Hi Community!I’m attempting to create a webhook and attach some additional info for all he POST requests that are to be made for the specified notification url.I want to call my notification url and specify some parameters there.AFAIK its not possible to use url query parameters there and specify them while creating a webhook.Are there other options? Like custom http headers or so?  Thank you

I have a few solutions on another platform that allow free users to vote on records.  Is this possible in Airtable?  I’m willing to pay for myself and my team, but asking people who will only use the solutions once or twice a year to vote is a non-starter.

Hi- I’m trying to use Airtable to automatically fill fields in a document based on the Airtable fields. I found the perfect app that does just this, however there are NO videos from others or discussion on this. I’ve been testing this app, and it works great! Except for a date field. It seems there is a bug in the app as no matter what, if I make the Date field a text field, a single select, a linked, no matter what it just won’t pick it up. I did email the developer but wondering if anyone else has had luck with this. I do not prefer to use Zapier or a 3rd party app. I do see the option for an automation but struggling with that as well. So far this seems to be the best option if only I could figure out this date issue. Hello! I am trying to create a PDF-generating script using Scripting extension. When I run a script, I get an error message, "Can't set cell values: Field 'XXXX' is computed and cannot be set." Any idea how I can fix it?

CONTEXT: I am a Film and TV Producer (on a Pro (Legacy Team) account) with PEOPLE, COMPANIES and INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY bases that I sync (i.e. “push out”) as relevant to seed specific FREE client/project bases so a handful of (<5) different team members (respectively) can update content specific to their projects.EXAMPLE: I maintain box office data on movies, track streaming, broadcast and cable series ratings, statuses and talent (ShowRunners, Actors, Writers, Directors, etc.), actors’ bankability stats, everyone’s credits linked to their IP, who’s moved company-to-company in the relentless musical chairs and vertically integrated morphing and consolidating - it’s A LOT to track! LOL! :-)If I’ve done the deep dive of complicated music licensing research on a specific song - or have an actor’s whole suite of (also constantly evolving) reps’ contact info, I don’t want to have to keep manually updating that across a ton of different project bases. I USE

In Airtable, the default color assignments for status fields need to be customized. The desired configuration is as follows: On Track → Green, At Risk → Red, Off Track → Light Red, and Resolved → Blue. These color mappings should also be consistently applied to all related charts and graphs.

We are a nonprofit that does contracted training, and I have set up a base to track the workflow from initial inquiry to completed training (with # of participants, etc.). Still struggling to get usage, but hopefully with some recent tweaks to interfaces, that will improve. I’m adding some automations to speed up the process and get more consistency- i.e. having a proposal auto-generate from the data entered, and then when final to have it auto-generate a contract. I’m using Fillout.com to gather the official info (oftentimes the contracting entity and signer are different than the person we’re working with directly), and then plan to use Docsautomator.io to generate the contract.  My question is… from a “safety” standpoint, i.e. not losing essential data, do you see any difference between saving the contracts in a Google drive and using a URL field to store the link, or using an attachment field type and “inserting” the document?  I do have

Hi everyoneI'm wanting to share my Base with a new employee who's role is head of marketing.I dont want them to be able to see financials etc so only want them limited to tables relating to their role. Currently we have all our tables relating to our business in one Base.Ideally they would be able to edit the AT base backend as some things are easier that way than setting up interfaces (e.g. uploading bulk new leads) and also they can set the base up how it works for them doing their role.Is it best to create a new Base and sync it or a seperate base without 2way sync?I'm currently on the Team plan that is level down from Business plan that allows two way sync. ​@ScottWorld ​@TheTimeSavingCo ​@Mike_AutomaticN ​@MloganAirtable Appreciate any ideas from you guy

Create a Year View in Airtable’s calendar. I do not care that others have suggested the same. I do not care what the responses have been. I will continue to create discussions to request the feature until you do. Do not reply, it won’t be read.

Curious to know if this is happening to anyone else? My invoice just skyrocketed because of AirTable switching my portal editors to editors without my doing. Very frustrated.

At high level, it tracks: Funds: Background, stage/sector preferences, cheque sizes, ability to price rounds Fund partners: Designation, email, LinkedIn, location Interactions: My meetings with investors + detailed minutes Introductions: Which funds we intro’d to which companies + post-intro feedback The Interactions table contains rich meeting minutes where investors share views on many of our companies. It’s extremely valuable but subjective, so impossible

Hello Airtable users,Did I miss something? Up until now, the button that allowed deleting a record was located in the dropdown menu. However, it doesn’t seem to work there anymore. It only triggers if I remove it from the dropdown and place it directly on the main page.

Hello All, I’m looking to see what my options are to create and download a csv file generated from a base, but with a very specific format. Right now I have a script that loads records from the base, creates a stringified csv document, and then saves that string into a multiline text cell in a different table. The issue is that in order to use that text, I have to copy and paste the contents of the cell into a text document, save as a csv, then open in Excel. Does anyone know of a way I could directly trigger a download of the csv, or even save it as a downloadable attachment in cell instead? Thanks!

Hello,  At the moment we have our planning tool in google sheet - per name / per day / what to do (fixed sessions per week) I want to add the planning to my airtable base (which i have done now) BUT:at the moment i have per day - per person - per week But if i have to change the date every week - it will be a task extra How can I do this so that I have a planning for weeks/ maybe months etc..

HiIs anyone encountering intermittent issues with the API.Sometimes it take 2 min to get data, at time a few seconds?

I would like to build a field agent(s) that extract data from an attachment uploaded to one field, and the enters the extracted data into corresponding fields in the same record. Example: .jpg or .pdf contains a customer’s name, DOB, email, etc. I would like for the field agent to then extract the data from the attachment and enter it into similarly titled fields, i.e. name, DOB, email, etc. Is this possible? Any insight/instructions? Thank you! 

Hello the Community !I received a message informing me that I needed to upgrade my Airtable access. I assumed this was because I had reached one year of usage, so I proceeded with the payment of the requested USD 240.However, after logging into my account, all my databases disappeared. I can no longer access any of my bases, and I would like to know how I can recover them or regain access.Last year, I paid for Airtable with my personal email/account, and this year I made the payment using my professional email/account.
