In the following top portion of my pre-fill code, everything works fine except when there are duplicate records in the Asset Name field.All the other pre-filled items work fine. But when there are duplicate Asset Name values, the form displays nothing in the Asset to Update form item.This duplication is expected and I was thinking I should somehow refer to the Record ID as well so the code will grab to correct record:CONCATENATE(IF("Prefilling [Update Asset] view in [Assets Updates] table in base with id 'appZyoL5fNNYcN6dv'","https://airtable.com/shr7hLXk437tBSfOb"),CONCATENATE("?prefill_" & ENCODE_URL_COMPONENT("Asset to Update"),"=" & ENCODE_URL_COMPONENT({Asset Name } & "")),CONCATENATE("&prefill_" & ENCODE_URL_COMPONENT("Original Module"),"=" & ENCODE_URL_COMPONENT({Module COPY} & "")),What code should I use to clarify the Asset Name to pre-fill when there are duplicate Asset Names?Thanks for any ideas. Charlie

The Miro integration was announced almost a year ago and works great - for one way integrations: https://community.airtable.com/t5/announcements/new-feature-announcing-airtable-s-miro-integration/ba-p/128357However, I would really need a two way sync, or at the very least a smart hack to achieve something similar.The best solution would obviously be a two way sync of the Content field. (This being the primary field I guess it could cause issues.) The second best option (pending better ideas) would be to have a second Content field. One possible ugly hack (for my use case) would be to use a huge number of Frames (acting as IDs)  and have the Content field editable from Miro. This could work but since I need 180+ Frames for the current case I don't really think it is feasible.Think of building an org chart in Miro (where names can change) and still wishing to link these to more data in Airtable.

I want to use this mathematical formula to calculate the "average" diameter at breast height (DBH) of a tree with multiple stems:DBHavg = SQRT({DBH1}^2 + {DBH2}^2 + {DBH3}^2 + {DBH4}^2)This is the formula I used:SQRT(POWER({DBH 1 (cm)}, 2) + POWER({DBH 2 (cm)}, 2) + POWER({DBH 3 (cm)}, 2) + POWER({DBH 4 (cm)}, 2)) This formula returns an error for most records because most trees only have one or two stems. Only trees with numbers in all six fields will correctly calculate a value. How can I change the formula so it calculates the square root of however many DBH values are present for a particular record?

Hello,I am working on an Airtable script to flag dupliacte records in a table and automatically flag them. But for some reason when I run the script, nothing happens. I have tried the script in another Airtable project and it works just fine but its not working here. Hi Fellow Community Members, I get these inventory summary sheets from my vendors that I first have to run a macro on in Excel to transform the summary to individual records to update my inventory in airtable. The sheets are for dresses so each row has the style and color and then the columns have the sizes and under each size is the stock amount. Each style color and size is an SKU in my base so I cannot import the data directly before transforming it in Excel. My question is there a way for me to automate the importation process without having to run transform the data each time or is there an easier way to do this process?I have attached an example of the sheet i get from the vendor and a link to my base. Hi,I have written a script that is triggered within an automation that essentially builds out a junction table. The issue is that it frequently fails with the error "Script exceeded execution time limit of 30 seconds". Hey there. I am wanting to make a field auto-fill depending on whether another field is empty or not. E.g. If someone enters a voucher number in the ‘voucher number’ field, the field ‘cost’ is automatically $0. If the voucher number field is left blank, the ‘cost’ is $100. We are looking for someone who can convert our excel sheets into airtable. We have it all mapped out and know the flow and how we want things displayed but do not have the experience to set up the automations etc on air table. We have 100s of clients we have that we need to manage account balances for and store information about and also create a sales pipeline so we can track them from  becoming a lead to a client. Looking for someone who can take this paid project and bring this to life fairly quickly for us. Hey All, I really appreciate the help. I have a table tracking operations data by day. The shop loads the data each day via a form and I track on a dashboard showing production over the last 30 days. Each day the report rolls forward 1 day. It’s a great simple view of our world. I’m trying to show month over month numbers on the same dashboard. In my mind I need to pull the production from the day’s record from 28 days prior to every record in the table so the dashboard can sum the data from the [28 days ago] field. However, I can’t seem to figure out how to pull this data into each record in the same table. It needs to happen automatically. Optionally, if there’s a way to setup the dashboard to pull a different filtered set of data on a single element unaffected by the page filter, that might work too. Thanks for the help.

