Is it possible where we send a slack automation with button that when you press that button, it updates a specific column on slack?

Hi,  In my database I have several fields that are calculated automatically with a formula, but I want some of these important date in a calendar.  But the Calendar only allows me to use a Date Field, how can I "force" the calendar to take the formula date ? This is my formula fieldDATETIME_FORMAT(DATEADD({Date de départ}, -60,'day'),'DD-MMMM-YYYY') Thanks for your help !

I have a formula that works fine, except that occassionally the result is a negative number.How can I display the result as "ZERO" if the result is less than zero (i.e. a negative number)?I read somewhere that MAX should do the trick... but not working.   IF({Total Sold}> 0, MAX({Total Sold}-({Products Completed}+{Total qty on hand})), 0)   P.S. Hi! Is there a formula (or other solution) to remove extra whitespace within a string? My formula right now looks like:  SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(TRIM({name})," "," ")," :",":"),” .”,”.”),” ?”,”?”),” ,”,”,”) This works great to remove whitespace before/after the string using Trim and then remove double spaces and spaces before punctuation using Substitute. I'm wondering if there's a way to also remove instances of 3 or more spaces within a string without separately writing each possibility (3 spaces, 4 spaces, etc) as substitutes.Thanks for any help!

Hi!I'm having such a basic issue and can't figure out what I'm missing. I believe this should be a very basic IF statement: IF {field} is not empty, show this stuff. However, I've tried using {field}, {field}!="" and {field}!=BLANK() and even where there is nothing in {field}, text is showing. Here's the simplified formula I'm using to figure out what is going on (substituting "the text" for what will really be there):IF({abr formula- all},"the text")Here you can see that even if {abr formula- all} is blank, "the text" is showing up.Any help appreciated!

Hello everyone! So first off I have this formula field:   DATETIME_FORMAT( IF( DAY({Tilføjet d.}) <= 10, DATETIME_PARSE(CONCATENATE(YEAR({Tilføjet d.}), '-', MONTH({Tilføjet d.}), '-11'), 'YYYY-MM-DD'), DATEADD({Tilføjet d.}, IF(WEEKDAY({Tilføjet d.}) <= 3, 3 - WEEKDAY({Tilføjet d.}), 10 - WEEKDAY({Tilføjet d.}) + 3), 'day') ), 'DD/MM/YYYY' )  The name of that field is 'Kan laves d.' and shows me the date of the next coming wednesay based off of the date the record was created. So for example if the Record was created today, it will show me 25/2/23. So what I want to make now is a new formula field, that will add a green circle for all the records that can be made the next coming wednesay, and only for those.  Can someone help me with this?

What are the acceptable colour choices for single/multi selects in scripting?I've been creating new fields via a script and now I want to make a multi and single select, which is fine, I can do that much like so: await table.createFieldAsync("new", "multipleSelects", {choices:[{name:"test"}]}); But all the colours become grey and I'd like to specify the colour of the tag (or randomise it). I know there's a `colour` option for the array, but the documentation doesn't specify or give examples of what this should look like other than it being a string. I've tried using hex codes for colours, colour names etc., even the specific colour code of the default colours I can use, but I'm always getting this error message: j: Can't create field: invalid field config. Failed schema validation: <root>.options.choices.0.color does not match one of the possible values But I can't see anywhere that tells me what any of the "possible values" are!Can anyone help?Thanks

I have a survey set up with 5 of outcomes depending on the total amounts of points. To assign a certain score to a certain outcome I used the IF statement. See attached files. It does not work properly for at 60 points it should show 'Extreme angst'.Any thoughts?Thanks.   

I am working on creating an automated email.  I want the email to go out when a user updates a record.  The email should read the following:[user] has updated [task][status]...etc.  How do I set it up so the user populates in the email?

This is a code that uses the Scryfall API to search for Magic the Gathering cards based on user input. The first line prompts the user to enter the name of the card they want to search for. The second line sends a request to the Scryfall API with the user's query, and the third line converts the response to JSON format.The code then checks if the API returned any search results. If there are no results, the code outputs "No results found." If there is only one result, the code creates a new record in a table called "Cards" in a service like Airtable with the card's information, and outputs a confirmation message. Assuming a trigger is met, and I have at least 2 actions in the automation...What happens if the first action fails?A> Does the automation exit?B> Or does it also try the next action?If B, is there any way to use "previous action" success as an input into conditional actions?I want to make sure an automation doesn't do step B if step A fails.

