Hi In firs table we store links from user form Airtable Staya DB - Airtable CG related - Content companies | Animation projects | Schools | Products In the second table we have cards and array by “link to other records” from first table Airtable Staya DB - Airtable CG related - Content companies | Animation projects | Schools | Products Problem is the second table is embedded on the website Countries analytic Links inside cards are not clickable. For ex. click on the card “Russia” . How to fix it? #embed

I want my formula to return 1 if it is a 3-month interval after a particular month contained in another field. So say the given field has “March” in it. I want the formula to return 1 if the current month is 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, or 12 months after March. Using this example, it would return 1 if the current month was June, September, December, or March. Or be different if the original month was a different month and a 3-month interval also. What formula would I use for this?

Hi :slightly_smiling_face: I have automation set to run when an record is updated. Thank I have “Find record” action to find records which should be updated. Last step is “Update record”, but I can not select record from “Find record” step. Anything I select it gives me error. :frowning: Does any one know how to do this? Thank you, Pjero

But I am far from Airtable proficient yet… How can I get the Date and Time formula fields to check and see if there’s something in Manual Date & Time first, and then, if it’s empty, turn to Unix Date & Time? I don’t know how to weave the necessary IF statement into the DATETIME_FORMAT I’ve already got set up in the Date and Time fields. I labeled the screenshots 1 and 2 'cause they’re the same, only the second shows the formula I’m using. Many TIAs for ideas!

Hello, this is more like a documentation rather than a question, for those who might find it helpful and have similar use cases. If there are errors in the formula, please point them out. I have an attachment field called Picture. The number of pictures I’ll have in the attachment field can vary from 1 to 20. I want to grab the URL of each image, and put them into multiple columns. To do this, I’ll have to create 20 additional columns, one for each field. Note that this works as long as the image names don’t have any brackets in them. Hopefully, this won’t be a problem for many. The logic behind the formula is as follows: I have an attachment field called Picture I create a formula field called URL beside it, and the formula in it is {Picture}. This returns the URL of all the images in the Picture field, along with the image names. I have a field that captures the URL for a webpage, but some URLs contain extra parameters after the .html part of the string. How can I remove anything after the .html for those records but not have a blank cell if the URL does not contain parameters after .html? I have set up a number of Tasks within different Design Projects, but for some reason I can’t seem to move the Tasks up and down the list within each Design Project. I try to drag them from the left side of the Task row where the numbers are, but they don’t seem to move up or down the list. I would really like to order them in terms of priority… does anyone know what I am doing wrong, or why it is not working? Thanks in advance!

I have created an excel power query to retrieve data from airtable, I would need to expand this to be able to pull from multiple tables which is fine. My question is, has anyone encountered any issues with making multiple data pulls a day from airtable and getting IP address blocked, similar to what can happen with web scraping data?

I feel like this is simple but I’m missing something. I want 2 text fields joined with 4 blank spaces in between. Field1 & " " & Field2. It is trimming out 3 of the blank spaces on me. Is this possible?

I have an interesting problem. I need to create database-sort-friendly versions of names, where all definite and indefinite articles are dropped from the beginning of each name. I came up with this formula: IF(REGEX_MATCH(Name,'^THE'), SUBSTITUTE(Name, LEFT(Name, 4), ''), IF(REGEX_MATCH(Name, '^A'), SUBSTITUTE(Name, LEFT(Name, 2), ''), IF(REGEX_MATCH(Name, '^AN'), SUBSTITUTE(Name, LEFT(Name, 3), ''), Name ))) But it’s not working for names that start with “AN”. The formula is deleting all "AN"s. Why is it working with “THE” and “A”, but not with “AN”? What am I missing? I am at a loss. Thank you in advance!

This is what I have now: DATEADD(DATESTR(“2021-04-25”),-{Indoors Weeks Prior},‘week’) I want to add something so that if nothing is in the Indoors Weeks Prior column, it will show nothing. How do I do that? Also, currently, it displays DATE and then time. How can I omit the time part?