I manage an organization which hosts various events and we'd like to use Airtable to track RSVPs and attendance at these vents.  Some of our events are open to the local community while others are for members only.  I have created an Events table which includes a checkbox to indicate which events are open to the community.Now I'd like to create a form for RSVPs that conditionally shows a field for respondents to indicate the number of guests a person is bringing (think +1s) ONLY when the event chosen in the form is open to the public?Does anyone know a way to make this work???  Thanks so much!

Hello, hope someone could help me.So we have this "Status" field.The specific status was "active search"How can I set automation to count how many times that status was moved to active search?Currently, I have this automation set up: The main goal here is that:When the record was moved to Active Search Status for the second time, the field Count moved to AS should be 2.When the record was moved to Active Search Status for the third time, the field Count moved to AS should be 3.Are there any changes that I need to set up with my current automation? because currently, it would only work when the status was moved for the first time.Thank you.

Hi All, I've been building out a base on Airtable and am running into some issues with the linking. I've linked two tables together. I'll try to explain here what I'm experiencing. Table 1: Action Items and Column 1: Item Name; Column 2: Pillar OwnerTable 2: ProjectsI've linked my Action Items table to my Projects table. I brought in both the action item name and the pillar owner name into the projects table via the Action Items table. I then decided I didn't want these tables linked in this way. I removed the Item Name and Pillar Owner columns from the Projects table. I think found a more appropriate way to link the tables, so I re-linked the Action Items table to the Projects table, but brought in different columns. Now, via my dropdowns (specifically when I'm attempting to create a Lookup column - this doesn't happen when I'm attempting to Link to another record), I have two Action Items tables appearing" Action Items and Action Items 2. Hello All, Essentially, is there a way to set the column widths in a view other than clicking and dragging each separate one? I have to change the width of something like 10 fields across 50 views, and I’d rather not have to click and drag 500 fields individually. Especially since they all should be a standard width. I’ve looked around online and haven’t found anything - but if you know of a solution, you’d save me a lot of time. Thanks!

Hello!Is there a way to make entries quickly with voice recognition?I created a table where I can enter game statistics for my son's high school lacrosse team.  It works pretty well but the data entry is fast and furious.My data table has Statistic, Player, Period (autofilled thanks to a suggestion from @Jan_Cape ), and time of possession (working on this one but it's a time of possession for each team each quarter). I tried to keep up with the plays but it was too quick.  Is it possible to use dictation to make the entries quickly by voice into a mobile phone?Something like, "new record, ground ball, player 6, submit"?If that's not possible, I'm thinking entries without having to scroll, perhaps touch screen on an iPad?  With "share form" I realized that I can email the form for the upcoming quarter to the other stats parents so we can divide and conquer.  I just need a better data entry method to be able to keep up with the action.Thank you for any

New here!Is it possible to set a different formula in each row of a column? For example, I am looking to set a due date in one of our rows (which is one of our tasks) to automatically calculate a date 2 months before a start date of a program. The second row, is another task and has another due date (7 days before the start date). The start date is the same for both. Is this possible? Thanks!

I have a base with 2 tables - Teams and Projects (as shown below). Every 3 months the leader changes. Now if I update the leader name in Teams table, it updates the leader names in the previous records too in the Project table (because of Lookup). I know that, according to this support article that "Multiple records can [only] be selected one at a time from the list of linked records (there isn't a way to link multiple records at one time).I have a base with records for items to photograph. Each of those records has a Checkbox field for marking whether the item has been photographed or not. So each record has that field checked off or not.My end goal is to see what percent of items have been photographed.Because I can only create formulas by "row" and not by "column," I understand that I need to create a second table to start tabulating photographed and not photographed. So, I have a single record called "Whole Project" in that second table that links to all of the records in the first table. Hello, I'm just learning so I apologize for the ignorance.I'm trying to collect game statistics for my son's hs lacrosse team.I have a data table with fields of Statistics (like shots made, shots missed, etc.) and Player.I have a form that lets me enter statistic (e.g. forced a turnover), Player (6 Jimmy) and submit.From that, I have a pivot table that collects the stats for each player.I want to make a field for Quarter that doesn't have to be entered each time I create a new record.  I tried creating a table with game information and doing a lookup but I don't think that works.Is there a way to have a record keep the Quarter the same until I have it changed at the end of each quarter?  The goal is to be able to have a summary of stats for each quarter and the overall game.Thank you!Mike
