I have a task that requires itertools. but I am having no luck. is it possible to import from itertools? or any other library for that matter? thanks

We currently publish an Airtable calendar of training events on a company intranet page. We use the Zoom event registration feature and I have a button on each event that takes the users to the Zoom registration form. But I'd like to find a way to track these event registrations in Airtable rather than in Zoom, so we can utilize automations, etc. Is there some way that I could build a button that so that when a user selects an event on the calendar and clicks "Register", they would go to an Airtable form which would automatically associate that registration with the selected event? I don't want them to have to pick the event from a list within the form (for a few reasons). I just want them to fill in their name and contact info and answer a couple of questions. Thanks for the help!

I have an interface for Contacts with a linked record to Interactions. The linked record is customized to display the required details.When creating a new interaction, only two of the details are displayed. If I then click on that record after it's been created, I can then edit the additional details.

I'm struggling to figure out a solution for scaling views.  I currently have a view for each of our districts (which gives me approximately 90 views). They all have identical data/fields with a filter to only see the pieces tagged in that district.  I set these up as views specifically because I need the shareable URL for users viewing that don't have an account. I am using that URL in some email automations - use case, district updates. So each month, an automated email to that manager saying "here's your highlights" (all dynamic fields) with a link to "view your detailed breakdown here" (dynamic field to insert the URL of their view).    Hopefully this makes sense so far.  My problem is how poorly this scales. I just improved the view with a few other columns/groupings etc. But now I have to make that manual change across each of the 90 views and hope I don't miss any ..... is there any way at all to scale this?  The views are all ide

Hello,I'm wanting to move from Trello to Airtable Kanban, but I have a few questions as I'm setting it up:1) I wanted to make the Primary Key Field to be my Task Name, however, if I do that then I am unable to *EDIT* the Task Name within the Kanban Interface. That's a bummer because I don't want to have to go back to the Table/Data view just to edit a card's title. Since that didn't work I tried #2 below:2) Just using "Autonumber" for my Primary Key Field, with the hope of hiding my Primary Key Field on the Card View and making the Task Name column the header on my Kanban Cards... but, when I'm customizing the way my "cards" display in the Interface Designer, it appears that I cannot remove the Primary Key Field from displaying... so I either have to have a meaningless number as the header, or an Task Name that's uneditable from the interface.How can I:Keep Autonumber from displaying on my Kanban Cards, Use Task Name as the header for cards, and Be able to edit the Task Name within the

I want to map specific job roles to job categories. "Open Roles" in Table 1 has the specific roles, and Table 2 has the mapping between the categories and the roles. If "Open Roles" has a matching option in "Old Role", then I want to add the "New Role" value to the "Open Role Categories" field in Table 1.Worth noting that "Open Roles" can have multiple options and may need multiple mappings.

The webhook's url is concatenate with the webhook's url and the recordID.My script is running well but it concatenate only the recordID from the row 01. Hello  Is there a way to copy data into airtable by copy and paste. My airtable table has a link field that points to another table. In google sheets I have the current data where I need to copy some missing records maybe a handful. Is there any way to copy in that link Field. I can copy to any of the other data fields that are not link. But it seems that I have to select the plus and manually enter the location is the link field. I understand how it works, surface level, by adding {field}s to the HTML however, it is not as dynamic as I want it to be. My goal is to send an email from the SendGrid integration with information from multiple rows - a dynamic list in the email that will shrink of grow depending on how many rows there are.Is there a way to add a repeating group in the HTML-code of a SendGrid email that is pulled from Airtable?Is this possible? If so, how? 😭

Hi there,i have an automation question that I can't get around. Using Airtable as a CRM system, I have a table DEALS, a a table CLIENTS and a table BRANDS. I would like to build an automation that checks on a new DEAL if a CLIENT has placed a DEAL with that BRAND before. The DEAL name contains the name of the brand and all DEALS of the CLIENT are referenced in the CLIENTS table.It needs to be something like:Trigger: New DealIf CLIENT(from DEAL) has already a DEAL that name contains the name of the BRAND (from DEALS) then set „NEW CLIENT“ field to TRUEanyone that might be able to help me out here?thx!!

I’m trying to create a home page for my Confluence space with some headline data from a table I’ve got in AirTable. I’m ultimately trying to create Power BI type cards on the page, showing a count / total of records in a view in AirTable. I’m not even sure how to get that headline data out of AirTable, let alone import it into Confluence. I’ve asked the question on the Confluence forum as well, to see if it’s better to approach it from that direction.

