I am on Teams plan / Free AI plan with 500 credits per month - where in my dashboard can I find how many AI credits I have left?  

In our base, there are about 10 people from 4 different departments. They are all editors, and we're on the business tier. We've started to build quite a lot of interfaces, and it's starting to get a little crowded. I wonder if it's possible to only have certain people able to see and access certain interfaces?The documentation alludes to the possibility of sharing the interface. However, I can't get it to work, as anyone seems to be able to see and access all the build and published interfaces with or without sharing. Is it possible to restrict access to certain interfaces if they are base collaborators? if so how do I do it?

Is this a bug, or am I missing something?My left side axis (first y-axis) uses a formula percent field. But I want the second y-axis (Y-axis (right)) to just be standard numbers in order to show the COUNT. The percents showing up don't make sense there. Is there a way for me to fix something I'm doing?   

I have a field that sometimes has a mentor's name in it, and other times (usually) is empty.I am showing that field in a timeline - which is fine when there's a name, but otherwise it shows up as "(empty)" which is annoyingI want to create a formula field that shows the value when there is a value (a name), but shows something innocuous - like an asterisk - when it's empty.I feel like this is an IF statement - but the value of the field is different all the time - Joe Schmoe, Jane Doe, etc.IF({Mentor (from Link to Forms)}, "", "*") is what I'm trying now, but it's giving me a blank where I want the name. What is formula for "the value of the field?" Thanks for your help!

Is there already docs or complete process on how to use airtable webhook api to bubble? Like if the data is created in airtable it will call a backend wf then viceversa in bubble.io to airtable.

I am creating a scenario in MAKE to add a new record to my student database once a student is marked as enrolled in my admission database. Everything works well, but I am facing one issue. I am able to use the HTTP Module and “Upload to Google Drive” Module to add the student photo correctly to the student database. However, I have two other file fields in the admission database that need to be synced, and they contain multiple files. How can I ensure all those files are added without missing any to the student’s database?

I have a list interface where the button to search disappeared after making unrelated changes to the interface. The search option still appears on all my other list interfaces and I can't find anything in the designer to either add or remove the ability to search the list. Any suggestions?

Hi,I have successfully set up automated emails via Gmail on Airtable.  Everything runs perfectly except that I can't work out how to change my sender name.The screenshot below shows the problem, it needs to be capitalised and include my surname.Just to reiterate, this is when sending via Gmail not from Airtable's own service.Many thanks in advance!

I have two tables Properties list and Budget. In the Properties table, I have a user field that we can assign the property manager to that particular property and that manager is only able to view and edit the Budget(budget table) details belonging to the property.But in budget table has many records of multiple properties detail. But that particular property manager should be able to view and edit Budget details belonging to that property. The rest of the details can be visible or hidden but should not be editable.Is that possible?

I have conditional visibility set for 2 fields in my form. One is working correctly, and the other is not. I have a select drop down  field with number rating from 1 to 10,  1 - 2 - 3 - 4 .. etc...  .   I want to filter all the records that have a rating bigger than, let's say 6, but there's no number operators (">", "<") for the select field.Is there a solution to this?thank you in advance.

Hey Gang.I know there's probably multiple ways to do this but I'll ask.If there's an automation way of stripping/grabbing two(as there will always be two) linked records in a field and placing the first in the "first instructor) field(email type), and placing the second in the "second Intructor" field(also an email type).Obviously, I'd need to grab, each of those and place them in their respective field.Simple enough, right?Or if just placing a formula in a field to reflect those emails, that'd be fine too, I guess. thanks

Hi All, I am trying to create a button that one clicked will launch a web page that uses an internal url (or external) as the prefix with a cell value as the suffix. For Example: https://trsau.reecenet.org/pos/other-stock-on-hand/products/12345 The first part (https://trsau.reecenet.org/pos/other-stock-on-hand/products/) will be common in the formula with (12345) being the part that changes. First post, so I am sorry if this is not clear as to what I am trying to do.  My goal is to have a formula in a field determine if 3 different fields are either blank or not blank.  Depending on whether they are blank or not return a message to that formula field outlining what is missing and required.   See picture below.  I have tried to nest IF functions using blank or not blank, but I keep getting errors.  I have also tried to use the AND and OR functions in combination with the IF function with no luck.   A formula would work best for us.   Any ideas would be greatly appreciatedthanks Bob

Check spoiler tag for completely detailed explanation of my situation, just in case you can spy a base design issue that could easily be fixed: I have a table called "Products" and a table called "Definitions". I'm linking each product in my products table to the definitions table. The record in definitions is the classification/type of product, i.e., a wall mounted faucet. In the Definitions table there are internal instructions that our staff need to check off using rich text format before the product is considered ready. It would be instructions like "Wall mounted faucet is not located on an exterior wall".I'm using a Lookup in my Products table to retrieve these instructions and attach it to products based on the definition. Unfortunately when I use a lookup to retrieve these internal instructions field in the Products table, it loses all rich text format. Very new to Airtable and having some fun with formulas.I have project records with a simple status field (Planned, In Progress, Completed) and some basic date fields.I created a formula that checks if the project is "On time" or "Overdue" based on the completed (planned or actually completed) date field vs today.I don't need this formula to calculate on Completed projects so i'm looking for a formula that sets the field to blank if status is Completed, but calculates if Planned or In Progress.Current checking formula:IF({Completed Date} < NOW(), "Overdue", IF(IS_SAME({Completed Date}, TODAY(), 'day'), "At Risk", "On Time"))

Hi Good Airtablers:We upgraded to Enterprise in part for the Salesforce and Jira integration, but it seems that all synced bases are read-only. Is there a setting that can enable changes in Airtable to be upserted into Salesforce?I feel like this feature was there when our AE demo-ed it to us.Can anyone from Airtable show me how to edit from Airtable into Salesforce? And what the current limitations are.
