HI All--- I have several automations set up and would like to create this one below. I am trying to set up what feels like a relatively simple automation, but cant figure this out. Can anyone help? Short explanation I want that....1. when a specific form that I use, is submitted...2. containing 1 of any 3 options in the dropdown,3. to update a different record in the base.---- More detailsI am trying to eliminate a manual step that I have to do each time this form is submitted. After a form is submitted, I have to find the record and update a field to "N/A" whenever a form is submitted as Paid. N/A tells other team members that the invoice does not need payment. Basically what I want is that any time a form is submitted as "paid" it should also have "N/A" applied automatically. But I can't figure this out?! We have 3 different credit cards that we use so, really, any time the form has been submitted with any of the three cards (Paid Visa, Paid MC, Paid Amex)...

Just curious, are there currently issues with Hootsuite & automations because of Twitter?I have some Airtable automations that allow me to send unique scheduled posts to Hootsuite for multiple platforms & accounts. I have seperate automations for each platform or have one for the option to send to all.Seems like Twitter has broken the API between Airtable & Hootsuite.I am getting an error from Twitter when trying to connect to Hootsuite. Seems like Twitter is even preventing the connection to the other platforms.Twitter returned an error. Error hashes: rm18c109a07cc4fc8a, ufm18c109a07cc4fc8aCannot use the automation for any of them now. p.s. Screenshot shows the ones I am speaking of as turned off. That is intentional so I can do things manually.Just curious if anyone is dealing with the same issue. I have sent this to support also. Figured I would give it a shot here also.

Until recently, we've had no problems with images and thumbnails displaying in Airtable. Over the last couple of days though, we've had a few images that come through without thumbnails. When you open the record, it shows a 'blank' image (see pics below).In two cases, when I clicked on the image from within the record, the actual image displayed, but for others it remained blank.Users are uploading images from their mobile devices. Hey, all!I was wondering if there is a way to gain the sum of values based on column data. Here is what I'm looking for:I have four tables--materials, packets, procurement, & purchase orders. I link the materials to the procurement table to populate all the details of the material. I link the packet to that line item to signify what I'm charging to (it has job info and everything). Then I need shipping and receiving to check the items in so that we can determine that everything from a given packet has been received which is being validated by the purchase order. What we currently have to do is check every line item in as received. This is rather tedious, and all I really want is to determine that everything on the purchase order is being received. Additionally, if I can solve this, I would love a sum of how much of each material I have in stock for a given job, not a given packet as there are multiple packets per job. I am trying to create a field that will say "❌ Incomplete Info" with a conditional statement.We two columns for custom products (price and description). If both columns are empty, info is complete. Record has no associated custom products.If both columns are full, info is complete. Record with custom product has description and a price.If ONE column is empty, and the other is NOT, we have incomplete info. If there is a price, but no description, or there is a description but no price, then that is when I want the "INCOMPLETE INFO" to appear. I can't seem to figure it out. I have a table that includes a date field as well as a single select field with options that are times of day (e.g., 9:00am, 12:00pm, 3:00pm). This allows users to select a date and time from a limited set of time options rather than Airtable's unrestricted datetime selector.I'd like to compose these fields into a single, calculated datetime field. This composition is a fairly elementary task, but the formula keeps parsing the time string in UTC. How can I get Airtable to read the time string based on another time zone (i.e., the time zone my team works in)?Here's the formula I've written so far. Hi I have a prefill for, formula in my base which ends with ?prefill_STWorkshopReference=PA007130&hide_STWorkshopReference=trueand it works fine when clicked in the base But when included in an automated airtable email the _ and _ are omitted and the text in between is italicised - presumably due to markdown languageIs there a way of solving this ?

I have three columns: 1st is the Sales Last Month, 2nd is Sales This Month and 3rd one shows the ratio of the two columns. I want to add the DateTime format so Sales Field will look - Sales: 137/150 (Apr: 201/200) instead of Sales: 137/150 (201/200).   

