Hello all --I am having a challenge bringing in data from a lookup field.  We have a table that lists incoming deliveries as each row.  There is a column labeled "tags" in this table that where we want to show tags from another table (product details) that the delivery table is linked to.  The challenge is that while each delivery is unique, the products associated with the delivery are not.  What seems to be happening is that the first instance of the product name (which is how the lookup is working) is returning the tags but not for all instances.  Is there a way to override this?  Thanks,Justin

Can I move an existing interface to a different group or do I have to recreate it in the new group? I made two interfaces and I want them each to have their own icon so I can easily distinguish the bookmarks on my bookmarks bar. Ideally I’d be able to give each interface within the group its own icon and color, but it looks like that’s only available at the group level.

this is probably the dumbest question.i have a table with a list of organizations (Members table) and a single-select field that tells me whether they are members or not.i have another table with a list of organizations that have sent someone to a training (All Orgs table).i made an automation triggered by when a new organization is added to the All Orgs table to search for that org by name in the Members table and update a field in the All Orgs table to indicate if the org is a member.when i test the automation, it finds zero records, even where i can see that the orgs are in both tables. the condition i am using is:Where 'trim org name' contains 'trim org name''trim org name' are formula fields i made in both tables, just in case there are extra spaces in the org name fields that would make the find fail.what am i missing?? i'm guessing it's something so obvious. thank you!

I have two tables within the same Base.Table A is a list of yarns and has a column Length which is the total length (integer) of yarn available for the yarn named in that row.Table B is a list of patterns and has a column Length of Pattern which is the total length of yarn required for that pattern (integer).What I am trying to do is take the individual Length and compare it to all of the Length of Pattern entries and then return a Concatenated list that shows all of the patterns Name of Pattern that are <= Length.I've tried creating a linked field, with a lookup that shows Length of Pattern, but I can't work how to make it automatically search across all of the possible entries and return the result I need.Is this actually possible (not the end of the world if not)? 

I set up schedule automation to find records under certain condition and delete those records.however, using script to delete the found records doesn't seem to work.the script I'm using here is the following:---------------------------------------------------------let table = base.getTable("각종주문서수집");let inputConfig = input.config();let recordId = inputConfig['recordID'];await table.deleteRecordAsync(recordId);--------------------------------------------------------- when I test, this script kept throwing fail notice showing the 'recordID' of the input variable I made is an array not a record.How can I change this to scipt to work with array of recordID ? or is there any way that I can select every record ID values instead of 'list of record ID'? I don't get any other options at the 'value' box an I assign the input. 

So Ive got a manager performance survey form.  When employees answer the questions (all boolean true/false)  the question field is either checked or unchecked.  I've got 25 questions, and 25 fields.  (plus the primary field, which is the surveyee's name)Now I want to view the results in some meaningful way.  A nice a easy way to see if people generally approve of the manager.  But its like the whole system is set up to reference records, not fields.  When I go to set it up I get the person's name (anonymous#1 etc) in the x axis and the questions in the y axis.  I want questions in the x axis and the sum of true responses in the y axis.So how do I do this?  I need a new table where each question is a record?  But the form won't populate it properly right?  What am I missing here?

Hello Airtable community!Hoping someone can assist with this formula conundrum. In short, seeking to calculate 'pending' (sold but not yet activated) subscriptions within an Airtable base. Subscriptions Table primary field is per nominated subscriber record but subscribers are grouped by their organisational contracts which can have multiple subscriptions sold/attached. To arrive at this true subscriptions pending figure I'm thinking the below calculation path:Total #subs contracted (Number field)  -  Status  '_Activated'  (Multi Select field)  -  Status 'Deactivated/Cancelled'  (Multi Select field) = Pending (subs remaining to activate)Is there a way of achieving this within the table or via rollup formula in another table??  (pics attached for elaboration). Status field is currently linked to an activations summary table,  which totals nominated subscribers activated and those deactivated. Hello! I am hoping to send weekly staff wide emails detailing a list of upcoming programs and events at my Foundation. I set up the Automation and it works well. However, the dates are ordered by when a record was created and not based on the actual date of a program. I've seen others with this issue in the past and I tried ungrouping the data but nothing has worked. Is there a feasible workaround for this yet? It would also be great if when sending the date / time for an event it sent it in EST time instead of UTC. I have it formulated in the data layer to so that is recognizes an EST time zone but in the weekly email it still is presented as UTC. Please help! I have an example below with the out of order dates and UTC time zone. Thanks, Praise  

I’m trying to generate reports based around values stored in a single select field. I’ve tried to get access to all the valued stored in a single select field, however I’ve not had any luck getting access. Does anyone know if this is possible without looping through all records? On the same note is it possible to get access to the order of the values stored in a single select?

