Hi!Two formula questions - I have (4) different date fields with timestamps and need to identify the latest date across the four fields. When doing a Max value, it does not bring in the timestamp or makes it 12:00a as a standard. I also have (2) date fields that I need to calculate the datediff in hours and leaving the field blank if the second date field is empty instead of the NaN.Please help! When mapping a WordPress CF7 with airtable, Airtable allows Contact Form 7 to write into the field Email if it's an "Email" field-type, but not if i convert it to a linked table.I would like that the field "Email" inside of the table Messages links to a table named Email, where Email is the PK. Like this we'll be able to see all related messages.Unfortunately CF7 outputs an error with this setup. Is it there a workaround? Or should be build an airtable automation that reads the contact form user input that goes into the (unlinked) Email field and updates another field named LinkedEmail?So, either CF7 links messages to the Emails table, or we will have to auto-link using an automation.What's your opinion on that?

I have a somewhat complicated formula I wish to create, and as a formula n00b, I don't know where to start. Here's the problem I'm trying to solve:1. I have a series of tags I enter into a single text field, where each tag is separated by a comma. I have two conditions to meet before I list a product with the tags, otherwise, the Make.com automation won't work, and I'll have to spend a fair amount of time deleting a partially created listing and re-editing the record in Airtable. These conditions are 1) I can't have more than 13 CSV tags in the field, and 2) I can't have any duplicate tags.2) I would like to create a formula that displays an ❌ in the formula field if the tags CSV field has more than 13 tags AND/OR duplicate tags. If both conditions are met, display a ✅.Thanks in advance to all the formula wizards out there willing to help! 

I'm trying to use the options from a single select field as an 'input' selection in my script. I'm not sure if Airtable allows this. So far I have: let selectTable = base.getTable("Courses"); let selectField = selectTable.getField('School Year'); let schoolYears = selectField.options.choices; console.log(schoolYears) Which provides Then I make an array from just the names: let yearNames = schoolYears.map(record => ({name: record.name})) console.log(yearNames) Which gives:I'd like to then use those choices as an input: let selectYear = await input.buttonsAsync('Pick a year', [yearNames]); But this gives an error that you need a string. Would this be possible to use? It seems to want a full object literal list and not a variable like this. 

Hi all--We are a publishing company and we sometimes publish the same content multiple times throughout the year. We have a field set up "Publish Date" that shows all of the dates. The problem is when I try to have these feed into our general publishing calendar view, I can either only choose between the Minimum date (the first date) or the Maximum date (the last one), I can't figure out how to show both dates on the calendar (without having it span across the entire time in between the two dates). Is there possibly a way to separate the dates into separate entries and enter them into the calendar that way? Thanks in advance!

So Im pretty new to Airtable and not sure if I am going about this the right way and wonder if someone can point me in the right direction if not. Basically I am trying to use a multi select option to calculate the Extra costs involved in a job with solar installations which I have a field named Extras. So lets just say I have an option of installing on a tile roof which costs an extra 50 which I have added using the formulas below in a separate field called Extras Total.  IF(FIND('Tile Roof', Extras),50) +IF(FIND('3 phase', Extras),200) +IF(FIND('Solar Hot Water Removal', Extras),800) +IF(FIND('Optimiser', Extras),100) +IF(FIND('Panel Removal', Extras),20)  Where I am having trouble is with panel removal and optimisers there may be more than 1 panel or optimiser so is there a way that I can add multiple amounts to these particular options. My only thought would be to add multi options for each one e.g 1 panel removal, 2 panel removal, 3 panel removal etc. But this way w

Hello! Apologies if this is already solved or discuss or I am just missing something obvious. I am trying to create a button on an interface that does the following: Run an automation that has a custom script, create a new record in a different table, and then navigate the user to different section of the Interface. I don't see any automation actions that would navigate the user. I do see that a button can be used on its own to navigate the user to a different section of the interface, but I don't see any way to combine these methods into one swift action. Is something like this possible? I use the found records automation to create my report and the date is in the correct format, her DoB is 10th JulyBut when I add this as a grid of records to the Send an Email automation, the DoB shows as 7/10/1953 i.e. 7th October.and this is what arrives in the recipient's email.

So I think on its own, the and statement should be something like:{Status} != "MoveOn"I just can't figure out where to put each piece and how to close the parentheses. Hey all! Im currently using the Project Management template airtable has provided to track our engineering projects. Id like to remain using this template as it has some functions built in to show progress of each project, and using the predefined fields they display nicely in Gantt view. This is done by linking records from the Tasks table (each record is a task).The template has a table for Projects, and a secondary table with all the Tasks.In our case, every engineering project has the exact same set of tasks, so it wouldn't make sense to keep adding redundant tasks over and over to the Tasks table in order to set up the differing deadlines. I would rather create a new table listing all the tasks for one project, and duplicate the said table and rename for other projects.  The problem with this is that in the Projects table, I can only link to records from one other table, hence the connected formula fields can only show progress of one project. Im not sure how I

I have a set of Businesses on Table A and a Form that will create a new User for Table B. I want a User to search through the Businesses using an Interface, click on a button from a specific Business record, and then be able to fill out a form that will create a new User record on Table B that is linked to a Business on Table A. (Does that makes sense?)Is there a way to do this in one step? I see where I can "Go to external URL" to launch the New User form, but is there a way to simultaneously copy the Business record information as I launch the new User form? Is there a better way to think about this?Automations make the most sense because I can only select one button Action, but is there a way to launch a Form via Automations?

