My attempts to use a value from a Rollup field in the record Name field result in a circular reference error. Is this expected behavior or a bug?

As you can see, the Calculation column missed the "commas" of the originals columns, and moreover, if there is anything in a column, it adds a comma.I would like that my calculation is :1 Report Name2- Report NameCalculationD, EC, FD, E, C, FF, CF, CD, ED, Emy formula is in the attachment.What am I doing wrong?Thank you very much!

Hi allI am trying to have AirTable send out a webhook at a specific time for records that meet specific conditions, but I realized the "At a scheduled time" trigger does not really allow me to go through conditions to search for specific records.I was considering to work around this by changing the trigger to "When record matches conditions" and set one of the triggers to a formula field with DATETIME_FORMAT(NOW(), 'LT'.But I realized the system does not update the NOW() field in real time (seems to be around every 10min or so?)Is there another workaround within AirTable itself? Or do I have to use make.com/zapier to make this work?Just for reference, I simply want AirTable to send out a message to my team members at a specific time if there's a record that specifically meets the conditions.Thanks in advance

we have several automations that involved sending an email with an attachment. they worked as designed on 11/30/22. However today, 12/2/22, they fail to send. i've attached a screenshot with the error. The error says "Microsoft reported an error while processing this action: Failed to fetch an attachment".The automation is designed so that first the person record is selected. Then an update is performed that links the record to a record in another table that holds the file to be attached. The Attached file is included as a lookup field in the person record. This portion of the automation all works. It fails in the next step, when the email is supposed to be sent. Normally, this all happens within seconds.any ideas on how to fix this?

From a look-up field array, I’m extracting a duration h:mm, which I’m trying to convert to a duration field. The time comes out alright in a human readable format, e.g. 2:59, 4:24, 6:00, but I’m struggling to convert the string into a duration formatted field via formula. I tried using a few formula IF(Time,DATETIME_FORMAT(DATEADD(TODAY(),Time&“”,‘s’),‘H:mm’)) = always 0:00. IF(Time,DATETIME_FORMAT(DATETIME_PARSE({Time},‘H:mm’),‘H:mm’)) = still no formatting

Hello!I have a question about the best way to set up workspaces and bases for our marketing department. Our department has five digital marketing teams, each digital marketing team has different social media editorial calendars to manage, which we're going to use Airtable bases for. People from the different teams should not be able to see the bases/calendars outside of their own team. Let's say the company is "Company A," each team is named "Team 1," "Team 2" etc and each social medial calendar is called "Base A" "Base B" Base C" etc.How would we best set up our workspace and bases. Should there be a workspace for each team, completely siloing each of them (with bases for each calendar within the workspace)? Or should there be one workspace for all five teams, with bases each all social media calendars? If we were to do that, is it possible to add all teams to the workspace, but relegate their visibility only to specific bases?

I use airtable essentially to create daily schedules.These schedules are PDFS that i print from the layout extenionsi then upload the pdf to a seperate kanban view for employees on site to be able to go thru at start of day to know what they need to do.All of sudden, airtable has "forgotten" or corrupted all of the pdfs or images that were in the table.I can't upload anymore either. If I delete a corrupted file and try to reupload, it just reuploads a corrupted file that has a link to support center embedded if you try to open it as an attachment.This effects the way I run this business pretty critically unfortunately. Maybe this is the equivalent of a storage capactiy paywall?

I am using a formula to subtract one weight (ungraded weight) from another (graded weight). The formula in the dashboard is working fine to make Unaccounted Weight: However, I cannot choose Unaccounted Weight in Interface Designer. I want it to appear just as a number element. Perhaps this is an introduction/need for pivot tables. I have a form collecting multiple submissions per brewery. I'm trying to create a menu that could draw from a table that shows the summary of those 4 submissions per brewery.If I create pivot table, which I'm not experienced with, it seems to count each column as an extension, so I would need to upgrade to accomplish this. (Which I don't want to do, if I'm not certain it's going to work.)I'm relatively familiar with Airtable, but not in advanced manipulation. I have it setup with breweries as the primary records, because they're using a form to submit multiple beers per entry. Perhaps I'm just not searching correctly.I'm using a system of entering Purchase Orders where we have an internal SKU and a supplier SKU. These are one to many. There can be many supplier SKUs for a singular internal SKU. I'm in construction, so for example, the internal SKU is a 16ft 2x4: DL-SPR-#2-2x4-16. An example of a supplier SKU is 20416S.When I'm receiving invoices, I'm entering the supplier SKU which allows my system to link to an existing internal SKU so that Airtable knows everything about that product (width, thickness, length, weight, etc, grade). However the other way around - if I want to generate a purchase order with the supplier's SKU on there (so they know exactly what I'm asking for, no confusion...) I'm having a hard time conceiving how I can look up the supplier SKU when the user might not necessarily know what that SKU is. So, the user might want to, for example,

Hi, I’m trying to set up a form for our baseball league to collect scores from games so we can then do additional data manipulation to calculate win/loss records, calculate total runs for and against etc. The first single select field that I’ve created is to capture the team’s age group. Based on that choice I then want to have a drop down that only shows the teams that are in that particular age group. We’re tracking information on 100+ teams, and I’d like to do this in a single form so we can give our volunteers a one place to go to do their entry regardless of the age of the team. I’m trying to figure out how to populate the second single select to remove the possibility of our volunteers entering a name manually and spelling it differently than we’re expecting or calling the team something different than how we have them in our records. Hi there -I have a base that we use to coordinate our deliveries and our pickups for our drivers. I have a view that is built for our dispatch team to "route" our delivery schedule for the next day that is filtered by all deliveries and pickups that need to made tomorrow.I have a separate view that is for our drivers to show all deliveries and pickups that need to be made Today, so that when they clock-in in the morning, they can see their route and begin going through their schedule. I need the Delivery view to adopt the routing order that was made in the routing view day-prior.How do I make that happen?
