Hello!I am wanting to add a DATEADD formula to my base to set deadlines for different tasks based on a hiring date. I've done this in a previous base, but have since lost access. Can someone help me with the formula I need? For reference, some of the formulas I need help with are:Task: Email for photo, new hire survey, and short bio of new hire (-7 days before Hire Date)Task: Assign desk space for new hire (-3 days before Hire Date)Task: Give Uniform (on Hire Date)Task: Collect how to contact employee while OOO (1 day after Hire Date) This is my current formula:IF({Task} = "Email for photo, new hire survey, and short bio of new hire", DATEADD({Hire Date}, -7, 'DAYS'))When I add another {task} = ..... , it changes the format of the first deadline from a date to T00:000:00.OOOZ and then the next task's deadline just shows up as "true." Hi Airtable Community - I am fairly new to Airtable.  A couple of months developing. Have a few questions below.  Many thanks in advance for any guidance provided.Q1: Need to merge two bases - what is the way to go?  The chatbot mentioned scripts to bring data over and sharing the tables from one base to another.  I would like to merge the two into one Master one and not lose existing comments in any records, any history or scripting/automation in either.  Is there a way to do this? Q2: How do I see/query the backend table structure in Airtable via  SQL? Is that possible? is there a tool out there that can help with that?Q3: Any companies that offer Airtable development that I can chat with - looking for rapid development so need more Airtable engineers?

When I do a rollup to get the unique documents, it is correctly retrieving just the unique values - but while a lookup brings up the actual attachment documents, the rollup displays Airtable's Internal URL for the document.How do I then retrieve the document?   

I have a few currency fields that I am adding up in a simple formula field. I am then trying to display the output of that formula field within a text string I am building with another formula. However, I’m getting some strange decimals when showing the numbers.In an effort to troubleshoot this, I create a new blank Airtable base for testing and I’m getting the same result. Looking to create some kind of form / interface that allows the user to submit multiple records. For context, here is the use case:I'm creating an Ordering/Receiving Inventory Management base to use across staff at a Restaurant for order management. Person 1 does the ordering, they submit what they ordered. (ideally they'd be able to do it by distributor, so for Distributor 1 we ordered 7 cases of X, 2 cases of Y, etc.) This populates to a new table of sorts that Person 2 can reference when they do the receiving of said order. They'll see the 'Qty ordered', the 'Item Ordered', and the 'Distributor'. They theoretically can denote what was received (1 case of Y instead of 2 cases, etc.), as well as attach invoices for easy reference. Not necessarily set on the set up being a 'form' per se, although that makes the most sense to me. Hi there, I'm on a business plan using interfaces as a ticketing system with multiple external parties. Each external party has an interface with a unique filter condition and are given read-only access. I want them to be able to view the comments too - is there any way I can do this? I've enabled record-level details such that when they click on each row, the individual record shows. however, it doesnt allow me to configure this record-level view with Comments/Activity feed element. All I'm seeing are the Fields, and two other options: Chart and Number.

Hi, new Airtable’r, I searched around but couldn’t find answer to this! I’m surveying my customers about their opinions on products we’re considering developing. I have a base that contains a table with details about all the potential products, including a field I made customer ratings. I’d like to create a from that displays every product in the table, showing its image and description, and a place to collect their rating for that product. I’d like to be able to use that form to see customer’s average ratings of them. Is this possible? Thanks!

I have a [Anniversary] field and a field that calculates the next anniversary, so I get reminders and write a card for my volunteers. Here is my problem:The basic formula works fine when there is an anniversary in the field. When there isn't one, I get the #ERROR, which one would expect. I tried ISERROR(...) and IF(ISERROR...) to get it to show blank, but I can't get it to work. We have a couple of columns populated with emails and names, the rest of the AirTable base will be empty (I've attached a screenshot). What we'd need is to trigger the workflow in Make based on specific time trigger automation and I just don't know how to tell the workflow to start as the specific trigger time automation in AirTable doesn't allow me to use the recordID field. Would you be able to direct me to a solution if there's any or tell me how you'd accomplish that feat?

Hi, I keep getting this new message in the automation script ide :Error: Request processing is disabled due to earlier failed requestIt seem like airtable does not want to rerty a fetch that previously failed even if the input parameters have changed. Hi there,We are attempting to create some sort of conversion tracking tool for our leads. The fields in our data table that are relevant for this are: Account Type (Lead, Customer, Rejected), and Source.There doesn't appear to be a way we can easily create a table, like in Excel, where we can simply name columns and create formulas in each cell.Here's the table we're attempting to recreate: The issue we're running into is we can't create the majority of the columns seen in this screenshot. Hello All!New to Airtable but loving it so far!I created a CRM for my company, and also created several interfaces for employees to use the CRM. Everyone uses the interfaces on the Airtable mobile app on their iphone.One of the interfaces is a Referral Log, that allows users to add client referrals, comment, and keep track of them. Every employee has full access to this Referral Log interface, and can edit, create, etc.I have built everything to be seamless, and it is perfect so far - save for one issue:When a user comments on a Referral, or uses the @ symbol to add someone to the thread - they receive a notification that someone commented or mentioned them. This notification exists in the "notifications" menu in the apps base menus. However when you click into the notification a message appears "This page is not supported on mobile. Go to Desktop view." - the annoying part is you can easily just go to the record you were mentioned in and view the comment there, so the page is totally

Hi everyone, I’m facing an issue with counting linked records in Airtable, and I’d love your help! I’ve created two tables for managing group interviews:1. “Entrevues Dispo” (Interview Slots) – Tracks the availability of each interview slot.2. “Entrevues Inscriptions” (Interview Registrations) – Stores candidate registrations linked to the available slots. In the Entrevues Dispo table, I have a linked field called “Entrevues confirmées” (Confirmed Interviews), which pulls all the candidates linked to a specific interview slot. The relationship works, and I can see the correct linked records. The Problem: I’m trying to calculate the number of candidates per slot using COUNTA({Entrevues confirmées}). However, it only counts 1 record, even though there are multiple linked records (e.g., 2 or 3 candidates). I also tested with a Rollup field using ARRAYJOIN() and confirmed that all linked records appear correctly (e.g., emails of all candidates). I have read previous posts on this topic (syncing with Google Sheets) but a lot of these posts are from 2019, 2020 or even earlier. I would like to sync up my Google Sheets data with Airtable so my tables in Airtable update as Google Sheets updates. I am unable to use zzzBot because of privacy restrictions (?) and a lot of changes have been made to different integrations. Does anyone know whether it is possible to sync Google Sheets data with Airtable?

I am new to the free version of Airtable which I am using to keep track of my craft stamps. I have at the moment around 500 items which have sentiments listed. When I try to find a particular sentiment I search for eg has any of, but it gives me "enter comparison value" and all the sentiments I have created. What I want is just a search box so I can just type just one word eg happy, so all those sentiments are found. What have I done wrong please and how can I rectify it.

I’m very new to airtable but have learned a lot by watching tutorials and searching the community. I’m not sure if I’m searching for the right thing for this particular issue though. I’m setting up an airtable for a client who has a form that needs to be completed by his clients on a weekly basis. He needs to know who hasn’t submitted the form 3 days past the day he sends it out which will be on the same day each week. For instance, he’ll send the email with the form attached to be completed every Monday and if someone doesn’t fill it out by Thursday, we need to automate an email to follow up and remind them to complete it. I’m thinking I need a field dedicated to auto-populating whatever the current day is or at least a formula that shows when the week starts and when it ends. What formula do I need for this? This is literally the last thing I need in order to complete this airtable setup but I can’t figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