Hi, I’ve got an ‘‘Email addresses’’ column in a base. When I send emails, I go on this base , copy the email addresses and paste them into the sender section of the composed email. This works well when I select email addresses that are in a continuous order in the column, however, I’m not able to select multiple fields for email addresses that aren’t in a continuous order. In an excel spreadsheet, you can select different cells by pressing ‘‘ctrl’’ on the keyboard. Is there a similar function on airtable or do I always need to copy/paste the emails one-by-one?

Hi, I’m using a function to check for how long people had registered with my group. It’s working like a charm. DATETIME_DIFF(TODAY(), {Position (since)}, 'days') On the screen below, you can see it works great. It’s all good. But when I change the view, the same cells aren’t updating… What am I missing? What do I need to do to see it updated alone? On the screen below, you can see it’s not displaying what was entered on the main view.

Hello everyone, I need help with my problem. I haven’t found a solution so far. I have an airtable where we include currency rates. Those are in this format #.##### (always five digits after the decimal point) I’m using this formula to switch the decimal point to comma to convert the number to EU standard: SUBSTITUTE(CONCATENATE({currency rate},""),".",",") This works fine so far, unless there is a number like this: How it should look like: 0,02580 What it looks like: 0,0258 The formula omits the final 0 I tried using VALUE to change it to a number field to use “formatting”, but this made things worse. It turns the number into “258”. Any idea how to fix this? Kind regards, Heike

Hi, I have a field which is a formula field for a due date group. I have 'due tomorrow set to → DATETIME_DIFF({Due},TODAY(),‘days’)=1, “ :yellow_circle: Due Tomorrow” But screenshot shows ‘due tomorrow’ for things which are actually due 2 days from now (today is 21st), not tomorrow. I assume its a timezone issue? But not sure what I need to change to fix? Or maybe I have done something else wrong? ?

Example: I can add item A anytime in the year as its validity starts 01/01 and ends on 12/31. Item B however is only available from 03/01 to 03/31. I have a second table Invoices where each invoice covers a period of time, from a start date to an end date. Example: For customer A, I issue invoice #1 starting at 01/01 and ending at 02/15 and invoice B starting at 02/16 and ending at 04/30. For customer B, I only issue invoice #3 which starts at 02/15 and ends at 03/15. I am trying to create a formula to return the difference in time between two dates in terms of the number of months and number of days. For example, being age “8 months 3 days.” This is the formula I came up with so far, but this direction doesn’t get me an accurate return since not every month has exactly 30 days in it: (DATETIME_DIFF({DATE},‘2 Feb 2020’,‘M’)) & " mos " & ((DATETIME_DIFF({DATE},‘2 Feb 2020’, ‘d’))-(DATETIME_DIFF({DATE},‘2 Feb 2020’, ‘M’))*30) & " days " Any ideas? Hello, I have a problem with a SUBSTITUTE formula. I have a text field that contains two consecutive spaces between two words. I want to SUBSTITUTE these 2 spaces by nothing ("") but the formula doesn’t work because airtable consider these 2 spaces as infinite number of spaces. I know it because I tried to apply on this field a substitute 3 spaces by “X” formula and the output was first_word+space+X+second_word Something weirder: if I copy the output of my formula and paste it somewhere else, the space is not present… But it is problematic to me because I want to compare the output of my formula with another field in airtable …

Not sure if I’m missing something obvious, but was wondering why is Airscript.dev listed with the anchor of “airscript tutorials” in the scripting app (Documentation tab, item #4 of “Other Resources”). The site itself says it is neither endorsed nor owned by Airtable. A forum search yields two topics from the apparent owner of the domain, both of which are self-promotions and don’t explain the link. I understand the half a dozen or so marketplace scripts come from third parties but is the scripting app itself not owned by Airtable? Just to be clear, the site is a pretty decent resource but I’m amazed a company with a ten-figure valuation like Airtable would promote anyone for free. And that particular link has some pretty insane promotional value in terms of domain authority juice from Google.
