All of automations have suddenly stopped working, while they test successfully. It's not about one automation, but for every and each automation in the base. The question is, what could be causing this problem, as everything worked perfectly until now.   

Hi community,I'm struggling to understand why this whatsoever perfectly working tiny piece of script stops doing so when (seemingly) the 'start' date and the 'end' date are not in the same month.I am rather new to Airtable script editor so I couldn't find a step-by-step run mode, or a variable value watcher, but it seems that the 'days' variable is not computed correctly when 'start' and 'end' belong to a different month (for instance, 2024-07-15 and 2024-08-07 - however works perfectly with 2024-07-15 and 2024-07-31, and then 2024-08-01 and 2024-08-07)... leading to not entering the 'for' loop at all.Any clue anyone? Hi! I'm new to Airtable and I'm trying to create a dynamic data base. The goal here is to have a table with Clients info and then other tables that relate to the Clients info table. Let me explain it further: I have a table called Clients info but then I also have other tables such as Spaces (which offices they are renting and other information about these offices), Communication (social media profiles, presentations and others). I want for each record on the tables Spaces and Communication be related to the Client Info table records.How can I do that?Thanks!  

I am trying to extract the first 6 digits from a rollup so that the main column is automatically filled with the resulting ID, but when I use this formula, I get #ERROR in the fields.

Dear All,Newbie here! To simplify our current workspace, we would like to duplicate our main base (let's call it A) and delete any entries in the duplicated version (B) with a deadline after June 2023. B will be used as archive for our past work.Then we would like to run an automation in A to remove any content with the deadline set till June 2023 (so we are only using what is for use " current content")This is a one-time automation; we do not need it to run multiple times. I have what I suspect is an array issue with Airtable's back-end, but it's preventing me from filtering on the front end, so I would love some help.I have 3 tables: Books, Products, and Authors. A book might have multiple authors, and each author may or may not have a bio. I have made a roll-up in the books table for author bios with this formula: IF(values, ARRAYJOIN(values, "\n\n"), BLANK())I have also tried it with just the ARRAYJOIN, and no if statement.I then have a 1-to-1 relationship between Books and Products. In the Products table, I have a look-up of the roll-up of the bios in the Books table. Here's the issue: when a title has multiple authors, but none of them has a bio, the roll-up should obviously return blank. The look-up in the products table should return blank. But when I filter products by having the look-up be blank, the record in question won't show up. I tried filtering by newlines, whitespace, anything I could think of, but I can't find how AT

Hi there!I need to send calendar invites by email automation to people I book for events. I'm using Make to create the calendar invite and upload it as a file in Airtable.Then, I'm using automations to send the .ics file as an email attachment to people I book for my events. They can then download it from their email and it creates a calendar invite for them. Everything seem to work just fine when I test things.However, I have two types of emails to send via automations : Initial invitation when I'm booking someone to an event :Triggered when the entry matches conditionsSends email with .ics attachmentThis one doesn't work and the error is 'An attachment url is disallowed' Updates (for when something changes such as the event duration) : Triggered when the entry is updatedSends emails with .ics attachmentWorks fine! Any idea why my initial email won't send? My guess is that it's because the trigger is too fast and the file hasn't completely uploaded to Airtable

Hello!I have a formula field set to format as a percent in the table. That field is then part of a linked record lookup field in a table that will trigger automation to send emails. I want to share that percentage in the email. I am working on a database for a daycare. I have a table called Time Sheets with fields Arrival (date), Departure (date) and Duration (duration). (There are other fields in this table to link to each child.)I have a second table called Meals with fields Name, Start Time and End Time (currently they are all single line text). This table has 4 records:Breakfast, 7:30am, 8:35amMorning Snack, 10:30am, 11:00amLunch, 12:15pm, 12:45pmAfternoon Snack, 4:00pm, 4:30pmI want to determine if a child qualifies for each meal based on when they arrived and departed. If the child is present when each meal is served, they qualify. What is the best way to do this? We have formulas to check character counts and they're returning with "over character count" for long text that is actually not over character count because they're adding characters for line breaks. Is there a way to adjust the formula to not include line breaks as a character?For example, this would return 338:Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Hey all, I have a table which is a  synced report from Salesforce that shows me opportunities coming up for renewal. I also created a different table with the same fields but is populated from the Salesforce report "SFDC Renewals Report" via automation: When condition is met (opportunity ID is not empty) - then create record in the second table "AE<>RAE Worksheet". My issue is that we moved accounts around in Salesforce and now some accounts have a different Renewal Account Executive or Sales Person. I cannot figure out how to automate the update of that Renewal Account Executive field in the "AE<>RAE Worksheet" to match the one in the synced salesforce report.  Any help is greatly appreciated

Greetings Airtable CommunityI have a long text field with RTF formatting enabled. The text includes links to web pages, emails, and phone numbers. The web links are working perfectly, as are the email links (using mailto:)—but the phone numbers are not working.When formatting the phone numbers, I did the following:1) Highlighted the phone number2) Clicked on the link icon3) Entered tel: and the number (+3606500000)But when I click on the link, I see that the system has inserted 'http://' in front of tel: and this takes me to a "can't open the page" error instead of initiating a phone call. I have tried to sign up several times for Academy to get some training and understanding of Airtable. Whether I try to sign in at top of page or register for a course I get the message "Sorry you do not have access to this page".  Any other training courses for Airtable that you would suggest?  thank you

Hiya!I'm trying to implement parts of Airtable's Project Management Template into a Project Management system for my organization. In the Getting Started section, it describes the "My Tasks" page as "a summary of the current user's work". I love that my team members will be able to quickly go to that page and see a summary detail of their current tasks. However - I can't figure out how to "auto-filter" the page.In the template it's set up as a page/group filter: Where {Assignee} contains "Malik Johnson". I know this is just an example filter in the template, but if I were to type a specific name in that filter, it would only show that person's tasks, regardless of which person is on the My Tasks page. Am I missing something? Is there a way to set up the filter as "assignee matches current user"?

Hello! In my Inventory Tracking table, I want to name each item as: #Order Date-Product-Supplier. Everything looks good in my form when I'm entering the info, with the date format as expected, but then in my "Name" function field, timezone is included as "T00:00:00.000Z" I've tried reformatting the date field, deleting and re-adding, hiding it - nothing works to remove this extraneous info... any ideas? HelloI would like to know if it is possible to build an automation --> if Column B (Actual timeframe) changes and does not match with Column A (Initial timeframe), then the Column C (On time?) would change to YES or NO (single select option YES/NO)? I'm new and have watched a lot of excellent tutorials that seems to indicate that I should be able to do what I want, but I wanted to ask the user-base to confirm, and perhaps to add any "to do that, do this" comments. I have a cell containing multiple dates.I want to have a column retrieving the most recent date from this cell.Which formula can I use? Tried with Max, or even last time modified but didn't do the trick...

I have uploaded images as attachments to about 250 records in a base. Each one uploads without issue and I’m able to see the preview in grid view and the full image in gallery view. I checked each attachment as it was uploaded. The problem is after the fact: now, about 25% of them are coming up as empty jpg icons in both views. When I attempt to open the image within an individual record, the same thing happens - a white box with the jpg icon and the file name. Any insight? I’ve tried refreshing the base, but to no avail…
