Hi! Trying to figure out how to make a field that turns these times into a 24hr format. I’ve tried 2 different time formats examples (01:00 PM - 7:30 PM) as well as (3-8 PM). I’m have a hard time figuring out a formula that will display that in a 24hr format? Any ideas? 

This one is a little convoluted and I can’t figure out where I’ve gone wrong. I have three tables - course list, participant list, and course completion status. I set up an automation so that when a participant is added to the linked field in course list, or a course is added to the linked field in the participants table, it creates a record in course completion with that information.What is happening is that the new record will do one of three things: it will link to the correct record in the course list, it will link to a different record in the course list, or it will create a new record in the course list. I’m trying to convert an Access database we use to track event and participant data to Airtable so that we can get away from Access and all of its downsides. What we have has always seemed pretty simple and straightforward, but I’m really struggling to create a similar situation in Airtable that isn’t so time consuming. What I have is two tables connected by a join table: Events is where I create records for each new event we host, with a unique number as the identifier, as it’s possible to have multiple events on the same day. Participants is where I create records for each new attendee who participates, and the unique identifier is their username. We have new events about every week, and new attendees is unpredictable. We are a not for profit organization involved in promoting a fascinating Indian Sport called Mallakhamb.We use a combination of Airtable for data storage and sharing and fillout forms connected to Airtable base for  use by public for signups.I would like to understand the contribution of each part of Airtable - data, calculations, automations, shared views and fillout forms , towards the Public API usage. 

Hi Community, I would like to know if a status change in a chart can trigger an email automation flow in another program like Klaviyo? Basically, if we generate leads from a fair and add them to our airtable and move their status to “email recipient”, can a specific email flow “fair visitors” be started? I am new to Airtable and was unable to solve my question via YT-videos, so I´m hoping that you guys can help me out. Thanks!!

Hello! When I share my forms link, even though nothing is checked to restrict access, it is requiring everyone to sign-in to Airtable? I use to be able to send the forms link and it sent the form, now it is requiring folks to sign-in. Any fix for this?

Hello! I’m trying to create an automation that allows me to add someone to a collaborator field without replacing any data that is already in the field. Is this possible? That is, if 3 people are already in the collaborator field and I want to add a fourth via an automation, can the fourth be added without removing the other 3 that are already in the field?

Hi, all! We’re using Airtable to intake scheduling for content, and have an automation that builds a secondary record for later content updates based on information provided in the intake form.As a second step in that automation, I’m trying to send a note to a Teams channel to confirm the automation has run and alert our team that there’s a new task scheduled on the update date .. but every time I test the automation, the update date generates blank in the preview and comes through blank in the Teams message as well, even though the field itself is populated in the original record (that’s one of the conditions).Is there anything I could be doing wrong, or is this just a quirk that will be worked out at some point?

 I’ve been building an Airtable app for my team (about 10 people) at a foundation. We make a lot of grants across different programs, and I’ve been trying to create a central hub for all of our work. So much of what we do overlaps that it just made sense to keep everything in one app rather than splitting it up.Right now I’ve got about 15 tables:  organizations, projects, tasks, budgets, inquiries (from email), notes, annual budgets, program budgets, etc. It’s a big base, but I’ve built separate interfaces for each program, so even though the back end is large, the front end feels really clean.Some folks on my team have suggested that each program should have its own app, with a master one where everything rolls up. I’m not sure that’s the best approach. it feels like it would add more work and complexity.Curious what others think.  has anyone else gone through this decision? Hi everyone,I’m trying to create a line chart in Interface Designer that shows interest rates over time. My table structure is simple: Date (date field) Rate (percentage field) Type (single select) In the chart settings: I use Date for the X-axis, Rate for the Y-axis, And I apply a filter so that only records with a certain value in the Type field appear. However, I noticed that Airtable automatically applies an aggregation (e.g., average, sum, etc.) to the Y-axis values, and I can’t find a way to set it to “none.”Since each date in my table corresponds to exactly one record (no duplicates), I’d like the chart to simply plot the rate as-is, without aggregation.Is there a way to disable aggregation or ma

Hello I thought this would be simple to figure out but somehow its not working for me.I have 4 tables.  They are all linked together.  Each field in everyone of these 4 tables has a common Dept Code (this is their link to each other).  Also in each of these fields is a field Associated Program.  At times we may need to edit the data in the Associated Program field.  If we do this I would like that update to appear in all the other tables as well.  I thought if I linked them this would be the case.  But they are linked on the dept code?  How can I create something that would update this other field in each of these tables.   Thank you, hope this makes sense.

Hi, I needed help with airtable, specifically on the fields of our content calendar. We have this added field that says “Updated Verbiage” and this is where we usually attach the Updated Document. We were able to use that before but recently and these past few weeks, we had a hard time using it because the field is not working. We cannot click the field and add the updated document. Has anyone experienced the same dilemma and how were you able to fixed it? 

Just posting this to check if there is some kind of systemic issue happening, or if this s***storm is unique to my Org. Airtable status says fully operational but something is definitely wrong.My Organization has several bases that are currently experiencing a complete collapse in their functionality. At the moment, we have 4 bases that cannot be accessed reliably, and 2 of these can’t be accessed at all. The bases can’t be loaded by any user, on any device, on any network. I understand there is an Admin panel available on the Business and Enterprise plans that looks like a one-stop-shop for organizing user settings/permissions, but that this is not available on the Teams plan. Isn’t there a way on the Teams plan to see all users in one place to see what they have permission to and at what level with the ability to edit the settings right there? Currently it seems like a disorganized mess as I have to go to each element to see who has what and frankly that’s not very clear. An Admin panel seems like database 101 and should be available to all paid plans. Am I missing the boat here? Hi there, I’ve been using Airtable for a while and using Pre-filled form for about 3 years now, but I’m having issue recently with some pre-filled form with linked records. I have 4 pre-filled linked record in this form : https://airtable.com/app3VaYZ9KK6HEimn/pag88B7PDY9L5izzt/form?prefill_Session=70&prefill_Formateur=Camille+Rabineau&prefill_Entreprise=Founders+PledgeAnd only 3 show up and the last one doesn’t. I am using airtable to push emails out via my gmail. However gmail says they’re bouncing back but airtable doesn’t seem to track those emails that have bounced in gmail. I want to be able to change the status to “Bounced” and then automate to use another email i have in the airtable.  

I know it ha been discussed MANY times, and I even clicked on the “contact developers” to submit a question/suggestion to see if they ever think this will fully integrate with Airtable…. aka upload the PDF upon a trigger via automations, or just a column that IS the page designer. Can anyone at Airtable make this happen? It seems that Airtable is the developer, and with all the chatter here, this one small thing would make a huge difference to so many. Currently the only options are to use external PDF creation tools, which is beyond frustrating when you’ve created the perfect PDF page and all you need to do is link it to the column. The fact that someone can’t even click a link to view the PDF, ugh. Anyway, maybe if enough people “like” this, it can get to the Developer and they can actually follow though. With all the AI and automation of today, I know this is possible! Please help us get there.

I setup Power BI Parameters successfully but received the error code in the Query. I suspected that it may be the M Code so I followed a link to a GitHub resource for alternate code."If the above script seems to be causing an error, then please refer to this GitHub resource, as the code may have changed.

Does anybody know if it’s possible to copy a Page Designer layout to another base? They are so fiddly & time consuming to set up that this would be extremely welcome.