Hi, I have problem that synced table missing data. I have one Master base and second base where is synced data from Master base. Today I found that one specific record missing value from Master base (not sure right now If I have more records that are missing data, because I have almost 4k records and 20+tables in Airtable Master base and many many linked to another records fields 🙄I already created a bug ticket to support but no answer so far (time difference etc)Is anyone having the same issue with linked to another record field? Hello everyone, In Germany, there is a regulation in the Occupational Health and Safety Act that states workers who work between 11 PM and 6 AM receive an additional allowance on their salary. This involves a complex formula, which even ChatGPT struggles with. Maybe there is someone here who is smarter than AI.My table includes a date field including time field named {Start} and a date field including time field named {End}. I want a formula that calculates the hours/minutes that fall within the period from 11 PM to 6 AM.Example: Max starts his shift at 8 PM and works until 4 AM. The formula should now calculate 5 hours.Can someone help me?

Hello,I have weird behavior when sending a webhook.For this project, I am working on a free airtable space. So I can't use scripts.This is a table in which I have large images. I want to reduce them (basically, go from 3-4 MB to 150 KB).I have a Make scenario which is fine except that it receives the duplicate webhook and therefore triggers twice.In Airtable, I have an automation that will copy a webhook into an attachment field to launch the webhookthe trigger: when the “Image” field is updatedthe webhook: a formula = WH Make & record ID Airtable & a timestamp of the modified las (without the timestamp, the WH is always identical and Airtable only triggers it the first time)When I modify the image, the autom airtable only fires once, but Make receives 2 webhooksAnyone have any idea why? (and a solution)

When making an Automation to email me when a form is submitted (as this apparently isn't an option built into the form anymore?) When I select the 'When a Form is submitted' Trigger Type, I can't find the form in the drop down...Any thoughts? 

I have a table in a base, but I want to move this table to a different base.  However, I am using it as a linked table in other tables' fields.   Is it possible to move this table to another base and keep the linked record information on the other tables?  Or it will break the links?Thanks in advance.

Already it has caused inconvenience to its users and I hope users will get the option to choose the interface that works best for them. One major issue is the inability to sort workspaces in the order you want, which can make it challenging to find specific workspaces quickly, especially if you have many of them. Hello All, I need help with a nested IF statement that references a formula date field. I'm not sure if this is causing my issues, but I can only get my formula to output two of the four values. Hi my org does school lessons, we have lessons, teachers (who host the lesson), and our educators (who deliver the lesson). These are spread across 3 tables, with lessons having links to an educator and one or more teachers. I want to calculate the number of unique teachers an educator has reached. So I created a rollup field on the educator that uses COUNTA(ARRAYUNIQUE(values)) on the lesson's teachers. This works great if each lesson only has one teacher. But some lessons have multiple teachers, I tried a workaround using a lookup field and then a formula using ARRAYUNIQUE but that didn't work, as apparently the array formulas are just for rollup operations. Hi all,Using Make, Airtable and an API, I built an automation that scrapes reviews of a cultural event from Google Maps. On Google, the date on which a user left a review is not given. Instead, Google provides us with a time period that matches the amount of time that elapsed since the user left his/her review (e.g. 'one year ago'). This type of data does not make it easy to sort reviews in a chronological order. Consequently, I went about transforming this type of data into dates.For this data conversion, I created intermediary fields – Time Unit Count, Time Unit Type and Search Date – that I then combine in a formula in the Date field. But I'm unsatisfied with 2 of those intermediary fields' formulas.1. Time Unit Type field: for this field, I used a series of nested IF statements because I didn't manage to use the SWITCH function properly in this use case. This gives me a long and not-very-clear formula.Would any of you guys have a more elegant solution to suggest?2. Time Unit Count

Hello! I currently am using Make to funnel in data from a webhook and then create a record in airtable. My goal currently is to be able to display Events per hour for each day of the week, I am essentially trying to recreate the table in the screenshot below:I've been playing with it for the last few days but am struggling with the best way to accomplish this. I believe one of my issues is that the "Date-Time" isn't explicitly coming from the webhook and rather just Airtables "Date" data type with the "Use current Date". Just looking for any guidance/nudges in the right direction on how I could accomplish recreating the table below. .
