Hello, I don’t have a code and asking for an advice on How to do an action script that change the formula today() inside the column for I am doing a schedule weekly report in the data fetcher app and need to fetch the current date. Is it possible?

I just found the vega-lite block today and am trying to get a stacked bar graph using 2 fields. I stumbled onto the fold example (Fold | Vega-Lite) and was able to convert it to stacked instead of columns… and it looks like exactly what I want inside the vega-lite editor. But inside airtable, it seems that it doesn’t like the return “key” and “value” from the fold command. I’m designing a CRM using a series of Airtable Automations when I change the status of a record in company table (or contact table) to “in progress” (a single select field) a new record in the Opportunity table gets created. This is working fine. my problem is that I can’t figure out to do it in reverse: so when the opportunity resolves as “sale” or “no sale” I want the single select fields in the Company/Contact tables to automatically update accordingly (“sale” → “client” / “no sale” - > “not a client”) I first create a “when a record matches conditions” trigger (when stage is “no sale”) I then go on to create an “Update Record” Action but then I can’t find the correct fields. I chose the table where the action should happen but when I hit the “plus” sign I am shown fields in a different table.

Hi everyone, My goal here is to allow my master inventory list to have a dynamic price based on the most recent purchased price of an item. So if an item cost $10.00 in August, but costs $15.00 in September, my inventory will initially show a cost of $10.00, and when the September-priced item is purchased it will update to $15.00 I could get this done with an Automation but i’m looking for a cleaner way to do it without having to add formula columns and update their results to a text field in order to use the Find Records functionality of Automations I’m using a Rollup field to pull the most recent Linked Record by using the MAX(Values) condition shown below: This allows me to grab the most recent record in my purchasing table that’s linked to the inventory item. Ok, I am working on a project and have been staring at my formula for quite a while now. Hoping somebody can help me out! Essentially, I would like to combine several fields into one, but include certain fields only when they are filled. Hi! This is my table: https://airtable.com/shr0FiM4g1quNwnpG. It’s a table of our customers’ active licenses. Each license continue to be active until the customer calls us and terminates it. Then we remove the record from the table. Start day = The date the customer signed the license. Notice period (days) = The amount of days in which the customer need to terminate it’s license in advance. Otherwise the license is continued for another Agreement period. Agreement period (months) = The amount of months the customer is tied to it’s license. Tied until = The date the customer is tied to it’s license, I.e. Start day + Agreement period (months). The problem: I want the last field, Current possible termination date, to calculate a future date, that is the last day the customer is allowed to terminate it’s license. This date should be dynamic and based on today’s date and the criteria in the other fields. I’ve included some examples to show how it’s supposed to be calculated. Please let me

Hi everyone, I want to use Airtable to make shopping order for a store. I have 4 tables: List of products (Airtable - Grid view) Supplier list Price list: for each product, I indicate the price at each supplier (Airtable - Grid view) Purchase order Airtable - Grid view The problem is on this last table. I indicate the product I want, the supplier, and I would like to have a column that searches for the price of this product, for this supplier, in the price table. Is there a way for a formula to appear only on certain conditions? For example, I have the following situation: I have a # field and a date field I’d like to create a formula that auto calculates three-weeks out from my date field ONLY when the # field is not empty Here is the formula that I currently have: DATETIME_FORMAT(DATEADD({Clinic Date}, 3, ‘week’),“MM-DD-YYYY”) Is there a way to set up that additional condition so I don’t further clutter up my database? Hello! I want to have a Formula as the Secondary Field. Now the Formula is: CONCATENATE(“PR-”,Autonumber,"/",YEAR(TODAY())) The “Autonumber” is a Field as Autonumber. How can I achieve, that the “Autonumber” in the CONCATENATE is always 4 digits long, independent of it’s length. Besides that I want only the two second digits of the year. I have a list of people and their dates of birth. I’d like to know if that birthday falls in the current month. Right now, I have a column, the formula of which is IS_SAME({55th Birthday},TODAY()), which indicates if that birthday is today, but I’d like to see everyone in the list who turns 55 in the present month. So, in September, the September 55th birthdays are indicated; in October, the October 55th birthdays will be flagged; and so forth.

I need to change this formula to ignore weekends. It is successfully calculating the next day a task should take place on based on frequency, but that frequency should add 1 or 2 days if it is on a Sunday or Saturday. Anyone know how to change my formula to account for this? Hi there! Trying to create a formula that pulls various hourly rate information from another table and calculates the hours x hourly rates into a grand total field. Additionally, rates vary depending on the employee selected, so once a name is selected, the formula will pull their respective rates from the other table and start the calculation. I believe this may require a roll up field as well, but not sure where that falls in the flow. Here’s a screen shot of the other table with various $$$ rates Here’s my main timesheet table where you’ll see a number of hour totals (Reg., OT, and 2xOT). Again, once I choose a name (People) I want to calculate those totals with their respective rates in the Total Compensation field. Really stuck on this one! Thanks!

I have a button/script that I want to be a toggle the value in a single select field. If the value is blank, I want to e button to mark it “Absent”; if the value is “Absent”, I want the button/script to make the cell blank. In Airtable Scripting, I see how to delete choices, but I don’t think I want to delete the choice, just the value. (I am trying to avoid having a second option of “Present”, as I know my users will assume they have to mark all clear cells as “Present”.) Hey all, I’d love a hand with a formula if anyone knows this? I’d like to find what % a number is of another number, if that makes sense… So for example… If I have $500 in an investment account, and that investment is currently sitting at $750, what’s the formula to show the % increase (which equals to 50%)? The formula would of course show the opposite of -50% if the investment fell to $250. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks! Christopher
