Hello! New to Airtable. Trying it out to see whether I can use it for a specific need I have. Scenario: Our community (of around 500 members) have a shared google sheet having each of our basic details. I have imported that to a airtable base. Question: Can I set the permission on the base such that (i) all members can view the table AND (ii) each member of the group can edit their row?Thanks!Varun

I’m new to the scripting block and can’t figure out if it is capable of doing what I’m looking for. We have a table in our base that pulls in client responses from an intake form and adds them to the client’s already existing record. The intake form has a set of questions that are multiple-choice (multiple select) or single-choice (single select). Right now, we use these fields to match our clients with a coach based on their responses in those fields. The coaches’ records are in another table within the same base, with identical multiple and single select fields. We manually filter the table with the coach’s records based on the responses from an individual client’s form to find possible matches for them. So for example, if the client responds in the intake form that they like a direct communication style, I am filtering the coach’s table for coaches who are “tagged” as having a direct communication style. HiI have 8 fields with numerical values and I want to create a "summary" in a new field, which would show per each record which of those 8 are the 3 top ranked fields (name_field&value). Is that possible?Thanks   

We've built a ticket management system and every ticket has a "Status" and "Assigned To" field. I'd like to send a Monday digest email that lists all tickets "Under Review" - but send as separate emails to each person who has been assigned a ticket and show just their ticket details. I was able to start with this article, but this automation only sends 1 email, which I can send to everyone listed as "Assigned To". https://support.airtable.com/docs/how-to-create-email-digests-with-automationsIn the To field, I've put the List of Emails from Assigned To found. This produces a result like "Name 1, Name 1, Name 2, Name 3, Name 3".Instead, I want to send individual separate emails to each person, showing just their tickets. Is this possible? 

I have a script that retrieves data from a google photos library using google apps script and writes the data to a airtable base, I have no coding experience and have generated the script through Chat-gpt. The script retrieves all the album names and the number of photos in each albums.          What I want to achieve is that a script should delete all the existing records in the specified base before writing new records to it, using google apps script. Hello Airtable Community,I have 2 tables: Attendance and Performances. People will fill out my ticket request form, submitting their preferred number of tickets for Performance Dates 1,2,3 etc.  This gets recorded in the Attendance table under their school name and quantity goes under "Number of Tickets." I also have a Performances tab that tracks total number of tickets available for the performance. I want to use a rollup or formula to connect the two tables and deduct the total SUM of tickets claimed from a Total Tickets Available number that I set (right now it is 1,000 tickets.)Ideally I am able to make this appear in both tables: Attendance and Performances. Can you help me?   

TLDR; how to I grant 'conditional' creator permissions within a paid workspace?I've built up some pretty robust Bases for my company to track our projects.  We're using airtable as a stop gap solution on the way to a larger ERP software rollout.  I built an interface for every department to use that allows them to view and update relevant information (process tracking, shipping address etc etc), and prevents them from viewing sensitive information (employee addresses etc etc).  No one has access to the Base except for me, everything is done through the interfaces.All of this is happening through a paid PRO workspace, everyone with interface access is a billable collaborator on my workspace.  It just so happens that we've hired a guy who's very fond of airtable and wants to build his own base for his own workflows, and sync a selection of my tables into his base.  I'm fine with that, but I'm not sure how to grant him creator access to the workspace (thereby givi

I have start dates and end dates for each project in a list of about 50 projects. I want to create a filter that will only show me records that were active between the start date and end date during specific fiscal years (where I set the FY date parameters). Some projects span multiple fiscal years, so "on or after" or "on or before" doesn't cover everything.

This is my data, inclusive of images, and the ensuing results I'm obtaining from Airtable on Make.com are clearly visible.However, there seems to be a slight issue. Instead of receiving the value 1014.40 as expected, I'm getting 1014.4000000000001.Could you guide me on how to rectify this discrepancy?      

Hello, Is it possible to have numbers in a base with more than 8 significant figures? We sometimes work with very small numbers ranging from -E10-11 and the current method rounds the numbers/cuts off at 8 decimal points.  Thanks

Good afternoon. (UK)Yesterday, I happily copy/paste content from rows to the Comments when a message with an error popped up to refresh. I did, only to have to redo the unsaved Comment I was working on. This happened a few times, so I checked on AT state, and no issues were reported. I experimented with another entry as that was saved I concluded there is a limit on the number of words or characters for each comment. Is that so?  (I managed to save the comment by split the content into several separate Comments, but that's not ideal)Also is it possible to re-order the Comments or insert a new Comment in between existing Comments?   

Hello!I am trying to create a formula which gives an output of difference between two dates (Premium date & Last month from Today date - as seen in the last 2 columns). The base is primarily used to manage my Insurance payments, so keeping that context in mind if its helpful. The issue is - I have two Premium dates in my table (because some times Premium might be half-yearly frequency payment). So, in order to get the difference in dates for only 1 date (Yearly premium) - I used the following formula:IF({Plan status}="Active", DATETIME_DIFF(DATETIME_FORMAT({Premium pmt date},'DD-MMM'),DATETIME_FORMAT(DATEADD(TODAY(),-1,'month'),'DD-MMM'),'DAYS'),'NA')And this is working fine.But, when I introduce 2 dates into the formula - I also need to use a MIN() function that gives me the lower of the difference values.Here is the formula I tried using for it, but it returns NaN -IF({Plan status}="Active",MIN( DATETIME_DIFF(DATETIME_FORMAT({Premium pmt date},'DD-MMM'),DATETIME_FORMAT(

I've built a Slack automation that posts notifications to a channel when user requests are fulfilled. I would love it if it would "@" mention the requester to notify them when it's posted, but in testing I found that while it would show the display name (e.g. "@Anna"), it isn't activated and doesn't trigger a normal Slack notification. Has anyone found a way to make this work?

I'm new to Airtable and would love some help! I have a general inquiry form on my website. Once someone completes that form, I eventually need them to complete a second, more in-depth form. Is there a way to link the responses of the in-depth form to the original "general inquiry" record? Essentially, I'd love to be able to have all information related to a potential client connected. Hmm, I feel like this should be easier, but I'm running into a stumbling block.I have a Multiple Select column {Dubbing VO (all languages)} that has a list of VO actors. Each name begins with the two letter code for what language they are working in. i.e. ES for Spanish, HI for Hindi etc. There are multiple actors for each language.Then I have another column that is the VO artist per language. i.e. {ES VO actor}. I'm currently using the formula below to pull in the selected name that begins with that language's code. The problem I'm running into is when there is more than 1 ES actor on a project. It only returns the first name it comes across. I have a table that collects user reviews, and includes a multi-select field as one of the elements for their reviews I want to aggregate the data from this table to generate average ratings etc. I wan to generate an aggregated summary of the multi-select field content, so that the summary field will contain a single instance of each element in multi select fields belonging to the various reviews. I’ve tried using a Rollup field with this formula : ARRAYUNIQUE(values) but I get repeated instances of values that appear in more than one of my original reviews. What’s the right way to distill this down so I see only 1 instance of each multi-select option in my aggregated record?