Hello all --I am having a challenge bringing in data from a lookup field.  We have a table that lists incoming deliveries as each row.  There is a column labeled "tags" in this table that where we want to show tags from another table (product details) that the delivery table is linked to.  The challenge is that while each delivery is unique, the products associated with the delivery are not.  What seems to be happening is that the first instance of the product name (which is how the lookup is working) is returning the tags but not for all instances.  Is there a way to override this?  Thanks,Justin

Can I move an existing interface to a different group or do I have to recreate it in the new group? I made two interfaces and I want them each to have their own icon so I can easily distinguish the bookmarks on my bookmarks bar. Ideally I’d be able to give each interface within the group its own icon and color, but it looks like that’s only available at the group level.

this is probably the dumbest question.i have a table with a list of organizations (Members table) and a single-select field that tells me whether they are members or not.i have another table with a list of organizations that have sent someone to a training (All Orgs table).i made an automation triggered by when a new organization is added to the All Orgs table to search for that org by name in the Members table and update a field in the All Orgs table to indicate if the org is a member.when i test the automation, it finds zero records, even where i can see that the orgs are in both tables. the condition i am using is:Where 'trim org name' contains 'trim org name''trim org name' are formula fields i made in both tables, just in case there are extra spaces in the org name fields that would make the find fail.what am i missing?? i'm guessing it's something so obvious. thank you!

I have two tables within the same Base.Table A is a list of yarns and has a column Length which is the total length (integer) of yarn available for the yarn named in that row.Table B is a list of patterns and has a column Length of Pattern which is the total length of yarn required for that pattern (integer).What I am trying to do is take the individual Length and compare it to all of the Length of Pattern entries and then return a Concatenated list that shows all of the patterns Name of Pattern that are <= Length.I've tried creating a linked field, with a lookup that shows Length of Pattern, but I can't work how to make it automatically search across all of the possible entries and return the result I need.Is this actually possible (not the end of the world if not)? 

I set up schedule automation to find records under certain condition and delete those records.however, using script to delete the found records doesn't seem to work.the script I'm using here is the following:---------------------------------------------------------let table = base.getTable("각종주문서수집");let inputConfig = input.config();let recordId = inputConfig['recordID'];await table.deleteRecordAsync(recordId);--------------------------------------------------------- when I test, this script kept throwing fail notice showing the 'recordID' of the input variable I made is an array not a record.How can I change this to scipt to work with array of recordID ? or is there any way that I can select every record ID values instead of 'list of record ID'? I don't get any other options at the 'value' box an I assign the input. 

So Ive got a manager performance survey form.  When employees answer the questions (all boolean true/false)  the question field is either checked or unchecked.  I've got 25 questions, and 25 fields.  (plus the primary field, which is the surveyee's name)Now I want to view the results in some meaningful way.  A nice a easy way to see if people generally approve of the manager.  But its like the whole system is set up to reference records, not fields.  When I go to set it up I get the person's name (anonymous#1 etc) in the x axis and the questions in the y axis.  I want questions in the x axis and the sum of true responses in the y axis.So how do I do this?  I need a new table where each question is a record?  But the form won't populate it properly right?  What am I missing here?

Hello Airtable community!Hoping someone can assist with this formula conundrum. In short, seeking to calculate 'pending' (sold but not yet activated) subscriptions within an Airtable base. Subscriptions Table primary field is per nominated subscriber record but subscribers are grouped by their organisational contracts which can have multiple subscriptions sold/attached. To arrive at this true subscriptions pending figure I'm thinking the below calculation path:Total #subs contracted (Number field)  -  Status  '_Activated'  (Multi Select field)  -  Status 'Deactivated/Cancelled'  (Multi Select field) = Pending (subs remaining to activate)Is there a way of achieving this within the table or via rollup formula in another table??  (pics attached for elaboration). Status field is currently linked to an activations summary table,  which totals nominated subscribers activated and those deactivated. Hello! I am hoping to send weekly staff wide emails detailing a list of upcoming programs and events at my Foundation. I set up the Automation and it works well. However, the dates are ordered by when a record was created and not based on the actual date of a program. I've seen others with this issue in the past and I tried ungrouping the data but nothing has worked. Is there a feasible workaround for this yet? It would also be great if when sending the date / time for an event it sent it in EST time instead of UTC. I have it formulated in the data layer to so that is recognizes an EST time zone but in the weekly email it still is presented as UTC. Please help! I have an example below with the out of order dates and UTC time zone. Thanks, Praise  

I’m trying to generate reports based around values stored in a single select field. I’ve tried to get access to all the valued stored in a single select field, however I’ve not had any luck getting access. Does anyone know if this is possible without looping through all records? On the same note is it possible to get access to the order of the values stored in a single select?

Given all the complaints & negative feedback relating to the latest homepage UI update is the Airtable team going to address them in a meaningful way besides individual responses? I've even had Airtable support members agree with me they can't stand the new layout.Is anything being done to correct it? Will there be any changes to ensure something this bad doesn't occur in the future? 

Hi all, Thank you in advance for your help 🙂 I'd love to get some suggestions for removing all the labels at the bottom of this chart in one of my interfaces. It has got the dates as the x-axis. I can't find a way to remove the labels so they don't look cluttered. Any suggestions? 

I was following the directions found here: https://support.airtable.com/docs/use-automations-to-timestamp-status-updatesHowever, when it came time to select the "Last Modified" field, per the directions, I saw an error stating that "this field cannot be used because it if computed".  What struck me as odd was that this was in contradiction to the exact steps to take in the link.  Now i can't complete this automation.
