I have an Airtable that is populated from Jotform submissions. The Jotform has a configurable list that for someone to fill in their schedule for the week. The configurable list can’t be split in Jotform so I’m trying to split information in Airtable. I want all of the days of the week listed in the configurable list cell to be extracted in a Days Open column but can only figure out how to extract the first instance using regexextract.  For example the configurable list will come in as:Day Open: Monday, Opening Date: 2025-06-16, Closing Date: 2025-10-27, Start Time: 09:00 AM, End Time: 02:00 PMDay Open: Saturday, Opening Date: 2025-08-09, Closing Date: 2025-08-30, Start Time: 10:00 AM, End Time: 04:00 PM and I want Monday, Saturday to show up in the days they are open.

The idea is: Table: Projects Field that identifies the logged-in user: Criado por Field that identifies the originating page: Página Acesso Limit of records per user per page: defined in the script (e.g., 3) Desired behavior: if the user tries to create more than the limit, the extra record should be automatically deleted. ObjectiveI would like to automatically import files (PDF or other formats) into Airtable, from either: a local directory, or a Google Drive folder. ContextI currently have a CSV file containing the drawing numbers.However, since it’s not possible to include file attachments directly in a CSV, the corresponding files (PDF drawings, images, etc.) are stored separately in a folder.RequirementI would like each file to be automatically matched with the correct record in Airtable, based on the drawing number, in order to consolidate all data and files into a single, centralized table. Thank you in advance for your help.

When the work on a project starts, the user will generate a Purchase Order (PO) (third table) and add multiple materials through the interface. Hi.We are using Airtable to display data about our system landscape. We want to share this data with our organization, and have therefore crated links and added these to our internal CMS system.If the link is shared to somebody outside our organization, the information should not be available. We tired to handle this with the “Access restricted to our email domain”, but found out that it requires that the use is an airtable user. If we don’t make any restrictions that link can be accessed by anyone how has it.In the perfect solution, we would like that only our Active directory users have access to the shared link. Is there any way to solve this?Thanks in advance.

HiI want to be able to generate a barcode/QR code upon approval of incoming goods.Once generated, each packet that has been approved (receipted) from incoming goods needs to be able to be printed in bulk along with the details of each packet.The packet tag will then need to be viewed within Softr interface when scanned via the users mobile camera.Anyone have experience with making this work with Softr as front end (for taking the camera scan) with AT as backend? I have a base that I’ve published as a library, let’s call it Part Numbers. It only has two fields - a Part Number and a description. I have 2 or 3 other bases that are pulling in this library as a table, and they’re linking records to it.I now need to make some updates to the Part Numbers base - some individual #s may be deleted, or descriptions might be changed, etc. If I upload a new CSV to the main library base and overwrite everything that’s there, but many of the #s never change at all, will the linked records in other bases stay linked?

Hi everyone, I have been troubleshooting this for hours. This is an automation that used to work and suddenly it no longer does. I have an automation, triggered by a button, It’s a simple form submission and the button triggers the creation of various new records in different tables. Many of these records are linked. The Links are written by the automation. All of this works great. But for the last of the records, that is supposed to be created, it does not. The records IS created, however the linked records are not connected. I am linking to records that were created in earlier steps. And linking these records in the earlier steps was no problem. I do not get error messages or anything. The link simply does not get written. Any thoughts?

Hi Airtable builders!Thanks to SyncBase (my Airtable - Shopify integration), you can now create new Shopify Products and Variants directly from Airtable. How does it work?Once you installed the app (can be found on the Shopify App Store), select “Products & Variants” as data you want to sync.  The app will create for you new synced-tabs into a new base (or an existing one if you’d prefer). In the Products tab you will be able to create new records (blank or with already prefilled data). Each new record creation will trigger a product creation in Shopify (draft status, no stress :D). => And of course, you will then be able to edit all this Product data from Airtable too.  Happy to get your feedback a

Recently we have been displaced due to flooding in our apt, I wanted to create a base to track the items which need replacing and repair along side with an image to have an overview and then send to our insurance. Has anyone created a similar base or have a base template that is similar? Thank you for your help it is greatly appreciated during this tough time! M

Is anyone aware of eitherA way to HIDE this on interfaces? It is not a good look when providing access to outside parties that this was edited by AI etc. or to have these blank boxes in interfaces. If Airtable plans to get rid of that in general? If no plans to hide that commentary, I need to adjust my layouts :)

I need help 😥I’m currently trying to import a CSV file into one of my bases under a Teams plan workspace, but I’m receiving an error message stating that the maximum allowed file size is 5 MB  which, as I understand, applies only to Free plans.Could you please confirm why this limit is being applied to my paid workspace and help me resolve it? Hi everyone.  I have built a database of car images that dynamically filters models down to by the make selected, the trim by the model selected, and so on.  When I build out an interface the dynamic filtering functionality works as intended (if I select Audi in my dropdown on the interface, when I select my model filter it is automatically limited to Audi models.)  However, my issue begins when I share the interface.  Currently I’m sharing the interface to the web with password access.  My team will handle the updating of the interface, and other members of my organization will need to reference the data on a read-only basis.  However, when I send out the share link the dynamic filtering functionality of my drop down no longer function in the same way.  If I select the make Audi, the models no longer filter down to Audi models.  Is there some setting that I’m missing to enable dynamic filtering on a shared interface?

The left sidebar, which contains nothing but the new LLM button, can no longer be collapsed. In an interface that is essentially a series of excel-like rows and tables, every inch of my screen is valuable, especially on a laptop screen. This bar of empty space actively slows down my workflow as it increases the amount of scrolling sideways I have to do, and it also throws off my muscle memory by moving all of the tabs over, and pushes the actual useful information on the left side of the screen away from the edge of the screen where I am used to finding it. Please add an option to move the LLM button to the top right, next to the base history and contact sales buttons, where there is a ton of empty space already. Or, add an option to minimize the sidebar, like we used to be able to. Or better yet, give us an option to hide the LLM button entirely if we are not interested in using it. I know every CEO believes that LLMs are the next big thing that must be

We have 10,000+ clients that need to sign a legal document. I’m thinking I’ll have them authenticate via an Airtable form and then give them a link to a different site where they can sign the document. Anybody done anything like this? What third-party site did you use for signing the document – DocuSign? Something else? Having them download the Airtable app is simply out of the question. Has to be done entirely in web browser and we’re hoping to make it as easy as possible. Any suggestions gratefully received! William

I’m looking to backup all the data in my base and I saw you can do it by automation but I’m not sure how. I don’t see download files as an action, would it need to be done as a script? Ideally I would like this to download into SharePoint but if it downloads locally and I have to upload manually to SharePoint that is fine.

Hi! I have recently made an integration with airtable and google docs to create documents via webhook. I’m trying to figure out a way to integrate this document to docusign via ‘send a document to sign’ module but can’t figure out how to set this up. I’m a little overwhelmed and trying to find the best place to start - I dont know what I need because i dont know what airtable is capable of at the moment. which course should i begin with in the academy? where did everyone learn airtable? i want to be a master!
