Hello!I am currently working on a form and want the ability for individuals to make multiple selections and get specific emails depending on their responses. For instance, we have 3 trainings with their own Zoom calendar invite that individuals can select on the form. Lets say Jane picks Training 1 and Training 3. We have an automation to send Jane an email that contains a Zoom calendar invite for Training 1 but want an automation that will also send her Training 2 in the same email. Is that a possible automation? Or is there a different way to do this? My organization currently cannot connect Zoom to our Airtable so that isn’t a potential solution unfortunately.  Please let me know your thoughts or if you need clarification on anything!

Hi everyone — hoping for some guidance on best practices in Airtable.I have a table with a column that represents a numbered list (1–100). The order matters. When I insert a new record after, say, item #51, I’d like all rows below it to automatically renumber, so the list becomes 1–101 without manually updating each value.In other words: Current state: rows are numbered sequentially Action: insert a new row in the middle Desired result: all following rows shift +1 automatically I’m trying to understand: Whether this can be done natively (formulas, views, sorting, etc.) Or if it requires automations or scripting And what the recommended pattern is for maintaining ordered lists like this in Airtable I’m open to restructu

I have an automation that sends students an email thanking them for being a part of a short-term trip with the school and I was wondering if Airtable or an extension that I do not know of, could track the engagement of the student on if they opened the email, or if they clicked on a link, etc. I want to make sure that the email is the most optimized to get the most survey responses possible!

Hello,I'm building a new business (creating adult study abroad programs, targeted at the US market) and using Airtable for product management and CRM. I had initially planned to use Mailchimp, via a Make integration, for both marketing and transactional emails, but I have hit a wall importing my initial contact list from Airtable into Mailchimp. I am not a developer and Mailchimp support has been confoundingly bad (2 weeks of effective radio silence, then 3 days of denying that their platform integrates with Make), so Mailchimp and I are going to have to part ways.I am looking for recommendations for a marketing email platform that I can integrate with Airtable - either directly or via Make - without needing to code. Does this exist? I have read on other posts here that Sendgrid integrates directly...but I don't know if this is the best solution. Hi! I need some help, we have a team of people who are linking their gmail accounts so we can send email automations through their personal gmail accounts. I have the automations set up and each team member is going in to link their accounts. Four of the team members were successful, but two people are having issues.The drop down to add their account is not available (greyed out so they can’t click it and add their account). Any ideas on what is going on and how to fix it?

Is this possible? I have multiple views which I use, but not all information needs to be displayed when I add a record through a linked record. Right now, it seems whatever view is at the top of the list in a table is the one that shows up when a linked record is used.

I genuinely for the life of me cannot create a second interface. im on a teams plan thats set to expire in a few months so i did downgrade but should still have benefits from it.I have a table with 23 rows that I want to give to clients. the link and everything works great and they can take all the actions required.Where I’m having issues is when I try to create a second interface, I click new interface and it just adds it as a page. I genuinely do not see a way to create a second interface.I even go back to “data” then back to “interfaces” and it just puts me back into edit mode for the first interface.Genuinely losing my mind

I’m looking for an extension that would allow me to receive SMS to a specific number, and have that populate field (or Create Record) in a base. Reading up on Twilio and Whippy and some others, and it looks like there are plenty of options for sending SMS, but can’t find anything there about receiving one. Any insights on what’s available or maybe I missed something with the capability of those tools.

Hello Community.I want to create a form where the user is inputting an on-call schedule. They will add a technician’s name and the dates he is covering, then if they have another technician, then they add the next technician’s name and dates he is covering.Since Airtable Forms does NOT support “Add another” button in the same form. I need a work around for a form that would have repeatable sections.An internet search told me I need two linked forms – but I can’t find anything to help me do thatThis is what I have. I created a schedule but when I share the public link I want any user if they click the location it the address comes up. If they click a person their email and phone number come up. There is other information connected to each person so I don’t want everything to be shown just those fields. It works correctly for me when I’m in the edit screen of the interface but when use the public link I get a message that says “Record details are not available.” The fields of these areas are all “Link To”. Any help you can give would be great. I have gone into the User Actions, toggled it on and clicked into the details. The permissions are View Only and list the areas with the information I need. If anyone has any ideas let please let me know. Thank you! 