We are moving student metrics to Airtable and I am trying to create a backlog of attendance records for our students since they started. (we have two campus's with seperate start dates). I have an automation working fine for populating records with every new day but what i need help with is the back log script. Currently, I am trying to create a record for every student for everyday they have attended class thus far. Can someone help debug why this is not working? Hey GuysI have a dynamic datefield (updates thru automations) that begins from todays date and records 10 days ahead. Is there a way to write a formulafield that ranks the date with numbers 1-10, i.e so todays date is 1 and tomorrow 2 and so on? The open url button field you can create always opens a new tab, and i don't want it to do that, is there any way i can modify the formula so it doesn't open a new tab? I can make a script field instead that stops this but i really don't want to spend any more time on this.

I have an automation that generates an email.In some cases the fields I want to include in the email are not set yet.I want to add a conditional statement to the email composition, something like "If {name} is set, include {name} followed by a comma, otherwise skip straight to the text." I can't see a way to do this in the automations interface.I know that I can add fields to the table to do this but I'm trying to figure out whether there is a way to handle this logic temporarily within the automation.  

This is my first post so please bear with me. I have a base that I am using to track content and for project management of a newsletter. Table 1 Newsletter shows the newsletter project and has fields for Month, Year, Content (which is a linked record field), Content Attachment, and a checkbox for completed. Table 2 is where I am tracking content based on 8 common sections, month, year, content attachment, point person, notes, and content created checkbox.  I have an automation set up that when Content Created in Table 2 Content is checked it updates the Table 1 Content multilinked records. When I update more than one Content Created in Table 2 Content it only overwrites the other content in Table 1 Newsletter instead of just adding the subsequent linked record. Once all 8 Content Areas are in that field, an email is triggered to several people saying all the content is complete and is ready to go in the template for the newsletter. Is there a way to have the automation u

Hello, trying to set an advanced filter and it's not working.  Thinking I'm perhaps missing something obvious?  Looking to filter for projects that I'm working on and which are not "done" or "abandoned" or blank in their status.  See screenshots of my filter and what is currently displaying on the base (currently still showing done/abandoned items).  Thanks for tips/suggestions!Alex  

Have a base that looks at deal flow, including anticipated close date and value of each deal.  While we can easily view our "pipeline" at any time, struggling to figure out a way to store that snapshot of data on a routine basis.  We don't store updates to pipeline as a record itself, but update the record to the anticipated value.  At the end of a specific month in the past, what did our pipeline look like in terms of deal value, grouped by when we expect it to close?  Used to look at accuracy (anticipated vs actual) of our project pipeline projections.   

I need help in linking four tables in Airtable with automation. Our art group publishes monthly shows where our members showcase their works. To streamline the process, I have created four tables in Airtable, namely Venues, Shows, Members, and Exhibitions.The Venues table contains information on the places where members have previously exhibited their works. The Shows table tracks the shows entered by the members, with each show tied to a particular venue. We also have a Members table that includes all the members who can enter data into Airtable. Lastly, the Exhibitions table allows members to enter their current shows.I have created a form under the Exhibition table. If a member enters a show that is already in Airtable, they only need to enter their name and find the show in list. If the show is new but in an existing venue, they can enter show information. Hey all!Currently, I have a client database with start date {start} and finish date {finish} fields.Once I have added a finish date, I then manually update the {status} field from 'In Progress' to 'Done' - it is a single-select field).However, I'd like to automate the above process, meaning I'd like to automate the following:If {finish} is not empty (meaning a date has been selected and the project has been completed), change the {Status} field from 'In Progress' to 'Done'I've attempted to do this but the automation comes back as an error.I look forward to hearing any ideas!

Hello everyone! Thank you for taking the time to review my question. I am using the Airtable “Find Record” automation feature to find records based on certain conditions. Once the feature finds multiple records, it selects the “Top” or “First” record that meets the condition criteria. I am trying to have it randomly select from the results, rather than default selecting the same record that was on top or first. Does anyone know the direction to look in or the process to make this possible? Thank you kindly in advance!

For the last 20 hours, I have not been able to access Airtable through the MacOS Desktop App.  Out of nowhere, the pages are all broken as if the CSS is not working.  I only see broken text.I uninstalled, reinstalled.  Reloaded pages, nothing.Anyone have insights?