Given all the complaints & negative feedback relating to the latest homepage UI update is the Airtable team going to address them in a meaningful way besides individual responses? I've even had Airtable support members agree with me they can't stand the new layout.Is anything being done to correct it? Will there be any changes to ensure something this bad doesn't occur in the future? 

Hi all, Thank you in advance for your help 🙂 I'd love to get some suggestions for removing all the labels at the bottom of this chart in one of my interfaces. It has got the dates as the x-axis. I can't find a way to remove the labels so they don't look cluttered. Any suggestions? 

I was following the directions found here: https://support.airtable.com/docs/use-automations-to-timestamp-status-updatesHowever, when it came time to select the "Last Modified" field, per the directions, I saw an error stating that "this field cannot be used because it if computed".  What struck me as odd was that this was in contradiction to the exact steps to take in the link.  Now i can't complete this automation.

We are driving to develop a new base specifically for our marketing team that is strictly for photos/attachments relating to records in our main base . Our current idea is to have a synced base that has a form where content can be uploaded, creating a new record in the synced base and then linking to the record from our main base. The only issue is that Airtable says theres a 1TB limit to attachments. Does anyone have any experience with navigating around this limit or is there a better solution within Airtable or outside of Airtable?Thank you!

Thanks to this community I learned how to create nested IF(AND) formulas, but I want to add an additional rule that if another column is No, then it will exclude the amount. Here is my formula. I have a formula which calculates the # of days between two dates. I want to add if the resulting value is <0, then the value should be set to 0, otherwise, keep the value. This is the calculate of two dates. How do i add the second part? Hi there!I have set up a masterlist of advocates that is pulling all of our advocates from different bases, using synced tables. Now I want to have a field that will tell us when the person was last reached out to so we have a good overview. I have set up an automation that says 'When this date field is not empty in this table, please update the date field in the masterlist table with the same data" However, it works only the first time. Afterwards, when the original date field is updated to a new date, it's not updating the field in the masterlist table. Is there any way to make the automation triggers every time there is a new value in the original field? Thank you!

Make sure you're seated for this one! &#x1f605The nonprofit wants to see grant funds contributing to individual budget line items broken down by month.Say they have a grant from the Gates Foundation for $120,000 that must be used between Jan 1, 2023 and Dec 31, 2023. $80,000 of the grant is designated for Staff Member A's salary. $40,000 is designated for Staff Member B's salary. They have a second grant from the Scott Foundation for $6,000 that must be used between March 1, 2023 and May 31, 2023.The Executive Director wants to see how these grants break out over the months that they are active. For example, that in January, $6,666.67 ($80,000/12 month grant duration) from the Gates grant is applied to Staff Member A's salary. But in March 2023, when the Scott Foundation grant becomes active, $1,000 from the Scott grant and $6,666.67 from the Gates grant are applied to Staff Member A's salary for a total of $7,666.67

Hi,Loving the new interface designer, and itchy to update current interfaces to take advantage...but for some reason most of the existing interfaces seem to be stuck in the old designer - none of the new features (like easy user filtering, mini tabs or view toggle features) are available.Am I doing something wrong or will it just take some time to roll out to existing interfaces?

Hi, I'm building a simple CRM for a dog walker who offers walks in 10-packs. I'm getting confused with how to track these 10-packs.My first thought was to create a Walks table with 10 columns (Walk1, Walk2, ..., Walk10) and the date of each walk would be populated as it happens and there would be a formula field to count how many of those columns had been populated so we know how many walks have been completed. But the dog walker herself is not very techy, and to avoid her having to go into the base, I'd like if she could use a form to simply select the dog's name and write in the date of the walk. I have an Owners table and a Dogs table, and I know how to create a form where she can select which dog it is from a drop-down, but I'm getting stuck with where/how the walk dates should be stored. Hi everyone I have created an automation which sends an email of a list of records from my table at a scheduled time. However there is too many records being shown and would like to change the amount. The number of length is by default at 100 and does not let me edit this number. Can you help me please?

I work in a digital archive and I'm using Concatenate to create a unique naming formula based on certain fields in a spreadsheet. However, some items have different naming requirements. What I would like to do is be able to tell this formula to skip over any empty fields and only pull the ones with data in them for the naming. I would additionally like a way to tie the dash "-" to the numbers so that only the correct number of dashes appear for however many fields there are in the name. Here is the formula I am currently using. CONCATENATE({Collection ID}, "-" , RIGHT("00"&{Box No.},2), "-", RIGHT("00"&{Folder No.},2), "-" , RIGHT("0000"&{Item No.},4))This will produce a name like "collectionID-box-folder-item". Ideally I would like it to be able to produce names like "collectionID-box-item" or "collectionID-folder-item".Apologies if this is a bit unclear, I am not very familiar with this kind of work.

Hello,I have this simple problem with filtering by date. When I try to filter Date - is within - past year I also got records from this year.Also If I try to filter Date - is within - past month I got only some of the records from the previous month.What am I missing here, please?
