I have a list of 100-200 sign-up's on a shared view (that's embedded in my website, so it "should" update), and I want to have a public user "Approve" or "Deny" each sign-up by clicking a field button (see screenshot) that would update one Select Field in the respective row. This process happens only once a year.A simple search on the AT community shows that editable shared views are incredibly popular but not possible. There have even been some creative workarounds (like this from GAP Consulting), but it's too much to ask for someone to open 100-200 forms to update one value for each row. I have a new repair business. I have two tables related to this question:One contains People, some of whom own items that they want repaired. The table includes contact info and the repairs they have submitted; the latter is a linked record field.The other contains Repairs, linking back to the item owners, providing all the details of the repair need, and indicating the current status in the repair process.I want to include a field in People showing Active Repairs, which are those that match certain statuses representing "incomplete." Hi all,I am wondering if there is a way to either create a new table or export a .csv file that would list out all of a record's linked records in columns. I have an inventory base that tracks outgoing and incoming equipment to and from specific sites. Essentially, I want to be able to export all of the linked record data so that each linked record has its own cell in a respective column. I've included screenshots below to better illustrate my specific case. Is there an automation or script that can perform these actions? I've tried to export just a single record by filtering the view, but all the linked records remain grouped in their respective cells rather than each receiving their own cell/row like I would prefer.

I am trying to build a shared database for ~30 research sites. There is a set of shared variables that all sites will track but sites also want the ability to track additional site-specific data points. Each site should get to see and edit ONLY their own records (i.e. they should not be able to see or edit any the individual records of any other sites). Each site should have access to an interface dashboard that shares summary data for the shared variables across all sites. I've tried a few different approaches, but haven't found the solution yet. I tried creating different views within the same table for each site, but I don't think that will work because I can't seem to restrict access to a view to only one site.I tried creating different tables within the same base for each site, but I don't think that will work because then I can't create a dashboard that aggregates across all sites.I think syncing may be an option, but we have the Team plan which restricts a base to 10 s

We leverage a concatenate field to be able to indicate when milestones fall during certain weeks. We are wondering if there is a way to revise the formula so that we can have the grouping be in order chronologically by year. I have supplied the formula that we have and how the grouping is appearing today below.

I’ve read a couple threads on this but didn’t see an answer. When I open a Linked Record, the fields it shows do not directly correspond with any of my actual views from that table. I want to rearrange the fields for the Linked Records, but don’t know how to adjust if they don’t seem to be coming from one view. They are not coming from the first view in that table. My Interface goals are stalled because I can not figure out how to create my desired bar graph. I created a bar graph example in R to show that I would like to have the number of hours on the Y and the dates on the X. They do not necessarily have to be color coded but they should be separated by the location. In my own attempts to create this bar graph I have only been able to create a count of the number of hours logged. For example, 2 hours has been logged twice for two different dates. This does not provide any substantial information on time and the number of hours spent traveling per location. If anyone is willing to help me figure out how to create this bar graph, please reach out! I would really appreciate it.

We perform record review for the assets we have in our base, around 300 days after the last review date was entered for the asset. These assets are in the LMS Content table, which has linked records back to the Assets table.Rather than have the reviewer go to the the Assets table to update those linked records, I’d like to automate it so some of the linked records get updated with the same new date value.In the Assets table, there are linked records back to the LMS Content table, here I want to update some of those records based on a condition.Here’s a bit more about the desired workflow:I want to update linked records when a value in the Last Review Date field of the LMS Content table changes. For each linked record, from the Assets table where its Asset Type value = “Video”, update its Asset LR Date to the same value just updated in the Last Review Date field of the LMS Content table.Then, for each linked record from the LMS Content table, where the value in the LMS Content fiel

I'm working in a new client interface, and they have a button with the action 'Update record'. This is linked to a dropdown. (This is a list of purchase orders.)But there aren't any other settings for this. What does this action do? How is the record "updated"?

Is it possible to link multiple filters to a single grid in an Interface? I have a base with 11 tables; 1 primary table and 10 support tables. In my primary table, I have 31 fields, 10 of which are linked records. I would like to create an interface for my client that will allow for as simple or as complex a query as needed. To explain further:My primary table is a plant directory. I would like my client to be able to choose a simple query, such as:All plants that are Red. I would also like my client to be able to choose a complex query, such as:All plants that are Red or Orange, Low Maintenance, requires Full Sun, is Fragrant and is Deer Tolerant.Is there a way in Airtable to be able to accomplish this?Thank you in advance, Mr. Brad B.

I already have an automation using a webhook, that when I add a new record in a certain table, a sign request is created and sent to the relevant email address. What I need to do now is after the document is signed by the recipients, save it as an attachment on the same record.Any idea how it can be done?

I could use some help correctly setting up a multiple select field that monitors changes in other fields. For context, this'll be setup for internal use mostly for billing purposes. Once the tagged change(s) in the multiple select field have been resolved, they'll be manually cleared. Scenario: I have a multiple select field called Changelog that monitors changes in other fields in the same table- Contribution Status, Contribution Amount, and Current Donation. Any change in a record associated in a specified group should have their respected outputs reflected in the Changelog field. Issue: I want the Changelog field to populate any and all changes. Sometimes the output looks accurate, other times it does not. In the example screenshots, I changed a record's Contribution Status which resulted in changes to both the Contribution Status and Contribution Amount- correctly reflected in the changelog. However, when making this change, it affects the other records in the group,

I am building a base to control the orders of my market. In there, I want to "Add a new order" and select the products of the order, while choosing their quantities. Is that possible? Also, I want to calculate the order value with the quantities of each product.

When creating a form, we can limit the options the submitters can select. Is there a way to do a similar set up at the user level?I was thinking maybe, at the interface level, we'd be able to limit the selection of a single select field. But that doesn't seem to be an option. Maybe there's another way to do this? Here's my scenario:I have a dropdown that my users can edit, but I don't want to give them all the options. Maybe I split the options and connect them with formulas?I have an Inventory Table with a drop-down where users can change the status. I am using LIST records API to retrieve data from the table.I am needing to get all the records every time. This is acceptable, but no ideal.My client's table has no field that mark when a row is created or edited/updated. Does this of function already exist? I have a simple automation set up to send an email when a record is updated. The email includes a link to a Google doc for that particular record. The automation works most of the time, but I've run into situations where the URL for the Google Doc in Airtable gets modified when it comes through in email. For some reason, the underscores in the link get removed. See arrows in attached screenshot. The top URL is the correct one in Airtable, the bottom URL is what comes through in the email. I have other records in Airtable that also have underscores in the google doc URL and those comes through fine. It just seems to be random docs that this is happening with.Any ideas how to fix? 

 How can I make it 2024-08-31 6:30 PM PDT like how the record is in my airtable base? I don't want that T or Z at the end and the seconds and the decimal to be shown either.
