Do e-mail automations work on the free plan?Thanks  

Hello everyone 🙂I work for a school and some workshops are made in groups of students.For instance, I need the 6 people from the Thursday, 11am slot to receive the same e-mail, visible e-mails in the "To:" field, and to Cc their trainer.Is there a way to select the e-mail addresses from the group meeting these criterias (day, hour) and send the same e-mail to all of them instead of sending individual e-mails?My idea is to do a concatenate formula to blend all addresses, but I'm not sure how to do it, and I'm afraid it would send multiple times the same e-mail...🤯Thanks a ton for your help!

I have an automation that emails the count of records that match certain criteria. This often results in emails that indicate there are 0 records for consideration. I’d like to only fire this automation (or send the email) if there matched records are >0. Is this possible using the new conditional automations, or via scripting? Thanks, Andy.

Here is my formula which I need to add a few more statements too.    IF(AND({LOS2} >= .0, {LOS2} <.26), "First 3 Months", IF(AND({LOS2} > .25, {LOS2} < 1.00), "Within 1 Year", IF(AND({LOS2} >= 1.00, {LOS2} < 2.00), "1 - 2 Years", IF(AND({LOS2} >= 2.00, {LOS2} < 3.00),"2 - 3 Years",  IF(AND({LOS2} >= 3.00,{LOS2} < 4.00,"3 - 4 Years")))))) Here is a screen shot of the table.  It isn't capturing the last statement in the formula; it is returning nothing. It should return 3-4 Years.  What am I missing?     

Hourly pay is dependent on age as shown below. I have 2 fields setup in my table: 'Age' and 'Hourly Pay'.I've tried all combos of IF, nested IFs and <= symbols but can't get the formula for all 3 age/pay combos to display correctly. I have 100 records in a table with the same status "ready for publication". How can I use the "Find records" action to only retrieve the first found record?

I am building an inventory management base for my business and am running into a design problem:1. I have a table for parts.2. I also have a table for assemblies. Each assembly record has a field that links to multiple records from the parts table.Simple, however, I want to be able to say how many of each part goes into an assembly. Parts go into different assemblies in different quantities, so that data can’t (and shouldn’t) be stored in the part record.How can I say one assembly uses 2 of a part and a different assembly uses 3 of that part. (And I need a table of all the assemblies.) Hope that makes sense! I would appreciate any solutions.

Hi everyone!I have some issues with a table in interface. When i select a record in a replicated table in Interface the preview have only have a list on the name of the records. (img1)Instead of when i select the data directly from the database. This is important for me because sometimes there are records with the same name but with different details (ie. color of a fabric) (img 2)There are ways to make the selection of the details identical?

I have an automation where an email is triggered when a new record is added. However, the emails are generic and only says: "A new item has been created in the XXX job log"How can I get this email to say what the exact record title is? I have looked everywhere and I cannot figure this one out. Any help is appreciated... I am sure it is something simple. Thank you.

I have several rollup fields that search a table ('Transactions') for all accepted contract values for each given project via sum(values). For some reason, the rollups have stopped working and no longer sum up any new records added to the Transactions table. I am able to add and change previously working records, but any new records are not updating. Any assistance would be great.

Hi I am new to airtable and trying to figure out the formula, but stuck on figuring how to accomplish the following.  We have the following fieldsDeal Value = X AmountNo of Payments = can be 1 or more If its 1 = then we need the formula to be (Deal Value / 1) = goes in Payment #1 Amount ColumnIf its > 1 = then we need the Deal Value / No of Payments = go to multiple Payment Columns (Payment #2, Payment #2....... Payment #12) We have created multiple columns with a formula as Payment #2, Payment #3..... Payment #12 with the formula as {Deal Value}/ {No of Payments). However, if the No of Payments is 1, this scenario replicates for that row. We like to write a formula for the payment fields (2-12) which can derive the payment amount by IF No of Payments = 1, then "0" ELSE  {Deal Value/No of Payments) in the formula field. Any insights, what formula should I use for the payment fields to achieve this output? When automations fail, they currently only send a notification to a single user - the person who turned the automation on or updated it last. We have an interface built for our finance team to keep track of invoices and which purchase orders they're paid on. (separate tables for invoices and POs). Today one of our team members asked me for help un-linking a PO from an invoice, in order to replace it with a corrected PO record. That's when we discovered that when he hovers over the PO card on the invoice record, he doesn't get the little grey "X" button to unlink the records like I do. We are both editors with full access to the base, and I had him try it on multiple browsers. Any ideas what I'm missing here? Thanks!

Hey Airtable community,My service business has multiple income streams, ranging from one-time to ongoing projects.I am attempting to create a table that can total both one-time revenue and requiring revenue for the month that income comes in. I am having a hard time getting my head around how to do this.I first have a date column with the date the project started and then a formula column that formates the date to just the month so that I can group by month.Currently, I'm only accounting for one-time revenue. I was thinking I could create another date column with automation to duplicate on the same day every month for recurring payments. From here, I don't know how I would total both one-time and recurring payments in a given month?Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Is this possible? We would like to know the ‘aging’ of our status field. Meaning, how long has a record been sitting in the current status. I’ve included a screenshot (VIEW HERE) of our base pointing to the Status field and the ‘Aging’ field we want to populate with this data. We already have a last modified date but that, as you all know, is for ANY change made to a record. We only want ‘Aging’ to track the Status field. Thank you!

Hello,We are running a time study with our teams and we are bringing our data into Airtable from a time tracking tool.We are running into a scenario where a designer could have multiple time stamp entries for the same task on a project. The problem is we need to be able to sum up like project task records to get the overall total time they spent doing the task, thus creating a new record with the summed time number.Is there a way Airtable can do this? I started looking at rollups and formulas and I am not too sure where to start or if I am going down the right path.       Thank you!

I run a small company that makes products using parts from an inventory and sells them to vendors. I'm trying to achieve the following - I receive an order, I enter the order as an invoice which includes all the information about which products are ordered, the database checks the amount of raw parts I have in stock and tells me whether I have enough to make the products in the order. Currently I have few tables with junctions between them - a table with a list of parts, a table with the details of products and what parts are needed to make them, a table with a list of products with each product as a one line entry. Then I have invoices and a junction with invoice detail which use the product information. Currently I am using a one line entry to indicate whether an invoice is yet to be made or completed, I want a system that will tell me which parts I need to complete an invoice and then whether I have enough, which parts of the order can be made ok and which can't. I have a column of case numbers. The numbers can be made up of a number only, for example, 832, or a number with a slash and a number after it, for example, 832/1.I need to create a function that searches for all the numbers that do not have a slash and adds a slash and the digit 0 to them. For example, case number 832 will become 832/0.In Excel, this can be done with the function IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH), but this is not supported in Airtable. Do you have a suggestion on how to do this?

Hi All,I tried to get feedback from ChatGPT but it steered me wrong. Lol. Long story short, I'm trying to create an automation whereby, when a checkbox in a given record's checkbox field is checked:A status field in the corresponding record is changed from "Upcoming" to "Initiated" (I assumed this was "Update Record"). Then, a pre-made form that I have created is automatically e-mailed to a recipient (whose e-mail is already rolled up/selected on another field) on the same record. Where I'm stumped is -- on the update record action, it keeps asking for a mandatory unique record ID, and I'd like this change to instead apply to any record for which a user checks a checkbox in the checkbox field, not just a single, identified record. Any thoughts?
