I have data that essentially looks like this:I want to use a formula to populate the last column with the type (in my example, food) based on whether or not other cells in the row are greater than 0. So IF (column A, B or C is >0, return "Fruit") AND IF (Column D>0, return "Fungus" and so on). I can get it to return one of the types but not all. Ideally they would be separated by a comma.I also sometimes have a blank cell and sometimes I have a 0. I know I can do a simple IF statement and have columns for each type, but is there a way to do this in one column?  Thank you for your patience, I am new to airtable and airtable formulas!

Hi everyoneI've come up against a limitation and I'm wondering if there might be a creative workaround for it using linked records and/or multi-select options.The problem is that when you have a base with multiple collaborators, if you have a "record comments" box in an interface, there's no way to limit which other users that collaborators can send @ comments to.  I'm building a platform that will involve multiple clients from different companies collaborating within the same base.  It's no issue restricting which records they can see based on filters by "current user" etc, but this option doesn't seem to be available for comments.  I think there may be a way to link users to records of other people just in the same company as them, and then use a multi-select option instead of the collaborators list you get when you type "@" to allow users just to select the names of colleagues, and then a checkbox or button that posts their comment.Has anyone ever done this?&nbsp

I need help - my CSV file is downloading the line breaks in my long text fields - I tried to eliminate them running >REGEX_REPLACE for \r, \n, \r\n, u2028, u2029, u0085, u00B6This took care of most of the line breaks but there are still 2 stubborn line breaks I cannot beat HELP!

Thanks in advance for your support.Right now I have several tables in a database, one of the tables contains the events that occur, and another table contains the types of events that exist (in order to count them). The question is, how can I count only the events that have occurred in a specific month or have been involved in that month? For example, if I want to know the number of events that have occurred in May, but an event started in April and ended in June, it is not going to count if I use a conditional which searchs for event started or ended in May.Do you have any ideas of how to implement it? 

This is driving me nuts. I have a long text field (rich text turned off) that seems to have multiple line breaks. Formula I used was Substitute(Field,“\n”,“”) and while it seems to work it also doesn’t. I tried with putting in a value instead of “” so I could see it working and it is working but also airtable seems to be keeping paragraphs anyway. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,This is my first day with Airtable and I have a question. Ill be importing data via a webhook. Just one location per import (or filled out form that is imported to my Airtable). I I've connected each location to a individual ID for future export. I connected the ID's to all possible locations to choose from, and I want the ID for the imported location to show up besides it. However the ID's dont show up automatically.Probably a bit of a messy explanation, so here are some pictures:The first picture is where I want the ID's to show up. So beside the "ort" column is the "ort ID". I added this ID manually to make it more clear. On the second picture are all the possible "ort" and their respective ID's. So when importing a "ort" from my website form (automatically) I want Airtable to pull the correct ID from the other table and display it beside the "ort" on the first place. How do I do that?

Hi, With the new interface features, is it possible to share an interface with a lead/client for that person to add and edit a new record (with access to his/her own record only)? I want to use one or more calculators as lead generator tools, and also as tools for clients (who are not Airtable users themselves). Is this doable with the pro plan, without extra costs for each person using the interface, and without third party apps?

Hello guys, i have a table where i calculate some values which can also have a Zero.That means that i sometimes get 3/0 which leads to a Nan error.I already tried a couple of formulas but i do not get it. So my question right now is how can i put the cells which would have Nan as a value to 0? I would be happy for a solution. Thank you.

I have a linked record field in my table (Table A) where I disallowed the linking with multiple records from Table B. However, when I duplicate a record in Table B that is linked to a record in Table A, the linked record field in Table A gets 2 linked record, even though the linking with multiple records is still disallowed. How can I prevent this to happen?

Love the new List View - really useful.BUT - is there a way of removing the "Level 1" text in interface designer?  See screenshot.  I just don't need it and it would be confusing to users.

HelloI've managed to create a formula that adds x number of days to a start date and pushes the result to a work day if the end date is Saturday or Sunday:IF(AND({Direction start date},{Number of days},"days"),WORKDAY({Direction start date},{Number of days}),"days"),{Number of days})The result seems to work fine, however the formating isn't great as the answer is is like this 2023-06-02T00:00:00.000Z .  I've clicked the format option but that doesn't let me do anything.  Any suggestions would be gratefully received!

Looking over the API documentation, it appears that attachments require a url key, so they must already be available on a web server. Is it possible to upload local files to Airtable via the API? I’d like to build my own form that POSTs to Airtable and uploads an image as an attachment, but it doesn’t look like this is currently possible. Am I missing something? Thanks!

I have imported that to a airtable base. Question: Can I set the permission on the base such that (i) all members can view the table AND (ii) each member of the group can edit their row?Thanks!Varun

I’m new to the scripting block and can’t figure out if it is capable of doing what I’m looking for. We have a table in our base that pulls in client responses from an intake form and adds them to the client’s already existing record. The intake form has a set of questions that are multiple-choice (multiple select) or single-choice (single select). Right now, we use these fields to match our clients with a coach based on their responses in those fields. The coaches’ records are in another table within the same base, with identical multiple and single select fields. We manually filter the table with the coach’s records based on the responses from an individual client’s form to find possible matches for them. So for example, if the client responds in the intake form that they like a direct communication style, I am filtering the coach’s table for coaches who are “tagged” as having a direct communication style. We've built a ticket management system and every ticket has a "Status" and "Assigned To" field. I'd like to send a Monday digest email that lists all tickets "Under Review" - but send as separate emails to each person who has been assigned a ticket and show just their ticket details. I was able to start with this article, but this automation only sends 1 email, which I can send to everyone listed as "Assigned To". https://support.airtable.com/docs/how-to-create-email-digests-with-automationsIn the To field, I've put the List of Emails from Assigned To found.