I try to use lookup tables to reduce duplication of data entry in linked tables. Here is a common scenario and I am trying to solve this. If the lookup value in a table is itself a record, can I do a lookup of that record? So basically, a lookup of a lookup?It seems that I cannot. But it would be super helpful. Or if anyone has a hacky way to solve this, I’m open to it.  Here is table Data, which has its own lookup field from ‘Activity’ to Table Experiment  Then in table ‘Analysis’ I do a lookup of Experiment from linked record to Data, which AT automatically called Experiment (from Activity)(from Data)

I have a table (Invoices: House) that uses a sequential Invoice # entered in a field type: Number. I am currently entering each one manually as I create a new invoice record in the table. Hi -I need to collect data on the number of projects per month that change from “potential” to “launched”. We currently have this field set up as a single select drop down that we manually update once the project status changes. I am assuming in order to track this I will need to add a time stamp or something to the changes being made? Or can an automation do this? We need to track over the entire year the total number of product status changes, but I am unsure how to collect this info. Maybe a monthly report that gets emailed to me showing the changes that I can then tally?Appreciate any help/ideas! Thank you!

I'm trying to reorder the fields in one of my tables so that when viewing them via a linked record, they are organised in relation to how we use them.It's my understanding that to do this, you need to reorder the fields via the first view that was created in that table. I guess that view is essential the 'master view' in that table.I've been successful at doing this for several tables already, but only by coincidence. Upon deleting some views in the other tables, a view that was only accessible by another user would appear in the view list. I was able to select the view to see the content but couldn't make any changes as it was locked to that user. I reached out to them and they changed it to a collaborative view, where I then reordered the fields and they showed correctly when looking at the linked record from another table. I've tried doing that on the table where I'd like to reorder the fields, but no extra views are showing up. I'm thinking that

A personal project I am working on is to create a curated list of job roles scraped from the likes of LinkedIn and other places. Specifically, Product Operations (I will say for anyone reading - this is NOT for me, but to support my community who are looking for roles). I am using my Samsung S22 Ultra running One UI version 8.0, android version 16 software. Hardware version REV1.0 Airtable app was last updated dec 3 version 6.40.0 I am taking pictures with my mobile device directly through the attachments field in each record.  I have tried using my mobile connection and Wi-Fi connection to see if one is better than the other, but the same issue happens regardless of my connection. logging out of the app, restarting the phone, uninstall and reinstall, tried all of that! I even tried all of those things in a row but still no success. I am able to take one picture after a phone restart, but that is not guaranteed each time.  I am able to upload images from my own photo gallery on my mobile device one at a time. Also able to upload several images at a time by pc on a web browser. neither of these options is time efficient for me at all and I have had to completely change my already delicately tim

I’m trying to automate period assignment in Airtable and want to check whether I’m missing something or if this just isn’t possible without scripting.I have a Periods table where each record has a Start Date and End Date for a 13-period fiscal year. In other tables like Orders, Packaging, and Transfers, each record has a single Date. What I want is for a record to automatically link to the correct Period when it’s created or when its Date is updated, based on whether that Date falls between the Period’s Start Date and End Date.I haven’t been able to find a native way to do this. Automations don’t seem to allow comparing one date field to another date field, Find records can’t evaluate date ranges using the triggering record’s Date, and rollups and filters don’t allow referencing parent record fields. Because of that, the only options I can see are manually selecting the Period or using a script.Has anyone in the community has found a native way to automate date

I’m wanting to automate posting of Slack messages using the Block framework, to simply have a nice  URL button, but when I submit even example code pulled from Slack’s API docs, the code simply posts as text, the blocking doesn’t seem to apply.What am I missing? Is there something either in Airtable or Slack to turn Blocks on? 

Very new to the platform and I’m getting a little tired of my AI support running me around in endless loops…I am trying to build a table that extracts a number of metrics out of my data through a series of rollups.  I would like this metrics table to auto-populate based on the name field, so that each individual in my database has their metrics pulled in. Right now my trigger is When a record matches the conditions-->Name is not empty;then a Find Records step aimed at my database table, based on the condition Where Name is exactly Name--->make a new list of… ID;and last is an Update record step aimed at my Metrics table Airtable record ID, using the field Shifts (linked) - which is a field in the metrics table that is linked to the data. However I’m not sure what choice to make in the Choose record(s) to link to, which is set to dynamic, in order to automatically find all the entries for that name i
