How can I set up an automation in Airtable that will update records in the status column once a week, but only if they meet a certain status type, such as changing records with the status 'DONE' to 'Archive'?

I am building an automation to send emails (up to four), to addresses pulled in from a "Find record" command searching a rollup rollup field. I am using rollup because bizarrely lookup fields do not show in the automation builder.The result produces the correct email address list, but with formatting markup code. Any idea what's causing this and how to get just the email address so that the automation can use it?

I have a base with multiple tabs that have links between them. Tab 1 is Digitization Projects. Tab 2 is Scheduling.Tab 2 Scheduling is made up of individual task records. Each of these links back to a project record on Tab 1. The individual task records on Tab 2 all have start and end dates.From within the Record Summary Interface, I want to be able to select a single Digitization Project (from Tab 1), and have a timeline element display only the records and dates (from Tab 2) that are linked to that project.I have not been able to figure out how to filter things to allow this. Right now, it shows me ALL the records from Tab 2, whether or not they're associated with the Digitization Project (from Tab 1) that I've selected in the Record Summary Interface.Screenshots attempting to illustrate below. Hello Airtable Community,     Question: My main field (first left field) is the "Date", next field is "Day of the Week" (single select). Is it possible to automate "Day of the Week" field so it would automatically choose the day based on the calendar date input in the "Date" field?   Thank you in advance for your help

I'm using make.com and have a connection to Airtable and am trying to do a simple search on a table. I can't find a guide on Make or Airtable on the syntax required in Make's Formula field.I would like to do something like the following logic{Email}='1.email' AND {Date} >= CURRENTDATEWhere Email and Date are fields in the table I want to search. I can't seem to find the equivalent of CURRENTDATE in airtalble's Formula Playground or elsewhere.

This is happening on trigger from record creation, another script triggering a webhook, etc.  The automation just hangs on the first script step endlessly.I've confirmed that the script executes successfully when run by itself.  According to status.airtable.com everything seems fine.Anyone have an idea on what might be the issue?

Hello!I'm attempting to optimize my Calendar view, and I'm running into an issue.I have a table with tasks that fall in three categories:Multiple Days (Start and End dates are different)Single Day (Start and End date are the same)Deadline/Milestone (only End date is filled out)In Gantt view and Timeline view, these work great. The issue is Calendar view. I duplicate the Start and End dates for Single Day events because it then shows the event as taking a full workday (which is important for our workflow, and it differentiates it from a deadline/milestone)In Calendar view, the start and end date appear as separate cards, essentially becoming duplicates. I could use a date range, but because of the volume of multi day events we have, this would make is extremely difficult to read the calendar. Is there any way I can merge the start and end dates into one card in Calendar view if they are the same, while maintaining the ability to move them around on the view itself? I am trying to setup an automation for the following:1) At a scheduled time (eg. 10am)2) Send an email to records in Table 1 3) Condition: IF the record has been 'ticked' (A field in the table is a check box that must be ticked, for the email to be sent at 10am).I can setup an email to be sent at a schedule time OR I can send an email if a record is ticked - but I can't seem to do all 3 of these steps. I've seen VLOOKUP scripts and I've also seen automations, but not sure which would be easier given the criteria.Table A has each Product and State pair listed as its own row (as there are other columns of data applicable to that pair). The Product will have as many rows as necessary, depending on how many states it's sold in. I am now working on integration the Airtable OAuth to my existing system.So I am trying to test on Postman first.But when I send the GET request (e.g. https://airtable.com/oauth2/v1/authorize?client_id=xxx...) for Authorization in Postman, it return the web page "verify it's you -Airtable". The page also says "Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. Please help us with a quick security check to validate it’s you sending this request".But if I run the GET request on a Chrome browser, I can get the return code without issue.Can anyone help? 

hi, asking for help,I made a database of my office documents and i need a formula for due dates that is due on 16 months, however the due dates will correspond to two （2） date fields, ex. date A and date B, the condition is this; if date B is not empty, due date will correspond to date B + 16 months, but if date B is empty, due date will correspond to date A + 16 months.I hope someone help me, thank you!

I have created a Rollup field in my Contact table which searches within the Touch Points linked table and rolls up the 'Start Date/Time' field using the 'MAX(Values)' aggregation formula. My challenge is that I am unable to get a date which I can then filter to appear inside my Rollup field. Hi! It says that Airtable automation runs rest every 1st of the month. Our current limit is 50,000. We've been in Pro Plan since 2021 and have never experienced running out of runs. However, just 15 days after February started, it says that we're out of automation runs. We did not add any significant increase in usage. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a way to get a breakdown of your usage to see which automations consume the most runs? Or is there a possibility that this is a technical error from Airtable's end.Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi.I got very excited when I managed to insert a gif of a screen recording into an email using the Gmail automation. But, I can't for the life of me resize the gif!I've seen a few other posts that mention removing the '%' sign, so the number is for pixels, I've even put 'px' after the number to no avail. Hi,  In my database I have several fields that are calculated automatically with a formula, but I want some of these important date in a calendar.  But the Calendar only allows me to use a Date Field, how can I "force" the calendar to take the formula date ? This is my formula fieldDATETIME_FORMAT(DATEADD({Date de départ}, -60,'day'),'DD-MMMM-YYYY') Thanks for your help !

I have a formula that works fine, except that occassionally the result is a negative number.How can I display the result as "ZERO" if the result is less than zero (i.e. a negative number)?I read somewhere that MAX should do the trick... but not working.   IF({Total Sold}> 0, MAX({Total Sold}-({Products Completed}+{Total qty on hand})), 0)   P.S. Hi! Is there a formula (or other solution) to remove extra whitespace within a string? My formula right now looks like:  SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(TRIM({name})," "," ")," :",":"),” .”,”.”),” ?”,”?”),” ,”,”,”) This works great to remove whitespace before/after the string using Trim and then remove double spaces and spaces before punctuation using Substitute. I'm wondering if there's a way to also remove instances of 3 or more spaces within a string without separately writing each possibility (3 spaces, 4 spaces, etc) as substitutes.Thanks for any help!
