Building Information Models (BIM) as we work. I’ve been working on a client-facing app for BIM data display, and so far what I have is a basic React App which pulls in a project’s AT data and displays it in tables for the client. So thats also fine. But NOW I am starting to add ‘creation’ tools to this app,  and I’m wondering if instead there is a way to build my app into AT, rather t

I hate to make my first post a complaint, but I am at my wits' end.Two days ago, after extensive research, I decided Airtable would work for me and signed up for a year's subscription to the $20 USD a month plan.After logging into both the web interface and app, I find I am still on a FREE plan.I tried seeking help through the chat system; it was a complete waste of energy—nothing happened other than being told to contact sales.I messaged sales, but got no response.I emailed support and received a prompt reply: "Yes, we will investigate."Two days later, I'm still not upgraded and have received no further support other than "We are looking into this."This is unacceptable and unworkable—I don't want to risk my business on this type of “support.”I asked for a refund.Ignored.I am about to start a chargeback/fraud report with my bank.If anyone has the king's ear, tell them to sort their support team out.

We have many projects that we want to export or save in an Excel file so we can import them into another platform we’re using. Is there an option to download all the project tabs at once into a single file, so we don’t have to manually download each tab separately?

Hi! I’m trying to embed a calendar view, but the data view isn’t matching the embed view:Data view (the one I want): Embedded view (no bueno): Normally I’d just set the view in the embedded version, but this will be on a TV with a refresh/animation every half an hour, so that’s not really feasible. Any way to fix this? Thanks!

Airtable seems to be suffering a major outage. None of the tables load, and shows an error that starts with “pgl…..”, asking to Refresh the page. But Refresh takes a long time, and the same result.

Hello there,a script that is running as part of an automation is failing occasionally because it is exceeding the 30 seconds limit. This is out of my control because it is calling an external API which sometimes takes a bit longer due to high load (OpenAI API). Airtable is unable to load data.We are a company located in Korea. Currently, all accounts within the company are unable to load Airtable data.We need help from someone who knows about the current official maintenance schedule or the error.

My logo is no longer uploading. The instructions tell me to upload it as an URL, but all attempts to creat a URL out of it and upload it have failed. Why the change from what was perfect, and how do I get my logo image up? Thanks! Anne

I’d like to have a progress bar (from a percentage field) on displaying the live progress on our website. I’m having a surprisingly hard time finding tool that will actually allow me to do this. Obviously I can do it by embedding an interface, but I only need (and want) the progress bar from the specific record embedded. Airtable interfaces aren’t customisable enough to remove the extra fluff.There must be a third party tool that can turn a simple piece of data into progress bar - any pointers for a tool to try? Softr could do it, but unfortunately the embed block option is at a higher subscription tier than we can justify. $139/mo is a bit pricey to display a progress bar.

Table 1 is a database of completed projects, table 2 is a list of invoices. How do I have the linked field in table 1 link to the next available invoice # in table 2? The invoice #s cannot be duplicated and I’d like them to stay chronological. All of this is currently set up, but it’s done manually. First, by searching what invoice # is next then in table 1 under the invoices field, create a new record with the next invoice # in line. Is there a simpler way to do this? Table 1 Table 2

Hello - I just upgraded to the Pro-plan because it said the org chart allows you to “view hierarchical links between linked records” - but what I didn’t realize until now is that only works for fields within the same table. I’m trying to view how I’ve linked my tables (which I built in the “free” version) - I need to see this visually with connector lines showing the relationships (one to one, one to many, etc) between the tables - can someone help me figure out how to view all of these relationships at once on the page with connector lines? I’ve scoured the help resources and cannot find it. I’m worried this doesn’t exist?!!

Is the API Rate Limit tied to an API Key? Or to an APP ID? Or a combination of both? I have developed several websites that pull and/or sync data with Airtable, and while none of them individually will generate more than 5 requests per second, I’m now concerned that (since they’re all using the same API Key) they will collectively generate more than 5 requests per second. However, if the Rate Limit is tied to the API Key and APP ID, I have nothing to worry about as each application is built using a different Airtable Base. Please advise! Thanks!

I have an Airtable base that includes a Form View in a particular Table. I would like to be able to create a new Record in that Table and fill in some, but not all, of the fields for that Record. I’d like for the remaining fields for that record to be filled in by someone else. Can I send a URL that is unique to that record for that person to go to and fill in the remaining fields?
