 Too bad Airtable Extensions not available on mobile apps yet. I searched just to see what comes up and here I found this post in Airtable Support Docs talking about the differences between desktop and mobile. I don't quite understand what the explanation means under "Extensions". Here is what is says about availability of Extensions for mobile with a comparison table:Use a share link for a whole base in your device's browser to view all the extensions in the base.https://support.airtable.com/docs/differences-between-the-desktop-and-mobile-versionsWhat share link?  Is it standard share link to the table?  I don't see any share links to extensions.  Does it mean I can share the extension and access the shared view on mobile browser and then run the extension from the mobile browser simply from the shared link? 

Hi, I need to iterate and create multiple linked records in table2 from table1 (without selecting them). But when I run my code I get the following error: “Can’t create records: invalid cell value for field ‘Property’. Cell value has invalid format: .0.0 must be an object. Linked records field value must be an array of objects with property ‘id’ corresponding to linked record id.” I assume I have to put the linked record id in the createRecordAsync function, but I don’t know how the syntax for that should be. HiI have a list of business divisions (business divisions table) within an organization like, 'Large Projects', 'Innovation', 'Small Projects', 'Government Projects' etc.There is a employee master (employees table) where in each employee is mapped against a business division. One division can have multiple employees linkedThere is a need to create new project(projects table) for a division  and select an employee for the project. Hi, I'm sure the answer to this is really simple and I'm just missing it, but could someone please take a look at this formula and let me know why some records would be throwing an ERROR, but others are working? I have a very simple example.Is there a way to make it so if I move A's start date, B will also follow along?B cannot be a formula, because I want the user to still be able to move it independently. Is there a native way to do this without automations?Is it possible to do this if A and B live in separate tables?Thanks!

Hello !I am encountering a problem when creating an automation script for one of my tables. I set up a trigger to occur when the user creates a record. I then wrote a script to be run as an action of the trigger. This script contains a 'fetch' call to a local Flask server where we will do all the process ensuing this trigger activation.Unfortunately, whenever I test my script, it always indicates :  TypeError: Requests to '10.110.90.204' are not permitted at main on line 1 Here is the script I am using : let response = await fetch('https://10.110.90.204:8050/process'); Can you help me with this, please ?

New to Airtable... Trying to create formula that will calculate 6.25% tax but ONLY if the "State" column is "MA" (for Massachusetts)... I figured out the tax part (Price*0.0625), but not getting the If State=MA, only then calculate tax for the tax column (otherwise, if not MA, just want to see 0 in the tax column).Thanks!

In the table above you see that ethan@abc.com is entered a few times, yet only appears once below.     

I am collecting survey results into an airtable base.This includes two tables:The index for all surveys (and including key information such as deadline).The responses for the various surveys (each response is linked to a survey)Each survey has a deadline (time field deadline), when it should stop accepting responses. A this point, the survey and its results should be transfered into a new view of each table that then syncs to another base.I have created an IF formula, that (all dates are set into the same timezone: CEST) switches to "transfer", once NOW() is larger than the deadline date (which is CEST is 2am). For the responses, I add 5 minutes to the deadline to ensure that the survey has already been synched.If I look at the CREATED_TIME() for the entries in the synched table in the other base, all entries have been created at the same time (i.e. the delay added to responses does not seem to have been accounted for).Can anyone advise how airtable recalculates time-based formula

I am struggling to get the DATETIME_FORMAT to return the correct time for me. For example, my Start Date is 10 January 2023 00:00 and in my formula column, I just want it to extract the time of the "Start Date". So I put in this formula: DATETIME_FORMAT({Start Date},'HH:mm')However, it keeps returning the time as 16:00.Can anyone help? 

I have a few tables where each table has linked records to the other table and I am fetching it with the Airtable api the problem is though that I need to first fetch table 1 and and get all the linked records IDs and then I fetch table 2 with the record ids and so on until I get the whole object graph and it’s very slow my question is is there a way to get the whole graph in a single api call?

Hello Community! I need some guidance... I have a few columns with fields that are Single Select and one of the options is "COMPLETED". I am looking for a way to create a formula for it to add "how many COMPLETED fields" I have for that record... For example if it was Excel I would try an "IF" formula or "COUNT" to add how many columns have the COMPLETED field, but here I just can't figure it out. Anyone know how to go about? 

My boss - who has been using Airtable with the rest of our team for years - has suddenly been unable to log into the site and gets a privacy error whenever she tries:None of the rest of our team has any problem accessing Airtable. She has tried using different browsers, clearing browsing data, and using incognito mode, all to no avail. Have any of you seen this issue before, and do you have any other recommendations? I created a ticket with Airtable support, but they seem to be particularly slammed at the moment and haven't responded yet, so I thought I'd try here.Thanks!Joel

I have two fieldsa start day for a task (date field)an estimated number of workdays the work will take to complete (a number).I want to add those workdays to the start date and count ahead to the date the work will be completed. I do not want to count weekends.I've tried the formula below to estimate the date the task will be completed by combining my two fields. DATEADD({Imaging Start Date},{Forecast Workdays for this Batch},'days') However, that counts weekend days as workdays, thus returning an earlier forecasted completion date.For example, if the work starts 6/1/23 and should take 10 workdays, the returned date should be 6/14/23, not 6/10/23.Is there a way to account for this in my formula or the data? 

So, I'm trying to add a day to the columns, but I need it to add exponentially... if you know what I mean.  It would be nice if we could click and drag like in sheets with this stuff.

I would like to have a View for users that allows filtering out all child tasks until the parent task's 'Status' field reads "Complete". This would create a nice flow of the next steps for a project filtering into the view once a parent task has been resolved.The Tasks table has a linked field called "Blocked by:", which links to the same table. Here, users link a record (parent task) that must be completed before they can complete this task.Is there a way to 'hide' any records that have a linked record whose Status is NOT "complete"?  Then, once the linked record's Status is "Complete", by virtue of not meeting those conditions, the child task appears? 🤩Ideal situation - there are a few team members who use this table– it would be optimal if a single user

Big Picture: Im trying to accomplish a process to automatically link records between tables. The use case is automating a process where when a user updates their membership in an external system, airtable creates a new membership record and links it to a user account in our airtable database.  Basically our CRM's membership data doesnt talk to AirTable.  So Im using automations to export the data an ingest it into airtable.  Once its ingested, the membership data needs to be linked with a user record in airtable.The steps I think need to be accomplished.1. In table A, we Create a record with a {user account number} from a database not linked to airtable.2. In table B, I want to take the that {user account number} from Table A and match it to a record in Table B.3.
