HelloWe have 50,000 max record limit on our plan.On our settings page, it says we're up to 35,500+ records thus far.However, when I manually look at all our master tables of data, it only ads up to 28,000So I'm wondering where is that 7,500 record discrepancy is coming from?If I have ONE record in my master table that shows up in 10 other views, does that single record actually count as 11 records?? (in the master table + the 10 other views)I always assumed that views simply pull select filtered items from the master record set and didn't count toward the base record max, since they are just regurgitating data that already exists, and not adding more data rows. Is that incorrect thinking?Thanks.

Hello!I have 2 bases with a table that has two-way synchronization.In the destination base I have added many formulas to calculate prices and costs.Now I need to return the final result value to the source table.I tried using automations, but using "Update Rung" is not allowed in these syncs.I also tried with formulas, but it is not possible.Is there a way to do it within Airtable?The other option is to use third-party tools, such as Make or Zapier, but I prefer to avoid that for now.

Hello! We were previously using this formula to calculate a recurring date in the future: DATEADD("Publish Date", 7, "days")  However, we're now getting an #Error Message in our base.  I did some searching and found this blog from Airtable.  I tried using their exact formula in that blog as: DATEADD({Publish Date},7,‘days’) but it is telling me "Sorry there was a problem saving this field. Invalid formula. Please check your formula text"  Can anyone help me with what the correct formula is now? I am so lost....

Help! We are a Charity that trains Assistance Dogs for Autistic Families. I have a table with ALL the people that have ever had to do with thecontact/dealings with charity at some point... however, this is my dilemma:Mr X is currently a 'Volunteer' and a 'Subscriber' but he used to be a 'Fostererer' so his Contact Type is currently a multiple select field where all three are listed. BUT it doesn't tell me which Type is active and I have been asked to show who's doing what currently and not previously. What do I need to do to my base to identify that Mr X has 'Active' status on both Volunteer and Subscriber but 'Inactive' status for Fostererer.

Hello,We are one of many Homeshare programs in California, that operate out of different agencies with different tracking systems etc. but we try to collaborate across programs with the understanding that we all are working towards the same end goal.Another program showed us how they use Airtable to track their participants, and their workflow is very similar to ours. They built the database themselves, with much research, tutorials etc.Would it be possible to import the structure of their database to use it on our end, without any of their clients' info? Hi there - I am looking to create a column that will essentially lookup the field values of columns Q1 - Q4 and output the latest number.We input quarterly projections and want to be able to identify the most recent number by looking at 1 field ("latest projections"). *Note - not all fields will have data from Q1 - Q4.I tried using the IF function but that only seems to work with 2 different fields max. ( IF(Q2> " ", Q2, Q1) )If I have data entered in Q1 field and then in Q3 enter in new data in the respective Q3 field, I want the "Latest projections" column to display that Q3 field since it its the most up to date #.I hope this makes sense. I will attach a screenshot for reference where I manually updated the "Latest Projection" field.

I have a table in airtable with a field called 'Logos' which is of type: Attachment. I am using Make integromat to pull the logo urls which get populated in the Mailchimp Create Campaign module (that uses HTML layout). When I see the campaign being created , I see the logos but after a few hours I see that the same campaign does not show the images. Is there a reason for this? Please let me know if there is a resolution to this.  Thanks in advance!

Hi all 🙂 I made a zap between Outlook and Airtable, forwarding emails. Works perfectly, until comes attachment in the email. One attachment is OK, but when it is more then one, it can not be transfered. Anyone with similar experience, maybe a solution?Thanks ahead, have a nice day.Imelda

I'm looking to run a script when a record is created which would created a new form for that individual record. I need to do this because when clients will be using the forms, I can't have them be able to add data to other clients so by default I'm creating a form with the default values that can't be changed. Does anyone have a better solution to this problem or is there a way to do this?

In AirTable, I have 3 Bases; ● One base that includes a table with all student records ● One base that includes testimonials ● One base that includes a record of all questions submitted when we do a Q&A How can we merge all these bases into one base and ensure that everything is linked?

I have a base that is designed to be refreshed with data from a CSV file periodically. It has about 140 fields right now and I need to add approximately 50 more. I would like to be able to do this using the CSV Import app, but I can’t find a way to have it load data into existing fields AND add new columns to the base at the same time. I have field descriptions entered for most of the existing fields, which is a big reason why I don’t want to just start over with a new import to create the new fields. If I could get and set field descriptions via API, that would be another route to my goal, but I haven’t found any evidence that’s possible. Am I stuck adding the new fields one by one or is there another way? Thank you for any light you can shed.

Hi, I want to know if:1) Are there are any extensions that would help me with the ability to see the 'saved' information on the lengthy forms started by my customers but not submitted yet?2) Can one customer start multiple forms and save and come back to complete the form at a later time? Example: Adding multiple employees information one at a time by filling up a form for each employee.Thanks! 

I'm trying to use this feature of passing the name of the user logged in to the record when a new record is created and it is just not working and for the life of me can not figure out why, clearly I'm missing something.

I have a field where people can select multiple options. The question is “what are some emotions you experienced” and they can select from 9 options. I want to know how many people choose Joy and Anticipation, whether they’re the only options selected or if they’re part of a bunch of responses. I’ve found several ways to set up a formula field that tells me if someone ONLY chose Joy or Anticipation, but it doesn’t pick up if someone chooses Anticipation and Sadness or Joy and Anticipation together. There are too many possible combinations to realistically set up a nested IF formula. Is there a way to write a formula that will tell me if someone chooses either option, regardless of whether they chose other options too? I have tried OR, FIND, SEARCH, and REGEX, though it’s likely I’m just setting it up incorrectly! If it helps, the data is coming in through an external site via Zapier, so if needed I can change the field type from multi-select to text.