Hi,I am new to Airtable, but hopefully it makes sense what I am trying to achieve. I am creating a product database that will include product name and it´s ingredients. I want to be able to tell if a product is vegan friendly, not vegan, or unknown based on the ingredient status.For that, I created a separate table that stores ingredient names as a key and their status (vegan friendly, not vegan, or unknown). Almost each ingredients have synonyms that have to be included, but the synonyms should be treated the same way as the main ingredient (as for the status). So I created another table that stores synonym name as a key and their respective ingredient as a foreign key. Back at the Product table, I want to be able to add product ingredients and for Airtable to check the Ingredient list and Synonym list and assign the status for the product (non vegan - if there is at least one non vegan ingredient, vegan if there are no non vegan or unknown ingredients and unknow - if there

Airtable novice here, need help crafting a search formula that will find the record that contains both a First Name and Last Name.  So in the attached screenshot, I will provide "Harley" and "Comber" and need Airtable to flag record 3 as satisfying the search.  I can't search based on an exact match because sometimes the name as it exists in the table includes a middle initial, full middle name, jr., sr., etc. that the document I'm pulling the first name and last name off of to do the search does not include.  But I will always have the first name and last name available to search.  This is going in a Zapier routine that will provide the first name and last name for the search and then return the correct record so I can use the corresponding Matter ID in future steps.  So, basically I need a formula that instructs Airtable to find the record that includes both the [First Name] and [Last Name] variables.  Thanks for your help.

I am looking to score my leads in my Airtable which I use as a CRM. I have a multi select field called 'Journey' which has a number of events in the lead life cycle - for example an IOI (indicator of interest) of the prospect asking about the price, or the timelines - what I would like to do is rollup those Journey steps which are in the 'Touchpoints' table and have a lookup field for the Contact into a Contact rollup field and calculate the lead score which would involve assigning unique values to the Journey steps. For example an IOI - Pricing might be 5 points, an IOI - Timelines - might be 7 points (as an example) - adding all those points together and having a lead score. I would love to have some additional filter options for filtering the base and grouping the views. Google Tables lets you filter by Week, which is a great feature. I can't find a way to do this in Airtable. I can only say within the next or previous 7 days. What if I want to see it by just this current week Monday-Sunday? Especially in the reporting. Below are the DataStudio and Google Tables quick select date filters. From what I can tell, I cannot do this with Airtable. One of my Bases is my estimating department. I just moved them over from Google Tables, and one thing that is greatly missed is the ability to group by week. Seems like it should be an easily accessible feature, and I hope I'm just missing something. It would also be nice in the reporting to be able to compare last month versus this month or last year versus this year. Cannot do that because the filters, from what I can tell, only show "within" as an option. Thank you for any help

Hi,I've registered an oAuth integration here and have given all permissions as seen in the below attached screenshot. I'm able to get the access token on the server side. The access token works for non metadata API calls. However when making metadata API calls like list bases or list tables, I'm getting the errorINVALID_PERMISSIONS_OR_MODEL_NOT_FOUND. I've tried with two different airtable accounts and through my application, terminal and postman as well. same result. I have a table with multiple tabs that delineate project categories (I’m in Marketing so eblasts, social, blogs, etc.) and each of the items has an “owner” field with a collaborator assigned. Is there anyway to create a view or additional table where I could log in and see all the projects I’m working across all those tabs? I know within one tab I can filter for things assigned to me but I’d love to see everything I’m working on easily in one place

Hello, I have multiple team members using our airtable system. We are all in the same database and I am looking to track productivity from the team based on records updated within a day. Is there anyway to pull a report or set something up so I can see who completed what per day, month, etc? Example. Sally and John both work for Company ABC. Sally completes 5 tasks in the system and John completes 2. Currently the only way I know to see this is by clicking in the record making it not feasible to be able to view the productivity. Thanks,

Hi all, Semi-new user to the tool here, and still learning the formulas. I have the following issue: I am using the switch function to categorize certain single select options into different categories (in this case, which statuses in the HR systems relate to an overall designation of accepted, dispositioned, interviewing, etc)My full formula is below. The issue is the very last line item: 'Doesn't Meet Min Qual', 'Dispositioned'This line has the apostrophe in the word "Doesn't", and that seems to be invalidating the formula. Everything worked great until I added that line, and then it breaks. I unfortunately can't change the wording of the option, since it comes directly from our system.
