Hey all, I have a table which is a  synced report from Salesforce that shows me opportunities coming up for renewal. I also created a different table with the same fields but is populated from the Salesforce report "SFDC Renewals Report" via automation: When condition is met (opportunity ID is not empty) - then create record in the second table "AE<>RAE Worksheet". My issue is that we moved accounts around in Salesforce and now some accounts have a different Renewal Account Executive or Sales Person. I cannot figure out how to automate the update of that Renewal Account Executive field in the "AE<>RAE Worksheet" to match the one in the synced salesforce report.  Any help is greatly appreciated

I am trying to write a formula to return the name of the column for each rows highest value. Attached is what my table looks like. So for example the first row should return blue, and the second row should return purple. Thank you!

Greetings Airtable CommunityI have a long text field with RTF formatting enabled. The text includes links to web pages, emails, and phone numbers. The web links are working perfectly, as are the email links (using mailto:)—but the phone numbers are not working.When formatting the phone numbers, I did the following:1) Highlighted the phone number2) Clicked on the link icon3) Entered tel: and the number (+3606500000)But when I click on the link, I see that the system has inserted 'http://' in front of tel: and this takes me to a "can't open the page" error instead of initiating a phone call. I have tried to sign up several times for Academy to get some training and understanding of Airtable. Whether I try to sign in at top of page or register for a course I get the message "Sorry you do not have access to this page".  Any other training courses for Airtable that you would suggest?  thank you

Hiya!I'm trying to implement parts of Airtable's Project Management Template into a Project Management system for my organization. In the Getting Started section, it describes the "My Tasks" page as "a summary of the current user's work". I love that my team members will be able to quickly go to that page and see a summary detail of their current tasks. However - I can't figure out how to "auto-filter" the page.In the template it's set up as a page/group filter: Where {Assignee} contains "Malik Johnson". I know this is just an example filter in the template, but if I were to type a specific name in that filter, it would only show that person's tasks, regardless of which person is on the My Tasks page. Am I missing something? Is there a way to set up the filter as "assignee matches current user"?

Hello! In my Inventory Tracking table, I want to name each item as: #Order Date-Product-Supplier. Everything looks good in my form when I'm entering the info, with the date format as expected, but then in my "Name" function field, timezone is included as "T00:00:00.000Z" I've tried reformatting the date field, deleting and re-adding, hiding it - nothing works to remove this extraneous info... any ideas? HelloI would like to know if it is possible to build an automation --> if Column B (Actual timeframe) changes and does not match with Column A (Initial timeframe), then the Column C (On time?) would change to YES or NO (single select option YES/NO)? Additionally, the actual timeframe value comes from Miro board. Thank you in advance! 

I'm new and have watched a lot of excellent tutorials that seems to indicate that I should be able to do what I want, but I wanted to ask the user-base to confirm, and perhaps to add any "to do that, do this" comments. I have a cell containing multiple dates.I want to have a column retrieving the most recent date from this cell.Which formula can I use? Tried with Max, or even last time modified but didn't do the trick...

I have uploaded images as attachments to about 250 records in a base. Each one uploads without issue and I’m able to see the preview in grid view and the full image in gallery view. I checked each attachment as it was uploaded. The problem is after the fact: now, about 25% of them are coming up as empty jpg icons in both views. When I attempt to open the image within an individual record, the same thing happens - a white box with the jpg icon and the file name. Any insight? I’ve tried refreshing the base, but to no avail…

Hi everyone. I am trying to set up an automation where when a diagnosis field for a trip in one table is updated it finds the corresponding person (that is connected) in another table and updates a diagnosis field in that table where only different diagnosis is entered. Attached is what I have started. It doesn't run. I tried adding a find records step but couldn't configure the condition (screen grab also attached). Suggestions please!

Hi, I use to have 1 data base for sales, delivered or not, but for some reason I thought It would be faster for searches and stuff to leave the delivered sales in anothe identical table. So I duplicated the table and erased the records that were "to deliver"in the delivered and "delivered" in the non delivered.It didn't worked as planed and now Im trying to go back, but I can't find the way.I just need to merge them back into one. Is there any simple way? ThanksJuan

Very new to AirTable and I'm working in a file created by someone else. Right now, I need to know how to move a row. (The data is in Alphabetical order, and one entry name has changed. I need to re-order it. I just want to drag the row to a different place but it doesn't work)Also, I have grouped the data but can't seem to UNgroup it! The chat bot said to unselect the grouping criteria, but there is no way to do that. Help!

The List interface allows for Grouping of fields within records - which makes it visually much easier for users when records have many fields.Is this available for other types?  I would like it on Record detail but cant make it work.Margaret  

Hi,Our process includes creating hundreds of Google Drive folders for client sharing during a year. This is now done manually, and I am looking at automating it if possible. Ideally a trigger in Airtable would the use some information identifying the client, create a Google Drive folder, make the access "Anyone with the link", fetch that link back to Airtable, and send out an email to the client.Alternatively, Airtable would be watching a specified Google Drive directory for creation of new directories, then initiate the process of changing access and pushing the link to Airtable.Any ideas?Rgds,BjörnPS. We use Zapier, so that is a viable option for us. For cost and maintenance reasons I'd like to avoid other 3rd party systems.

Hi,We need to collect longer testimonials (round one A4) from hundreds of clients during a year, process them (re-write and polish before publishing) and have the clients approve the edits.Ideally I would just create fields for this in Airtable (draft -> approve button -> final -> published), but to my understanding Airtable doesn't allow free user to edit anything sent out form the base. And forms are made to be one-to-many, not enabling a form per client to be sent out, non?We use Google Sheets so I somehow vaguely think this should be doable with some creative Sheets integrations, but I can't envision it concretely.Anybody out there who could see this clearly, what would be the elegant and robust way to do it?BjörnPS. Hi. I'm new to airtable, but I have a background as an ERP developer. I'm doing baby steps on my application to see if I can get airtable to help me manage a member-run makerspace. Currently I do it with excel and google forms. Hopefully this is something easy to do with an automation, but I'm very green at present.I have google sheet that gets filled in each time a person fills out a google form, including their photo that is stored as a url to a google doc folder.  When I import the data from this google sheet, I can assign it as a url, but is there a way with an automation to take the URL and add it to the record as an attachment?  The end result is that I want to be able to send out a form to the board members to approve, along with the photo of the applicant, if they submit one. Currently I can do this in google forms, notifying the board via an email, but this is the first step of converting our system to airtable.Thanks in advance.Jeff

Hi,Being European but from Nordics, I want to have our dates as d.m.yyyy. This is not a built-in format in Airtable. I have therefore used DATETIME_FORMAT(SET_TIMEZONE(date, 'Finland/Helsinki'), 'D.M.YYYY') in some places where user friendliness is more important than elsewhere.The problem is, dates formatted this way do not sort correctly in an interface.
