Hi !I struggle to import data from a bigquery table to another table in Airtable.My connections are fine, but I can’t manage to map the field between bigquery and airtable in Make. Any tutorial or idea ?I just want to import or upsert the data from bigquery to airtable. The fields are the same and ready in airtable.I've tried Skyvia but it make several errors when upserting...Thanks !

Hi there,We are attempting to create some sort of conversion tracking tool for our leads. The fields in our data table that are relevant for this are: Account Type (Lead, Customer, Rejected), and Source.There doesn't appear to be a way we can easily create a table, like in Excel, where we can simply name columns and create formulas in each cell.Here's the table we're attempting to recreate: The issue we're running into is we can't create the majority of the columns seen in this screenshot. Any ideas to help?

Hello--We're developing an Affiliate program where the affiliates offer a free month on our app. We're gathering new user data from Typeform forms that are automatically dropping in the information into different Airtable sheets as shown below.I'd like for all of the new users to then be put into another table that I can sort by start date, but I'm not sure how to do that.  Thanks in advance!

Hello All!New to Airtable but loving it so far!I created a CRM for my company, and also created several interfaces for employees to use the CRM. Everyone uses the interfaces on the Airtable mobile app on their iphone.One of the interfaces is a Referral Log, that allows users to add client referrals, comment, and keep track of them. Every employee has full access to this Referral Log interface, and can edit, create, etc.I have built everything to be seamless, and it is perfect so far - save for one issue:When a user comments on a Referral, or uses the @ symbol to add someone to the thread - they receive a notification that someone commented or mentioned them. This notification exists in the "notifications" menu in the apps base menus. However when you click into the notification a message appears "This page is not supported on mobile. Go to Desktop view." - the annoying part is you can easily just go to the record you were mentioned in and view the comment there, so the page is totally

Hi everyone, I’m facing an issue with counting linked records in Airtable, and I’d love your help! I’ve created two tables for managing group interviews:1. “Entrevues Dispo” (Interview Slots) – Tracks the availability of each interview slot.2. “Entrevues Inscriptions” (Interview Registrations) – Stores candidate registrations linked to the available slots. In the Entrevues Dispo table, I have a linked field called “Entrevues confirmées” (Confirmed Interviews), which pulls all the candidates linked to a specific interview slot. The relationship works, and I can see the correct linked records. The Problem: I’m trying to calculate the number of candidates per slot using COUNTA({Entrevues confirmées}). However, it only counts 1 record, even though there are multiple linked records (e.g., 2 or 3 candidates). I also tested with a Rollup field using ARRAYJOIN() and confirmed that all linked records appear correctly (e.g., emails of all candidates). I have read previous posts on this topic (syncing with Google Sheets) but a lot of these posts are from 2019, 2020 or even earlier. I would like to sync up my Google Sheets data with Airtable so my tables in Airtable update as Google Sheets updates. I am unable to use zzzBot because of privacy restrictions (?) and a lot of changes have been made to different integrations. Does anyone know whether it is possible to sync Google Sheets data with Airtable?

I am new to the free version of Airtable which I am using to keep track of my craft stamps. I have at the moment around 500 items which have sentiments listed. When I try to find a particular sentiment I search for eg has any of, but it gives me "enter comparison value" and all the sentiments I have created. What I want is just a search box so I can just type just one word eg happy, so all those sentiments are found. What have I done wrong please and how can I rectify it.

I’m very new to airtable but have learned a lot by watching tutorials and searching the community. I’m not sure if I’m searching for the right thing for this particular issue though. I’m setting up an airtable for a client who has a form that needs to be completed by his clients on a weekly basis. He needs to know who hasn’t submitted the form 3 days past the day he sends it out which will be on the same day each week. For instance, he’ll send the email with the form attached to be completed every Monday and if someone doesn’t fill it out by Thursday, we need to automate an email to follow up and remind them to complete it. I’m thinking I need a field dedicated to auto-populating whatever the current day is or at least a formula that shows when the week starts and when it ends. What formula do I need for this? This is literally the last thing I need in order to complete this airtable setup but I can’t figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,I am setting up an automation with integration with Outlook emails. I can only find limited trigger options. I don't want all my emails to go into AT, only select ones. I figured I would do this by making the trigger conditional, i.e. only when an email is designated with a certain category will the integration trigger and the email post in AT. I have a list of volunteers that, when I collapse all, clearly shows their hours for the year - see attached.I would like to sort by this list in order to be able to see who had the most hours this year.Is that possible? If not - how else can I aggregate the info to get what I need?Thanks!~Lisa

I have this formula for calculating the quarter and the fiscal year of when an invoice should be paid.Program Start date is 7-4-2024 (which is Q3). I want it to be paid the quarter after (so this one would be be paid Q4, FY24) but its showing Q3 - FY25. Hello,I have a project table and a milestones table. I want to update the status of my project record to “complete” when all the statuses of the linked milestones are also “complete”i have a roll up field which pulls back the unique array of the milestones, so I have all the milestone statuses comma separated as a text string, but I can’t figure out the formula to look at that field and determine if all the milestones are showing complete or not

I'm attempting to paste Date and Time information into an Airtable "Date" field which has the "Include time" option checked. But, when I paste Date and Time information, it all goes in the "Date" part of the cell, and none of the text goes into the "Time" part of the cell.For example, I'm trying to paste "11/21/2024 10:00 AM" into the Date and Time cell, but it puts all of this text under the "Date" portion, keeps the cursor in the "Date" portion, and enters the current time (i.e., 2:13 PM) in the "Time" portion of the cell, lol.How can I accomplish this basic copy-and-paste operation with Airtable's Date-and-Time formatted column so the Date goes in the Date, and the Time goes in the Time?For those unfamiliar, Airtable's "Date" field with "Include time" checked creates a cell with seemingly two cells within it, as shown in the screenshot below.Finally - I have all my data in a Google Sheets spreadsheet, which I could easily copy-and-paste into the Airtable table. Hi,I am trying to understand how interfaces and users interact. I have a series of interfaces that I intend to have users edit the information for certain fields.I have set up the interface pages to have the correct fields editable and I set up a user (different from the owner) so that I could check that it is working properly. When I go into it with the test user though set as an Editor, I am unable to edit the fields that I should be able to. Can anyone please explain how this work, or how I should have the interfaces so that they can be edited by users? Thanks in advance for anyone's help. S

“Client Table” contains clients in column A. One client to a row. Each client belongs to a group (Group 1, Group 2, Group 3, etc), which is listed in column B.  “Project Table” contains projects. The name of each project is in column A. Each project has one or more clients. One project could have clients from multiple groups. I’d like a column in the Project Table to list all the groups represented in a project.  Thanks!

Hello,I'm looking for help on Airtable Automations. I'm trying to Find a record to update based on Table:Sessions field matching Table:SignUps field. Both fields are "formula" fields that make a text number because the original Sessions field is a linked record, and the original SignUps field is a Primary Key.I don't know why, but I keep getting the error message below saying, "No valid nested options". It won't let me pick *either* the text field or the original Primary Key for Finding the match, and I have no idea why.I already went through this post explaining how both of the "Find" fields have to be congruent... but as far as I can tell, mine *are* congruent, but I'm still getting the error. How can I get this automation to work?Additional context below. TIA,ML
