my kanban is a list of products with different stacks. I would like it so that when a product is moved from one stack to the other, the autmation sends a slack message as to what stack the product is currently moved to.How do I access the name of the stack? I clicked on the blue plus sign but nothing there relates to the stack name. Just the product details.

I've created an automation that follows this schema:The issue is that when it finds three matches in the name, it writes the name as many times as there are matches. I only want the name to appear once.I don't know how to achieve this.Thank you for your help

Hi folks : )I'm trying to put a link in an automated email, and it keeps generating a sequence of characters at the end of the url that makes the link useless. Here's how I have it set up in the body of the email:Here's what the end of the url is supposed to look like:230526796288065/sign_document_d4deb6cd5dd95877_79e90063180a7cbf.pdfAnd here's what it looks like when the automation is done with it:This happens whether I set up the field as a URL or single line text, and the link opens fine from the data view; these extra characters only show up in the link generated by the automation email.Since the characters look like html encoding, I looked them up and found this, if it helps:%EF : ï%BB : »%BF : ¿How do I set it up so this doesn't happen? One of our goals is creating a repository to reference research participants we've spoken with in the past to contact them more easily for future research. The goal of this base is two-fold: the first being a structured pool of participants to pull from, and the second is a collision map to make sure we're not pulling the same participant for several different projects and overloading them. Hi,I have a project management interface where I have a table listing all of my projects and then another table for tasks.  On the task table, there is a link to the project table.  I have created an interface using kanban that shows the tasks by priority (high, medium, low).  In the interface, I allow the linking of the task to the project table.  When I click the plus signal, it only shows me the first three fields from the project table.  Is there a way to modify what fields show on the "linking" screen that pops up?Thanks,Kevin

In our base, there are about 10 people from 4 different departments. They are all editors, and we're on the business tier. We've started to build quite a lot of interfaces, and it's starting to get a little crowded. I wonder if it's possible to only have certain people able to see and access certain interfaces?The documentation alludes to the possibility of sharing the interface. However, I can't get it to work, as anyone seems to be able to see and access all the build and published interfaces with or without sharing. Is it possible to restrict access to certain interfaces if they are base collaborators? if so how do I do it?

Is this a bug, or am I missing something?My left side axis (first y-axis) uses a formula percent field. But I want the second y-axis (Y-axis (right)) to just be standard numbers in order to show the COUNT. The percents showing up don't make sense there. Is there a way for me to fix something I'm doing?   

I have a field that sometimes has a mentor's name in it, and other times (usually) is empty.I am showing that field in a timeline - which is fine when there's a name, but otherwise it shows up as "(empty)" which is annoyingI want to create a formula field that shows the value when there is a value (a name), but shows something innocuous - like an asterisk - when it's empty.I feel like this is an IF statement - but the value of the field is different all the time - Joe Schmoe, Jane Doe, etc.IF({Mentor (from Link to Forms)}, "", "*") is what I'm trying now, but it's giving me a blank where I want the name. I am creating a scenario in MAKE to add a new record to my student database once a student is marked as enrolled in my admission database. Everything works well, but I am facing one issue. I am able to use the HTTP Module and “Upload to Google Drive” Module to add the student photo correctly to the student database. However, I have two other file fields in the admission database that need to be synced, and they contain multiple files. How can I ensure all those files are added without missing any to the student’s database?

I have a list interface where the button to search disappeared after making unrelated changes to the interface. The search option still appears on all my other list interfaces and I can't find anything in the designer to either add or remove the ability to search the list. Any suggestions?

Hi,I have successfully set up automated emails via Gmail on Airtable.  Everything runs perfectly except that I can't work out how to change my sender name.The screenshot below shows the problem, it needs to be capitalised and include my surname.Just to reiterate, this is when sending via Gmail not from Airtable's own service.Many thanks in advance!

I have two tables Properties list and Budget. In the Properties table, I have a user field that we can assign the property manager to that particular property and that manager is only able to view and edit the Budget(budget table) details belonging to the property.But in budget table has many records of multiple properties detail. But that particular property manager should be able to view and edit Budget details belonging to that property. The rest of the details can be visible or hidden but should not be editable.Is that possible?

I have conditional visibility set for 2 fields in my form. One is working correctly, and the other is not. I have a select drop down  field with number rating from 1 to 10,  1 - 2 - 3 - 4 .. etc...  .   I want to filter all the records that have a rating bigger than, let's say 6, but there's no number operators (">", "<") for the select field.Is there a solution to this?thank you in advance.

Hey Gang.I know there's probably multiple ways to do this but I'll ask.If there's an automation way of stripping/grabbing two(as there will always be two) linked records in a field and placing the first in the "first instructor) field(email type), and placing the second in the "second Intructor" field(also an email type).Obviously, I'd need to grab, each of those and place them in their respective field.Simple enough, right?Or if just placing a formula in a field to reflect those emails, that'd be fine too, I guess. thanks

Hi all! I am running a T-shirt business and currently am filling orders. I have embedded a form onto my website so that when customers want to place orders, their info goes straight into AirTable. My question is this: is there a way to save this info in a customized PDF or Word doc template, and send this back to my customers? Any help would be awesome! Thanks!
