Hey all,Looking to be able to:Upload PDF in an attachment field in Airtable.Click on a button in Airtable which:Properly tags the document with signature/initial fields in Docusign.Sends to two recipients (names and emails of which are in that record in Airtable)Once signed by all parties, the completed PDF automatically appears in an attachment field in Airtable.I want to be guided how to do it so I can learn how to do as well.Let me know if you're interested!

It dynamically generates an ERD from the base you specify, and also allows you to pass in your schema into Google Gemini for analysis. We need a case management system for filing and processing eviction lawsuits. Need a customer portal for new and current clients, form or link for intake questions, ability for customer to submit the info, and upload documents, ability for staff to use a form attached to the table record to put in more info, ability to communicate status with client in portal, send status emails to client, mailmerging of info by staff to create basic court documents, bills. Current legal case management systems have way more than we want or need and operate using “matters” rather than a database. We like to bulk prepare/merge documents on certain dates for multiple eviction cases. Currently all is done using a legacy database with manual staff inputting of data we receive from a Jotform type submission on our site where clients must put in contact info each time. We have no connection from our Jotform type webform to our database and no portal for new clients to register or current ones to log in.

Hi, I’m looking for an Airtable Consultant to help with a project ideally based in the US. We are currently using Airtable, Softr, Make, Google Maps API, and Stripe so it’s essential that you have experience with all of these tools.  This would be a short project to help us to stand up a product. The Roadmap Interface is fantastic.  It’s powerful to be able to drag records around the grid.  It would be also helpful if records could be dragged to another tab (and corresponding fields would so changed).

DocuPotion is a paid third party tool (although you do get a free trial).

Hello there!There's been a lot of talk about AI agent and MCP servers lately.  I decided to cut through the buzz and figure out what if it can do something useful for my work with Airtable. I decided to spend a weekend researching this and honestly got frustrated with how not user friendly it all was. Make introduced MCP servers - but it was not very useful. Zapier was pretty good, but did not have ability to create tables and fields.There were 2 code projects for Airtable MCP servers (project 1, project 2). I can code but most of my clients or my channel viewers at first mention of installing coding environment locally will just check out. After some more digging I found a way how to set up remote MCP server that can be connected to a chat client (with Claude.ai being the most user friendly now) .
