Hello! I'm sure there is a very easy solution for this but I am having trouble figuring it out! I have an "Ad Record" field that may or may not have a date at the start (ex. "1/2/23 | Company | Product"). This formula parses out the date for me easily enough: DATETIME_PARSE({Ad Record},'MM/DD/YYYY') However, sometimes there may not be a date (ex. "Company+") so the above formula parses an ERROR. What sort of IF statement would work here to instead leave the field empty?This didn't work for me: IF({Ad Record}, DATETIME_PARSE({Ad Record},'MM/DD/YYYY'), "")   Thank you! 

I have an automation that finds matching records for me and I, in the next step, need to update these records by checking a checkbox (true). As there are two or more records found each time I presume that I need to run a script to achieve this. I'm a complete newbie to scripts; I have used readymade scripts, but never altered (other than to change name of table, view and/or field) or written one myself.  I have searched for an answer and even tested to modify found scripts with no luck. Hi there,I am building a use case for airtable for my company, and this involves linking data collected via an airtable form to membership data which is held externally to airtable. I need to match the records from the form entries to those in the membership data and import the relevant membership number for each individual into a column in my airtable base. Is this possible? Do you have any advice on how best to implement this? Thank you! 

I am attempting to fine tune by lead scoring in my Airtable CRM by sorting my Contacts by the amount of consecutive 'Voicemail' values in my 'Call Result' rollup field in Contact (which is a rollup from my Touch Points' table Call Result single select drop down.What I am looking to achieve is that those who have a lot of Voicemail unanswered get sorted to the bottom for my daily calls and the ones who have the least consecutive Voicemail unanswered get sorted at the top (so I don't keep calling people who just keep going to Voicemail when copy/pasting into my Touchpoints table).Any input on how I could do this much appreciated. Hi All,This is hopefully a basic and quick fix. I've got a concatenate formula that works beautifully to join a suffix to a base number, but part of the suffix is a price, and I need to have the "." removed from the string. Here's what I have so far:IF(ISBN13!="", CONCATENATE(ISBN13, "5", {US Price}))And, for example, that would spit out:97819528473244514.99How can I get it to remove that period from the price? When I did a search for similar issues, I saw suggestions of using a substitution formula, but I wasn't sure how that would work. I'm adapting someone else's code here. Appreciate any help!

Hi there, I'm getting started with automations from my team.What I want to do :TRIGGER: when a record enters a view/table (let's say table A)ACTION: Find record: check if the record exists already in another table (table B)Conditional actions: - if it does, update the existing record in the table B- if it doesn't, create a new record in the table BFor now I have the following on my testing base: My issue lies on how to set up the conditional logic (basically to say "If the record is found, update this specific record).I have a testing error here and I'm not sure what is wrong.I've tried looking at this knowledge base article but when I click on the different set up actions it doesn't do anything, even with another browser My goal is to create a masterlist of advocates from different programs (different teams using different tables), and some of these advocates can be in multiple programs, which is why I want to avoid duplicates in the masterlistThank you for any help!!

I have a table filled with applicants. I am trying to automate the process of sending rejection emails. My triggers are set to when a record matches a condition (particular stage and a checkbox is blank). I receive no errors while testing and can see all the matching records. Despite the automation being "on" it has not sent any emails. One thing to note is I had all the relevant applicants set to this stage before creating the automation but not sure if that makes a difference

Hi, I'm a complete beginner to airtable so sorry if this is a dumb question, but here goes anyway.. I created a product table which is a collection of parts grouped by name. I want to then use the name of each product as a single select field in a new table, but instead I get all the entries for every part within that product.Ultimately I want to display price information for each product - sum of all the parts cost, wholesale price etc. 

Hi all, Hoping someone can help. I'm trying to create a time sheet where the user inputs the hours & minutes they worked in 15min increments - so 1.25 (1 hour 15 mins), 1.5 (1hr 30 mins) etc.How do I get this to appear as 1hr 15 mins, 1hr 30 mins in an hh:mm format without asking them to do their time sheets in seconds and also have the ability to roll up the totals?Ideally they would not be tracking start end times using date fields. Hello all,I am new at this and english is not my first language, but i'll try to explain.I have a number of columns with numbers in it.I want to make a formula that if the number is between 2000 en 3000 in that column then in the formula colomn it states 50 bonus and if the number is between 3000 en 4000 it states 100 bonus and when not met is says no bonus.So:Colomn 1          Formula field1899               No Bonus3999              100 bonus2545               50 bonus So far i have this formula:IF({Jul} < 2000,"No bonus",IF({Jul} >= 2000 <3000,"50 bonus",IF({Jul} >= 3000 <4000,"100 bonus",IF({Jul} >= 4000 <5000,"150 bonus")))) but all this does that it returns No Bonus or 50 bonus in every cell...What am i doing wrong?Thank you in advance for helping me.

I am attempting to setup a workflow for a Callback system for my Sales calls. Is there an easy way to remove the color highlights from an automated report? I want the colors to exist in the base, but when an email goes out in grid form I'd like the color highlights for different categories to not show up.

Hi smarter people than me, I hope you can help?I have an integration with CraftMyPDF where I send a payload I build in script through to be used to populate the PDF template. 2 of the fields passed through are date fields: Contract date and Event date. I have noticed that these fields are always offset by 1 day in the past.In the base grid view (or any other Airbase view or interface) these dates reflect accurately, as captured. When I use these same fields in my payload and inspect it, they reflect with -1 offset. The dates are formatted "friendly" and set to my local timezone.Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the API to honour the date as it is shown in grid views?thanks in advance!

How can I set up an automation in Airtable that will update records in the status column once a week, but only if they meet a certain status type, such as changing records with the status 'DONE' to 'Archive'?

I am building an automation to send emails (up to four), to addresses pulled in from a "Find record" command searching a rollup rollup field. I am using rollup because bizarrely lookup fields do not show in the automation builder.The result produces the correct email address list, but with formatting markup code. Any idea what's causing this and how to get just the email address so that the automation can use it?

I have a base with multiple tabs that have links between them. Tab 1 is Digitization Projects. Tab 2 is Scheduling.Tab 2 Scheduling is made up of individual task records. Each of these links back to a project record on Tab 1. The individual task records on Tab 2 all have start and end dates.From within the Record Summary Interface, I want to be able to select a single Digitization Project (from Tab 1), and have a timeline element display only the records and dates (from Tab 2) that are linked to that project.I have not been able to figure out how to filter things to allow this. Right now, it shows me ALL the records from Tab 2, whether or not they're associated with the Digitization Project (from Tab 1) that I've selected in the Record Summary Interface.Screenshots attempting to illustrate below. Hello Airtable Community,     Question: My main field (first left field) is the "Date", next field is "Day of the Week" (single select). Is it possible to automate "Day of the Week" field so it would automatically choose the day based on the calendar date input in the "Date" field?   Thank you in advance for your help

I'm using make.com and have a connection to Airtable and am trying to do a simple search on a table. I can't find a guide on Make or Airtable on the syntax required in Make's Formula field.I would like to do something like the following logic{Email}='1.email' AND {Date} >= CURRENTDATEWhere Email and Date are fields in the table I want to search. I can't seem to find the equivalent of CURRENTDATE in airtalble's Formula Playground or elsewhere.

This is happening on trigger from record creation, another script triggering a webhook, etc.  The automation just hangs on the first script step endlessly.I've confirmed that the script executes successfully when run by itself.  According to status.airtable.com everything seems fine.Anyone have an idea on what might be the issue?
