Hi! I am trying to solve the following:I have a lookup field that lists multiple dates multiples times (the same day in each respective record). Like so: 10/10/2022, 10/10/2022, 10/10/2022, 10/10/2022. This is the "Move In Date ~ Expansion" Field. I only want one date listed and clean like so "MM-DD-YYYY". So I created a Formula Field ("Move In Date ~ Expansion (Calculation)" Field and did an ARRAYUNIQUE formula, however, it shows up with additional 0's and is not clean. How can I adjust this formula so that it lists the date of the lookup field only once and clean like so"MM-DD-YYYY"? Or does anyone have any other solve here? Thank you!

I am new to Airtable, but I cannot find a simple formula to calculate years of service for employees from the start date. I can get it to calculate years, but would like to see it in decimal format. For 8 1/2 years I would like to see 8.50. I am currently using the below...Adding the "months", did not do anything different. DATETIME_DIFF(TODAY(),{Start date},'years', "months") Any help is appreciated... 

Hi,I need to supply to my team of buyers the "best deal" for any given category and sub-category of products in our database. At first, it was easy to group by category / sub-category into a view sorted by price ASC. But over time, the database grew big and we now have 7000+ products splitted into 25 categories and 50 sub-categories ...that makes it long and tedious to scroll through this view to locate manually the cheapest product for each category/sub-category combo (about 150 unique combinations in total).My question: is there a way to get a view that'd output the best product per category / sub-category combo in a flat table format. In other words, this view would contain ONLY the 150 best deals.Many thanks!

Is it possible to limit the amount of rows in a table view for use in a chart? E.g. I want to see my top 20 accounts based on sales value. However when I create a chart, based on sales value, I cannot limit the results to only the top 20.

Hi Guys,After hours of trial and error, all errors, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to join data from two different tables.Table 1 has INVOICE NUMBER, CUSTOMER NAME, and CUSTOMER EMAIL, one Invoice Number per row.Table 2 has several rows with the same Invoice Number, and one item on each row. My attempts to use a value from a Rollup field in the record Name field result in a circular reference error. Is this expected behavior or a bug?

Hi allI am trying to have AirTable send out a webhook at a specific time for records that meet specific conditions, but I realized the "At a scheduled time" trigger does not really allow me to go through conditions to search for specific records.I was considering to work around this by changing the trigger to "When record matches conditions" and set one of the triggers to a formula field with DATETIME_FORMAT(NOW(), 'LT'.But I realized the system does not update the NOW() field in real time (seems to be around every 10min or so?)Is there another workaround within AirTable itself? Or do I have to use make.com/zapier to make this work?Just for reference, I simply want AirTable to send out a message to my team members at a specific time if there's a record that specifically meets the conditions.Thanks in advance

we have several automations that involved sending an email with an attachment. they worked as designed on 11/30/22. However today, 12/2/22, they fail to send. i've attached a screenshot with the error. The error says "Microsoft reported an error while processing this action: Failed to fetch an attachment".The automation is designed so that first the person record is selected. Then an update is performed that links the record to a record in another table that holds the file to be attached. The Attached file is included as a lookup field in the person record. This portion of the automation all works. It fails in the next step, when the email is supposed to be sent. Normally, this all happens within seconds.any ideas on how to fix this?

From a look-up field array, I’m extracting a duration h:mm, which I’m trying to convert to a duration field. The time comes out alright in a human readable format, e.g. 2:59, 4:24, 6:00, but I’m struggling to convert the string into a duration formatted field via formula. Hello!I have a question about the best way to set up workspaces and bases for our marketing department. Our department has five digital marketing teams, each digital marketing team has different social media editorial calendars to manage, which we're going to use Airtable bases for. People from the different teams should not be able to see the bases/calendars outside of their own team. Let's say the company is "Company A," each team is named "Team 1," "Team 2" etc and each social medial calendar is called "Base A" "Base B" Base C" etc.How would we best set up our workspace and bases. Should there be a workspace for each team, completely siloing each of them (with bases for each calendar within the workspace)? Or should there be one workspace for all five teams, with bases each all social media calendars? If we were to do that, is it possible to add all teams to the workspace, but relegate their visibility only to specific bases?

I use airtable essentially to create daily schedules.These schedules are PDFS that i print from the layout extenionsi then upload the pdf to a seperate kanban view for employees on site to be able to go thru at start of day to know what they need to do.All of sudden, airtable has "forgotten" or corrupted all of the pdfs or images that were in the table.I can't upload anymore either. If I delete a corrupted file and try to reupload, it just reuploads a corrupted file that has a link to support center embedded if you try to open it as an attachment.This effects the way I run this business pretty critically unfortunately. Maybe this is the equivalent of a storage capactiy paywall?

I am using a formula to subtract one weight (ungraded weight) from another (graded weight). The formula in the dashboard is working fine to make Unaccounted Weight: However, I cannot choose Unaccounted Weight in Interface Designer. I want it to appear just as a number element. Perhaps this is an introduction/need for pivot tables. I have a form collecting multiple submissions per brewery. I'm trying to create a menu that could draw from a table that shows the summary of those 4 submissions per brewery.If I create pivot table, which I'm not experienced with, it seems to count each column as an extension, so I would need to upgrade to accomplish this. (Which I don't want to do, if I'm not certain it's going to work.)I'm relatively familiar with Airtable, but not in advanced manipulation. I have it setup with breweries as the primary records, because they're using a form to submit multiple beers per entry. However, now I want the beers to be the identifying record, while still maintaining their brewery info (contact, distributor, etc.).Any help will be appreciated and you will be supporting craft beer in the process!Thanks in advance.Cheers.
