Hello - I'm fairly new to Airtable and I have a base with 5 tables, each table contains the schedule of a different project that I am tracking.  I want to create an interface calendar that displays milestones across the 5 projects, but I can only see how to source from one table.Is there a way to connect your interface to more than one table? Thank you in advance for any help!

This may be an issue more with our organization's strict IT rules but here is the situation:We have a type 2 email account that hosts all of our events on its calendar.When we initially started with Airtable, we used the outlook integration and was able to access that type 2 by using one of our work emails that subscribes to that type 2 calendar as the sync configuration source.ex. connected accounts>raethgu's outlook>events calendarOne day the sync was broken and in an attempt to re-establish the integration, a coworker updated the sync configuration source through their outlook accountex. connected accounts>coworker's outlook>events calendarIt looked fine until we noticed all the tasks and subtasks and comments were gone. Hello,We have a table that syncs with our outlook calendar that we have been using for a few months now. Our organization adds events every week, for some reason when they were added to the outlook calendar today, Airtable made dupes of each one. I can confirm there are no duplicate events on the outlook calendar itself, but I do notice that Event 1 and Dupe 1 have different outlook IDs. Has anyone experienced this or have a solution to remove the dupes? Thanks.

How can you export all the PDFs/images/etc in attachment fields?

I have 2 tables setupThe first one has a single select field with animals names followed but a long text field which should be related to that animal.The second table has the name of the animals in a field followed but a long text field with some information.I would like an automation that triggers every time a new record is added to the first table and that updates the long text field on that table with the information from the second table for that specific animal. The thing is that the update should only be made when the single select field from the first table is set to NO. When the choice is YES it doesn't need to fill the long text field from the first table.I know how to do it creating different automation for each field but I won

Hello everyone,I’m encountering an issue when trying to use the Sync API to upload a CSV file to Airtable. Every time I send my request, I receive the following error message:“Column names must be non-empty strings.”I’ve carefully checked my CSV file, and everything seems fine. The column headers are properly defined, and there are no empty values. What’s more confusing is that when I manually import the same CSV file into Airtable through the UI, it works perfectly without any errors.I have double-checked that:• The CSV file is correctly formatted.• Column headers are valid and properly named.• There are no empty column names.• The same file works fine when imported manually via the UI.Has anyone else faced this issue with the Sync API? Hi. Has anyone managed to integrate Airtable with Canva using Zapier? I have only seen the option to integrate with onlizer so far....we've been trying with Zapier but the designs aren't appearing anywhere on Canva.

I have an Airtable automation that finds a list of records and then send a Slack message that includes this list. When I send via email I get the option to include grid or list, but when I use Slack the only option is list...which I really don't like the look of.I found some older threads on here asking about this but it seems like there's no good solution. Someone mentioned forwarding the grid message from email to Slack, but I don't like how it shows up in Slack so not an option for me.Any other ideas on workarounds?

 Hi folks, I am going out of my mind! Everything was working perfectly until I deleted some data in my table and now BAM it's all gone to total rubbish! If anyone can help I would be hugely grateful. Quick summary - I have one base with two tables; ID and Conversations. I want to connect a unique numeric number to a user email so when information is zapped in it connects the numeric number with the correct email. ID table houses the unique number and email.  It was all working fine but, as mentioned, I deleted about 20 rows and it has stopped. I have reset the link/look up and it worked on the existing rows but not on anything new coming in. The screenshot below shows (with the face stickers - sorry, it has confidential data that I can't share), Columns Project ID, Email Lookup and Link to ID Record and as you can see (if the stickers were not there!) it was working perfectly and then at the end you can just see the last one worked and then the further two rows

I want to build a button in the Records Picker interface that public users can click on, and it pops up their email app with a specific subject. I know Airtable's HTML tag capabilities are limited but I want to embed something like this inside a button: "<a href="mailto:example@example.com?subject=Your%20Subject%20Here">Send Email</a>"Above is what it looks like to the user, but when they click on the red button, it should open up an email with the subject line pre-filled with this keyword. The goal is to have our customer service inbox to filter emails with this keyword as high priority.

I'm having a really hard time with making a formula field only calculate a value if the input field is not empty, including if it's 0. For some reason Airtable seems to treat 0 and empty value that same.Here is my current formula: IF({Monthly Actual} = BLANK(),BLANK(),{Monthly Actual} - {Monthly Goal})In the attached screenshot, I want the fields with monthly actual = 0 to have a difference calculated, and I want the empty monthly actual to not have a difference calculated. The latter works, but the former doesn't. I've tried ChatGPT, Perplexity...etc. all types of AI and can't figure it out!

The Template M Query provided by Airtable at this link which integrates Airtable with Power BI, does not allow scheduling refreshes in Power BI:Instead of allowing you to schedule the refresh, Power BI shows this message warning that the "dataset includes a dynamic data source."Previously, the other Template M Query, with the past API_KEY, allowed to schedule refreshes. Therefore, I think there has to be a way to ensure scheduling with the recent personal_access_token.Has anyone had this problem as well? If so, does anyone know how to change the template to make it work?

I want to block certain users from seeing entries within a base that are for a specific client without making a second base for that client. Is this possible?To elaborate, I would like to use ONE base as this is a hub for all company work orders that everyone needs to use, but I want to block some entries within that base that are categorized for a specific client from certain users who need to be restricted. I would like to avoid having to use multiple bases to do this as it just generates a level of complexity and jumping around that users would need to do to go about our day-to-day.

Hi community,Has anyone encountered the following issue and what may be causing it. I have a record - Unique prospects contacted in my database. The sum of all entries in this column is correct showing 18516In the designated Interface I have created a Number to illustrate it. I have now noticed this number is showing an incorrect valueI have not set any filters or exclusions. I even deleted the original Number and defined it from scratch but the output is the same. Has anyone encountered an issue as such and what did they find as a resolution. Is it something I am doing wrong 

I am building a complex workflow for a project-based business. In this workflow, if multiple customers are associated with a job, the job is duplicated for each customer (City Building 1, City Building 2). Furthermore, if multiple versions of the job are required by customer A, there might end up being City Building 1 and City Building 1.1, and then City Building 2. In the end, there will just be one job selected (ex: City Building 2). I know that comments copy over at the time a record is duplicated, but I'm wondering if there is a solution for somehow keeping all the comments for City Building together without a bunch of annoying copying and pasting. Sometimes there are addendums etc, in addition to the multiple versions of a job. Basically, I'm trying to preserve the historical record inside the record (rather than in email threads). I also don't want to just use a notes field because then users cannot @ each other...Is there another out-of-the-box solutio

I am attempting to use a form to update a record in the existing table.So an account executive fills out a form with the new terms and rate amounts for 2025 2026 and 2027I tried coping a workflow shared by a community member (https://community.airtable.com/t5/other-questions/updating-existing-records-problem/td-p/187594) where they made a new table from the form and then updated the old table but that isn't working for me.  I think it was from Consultant @ The Time Saving CoBefore that I was bypassing the second table and that did not work either.
