This might be a bit difficult, because it involves both Typeform and Zapier as well as Airtable. I’m having two issues but both are overlapping. In my Typeform I have some questions that are multiple choice with the option for multiple or single select. One of the questions asks about which states the person is involved with and has them all listed out. One person might just choose one state and the next might choose five. When I plug this data into Zapier, it comes across as one lump instead of individual selections so it doesn’t match up with the multiple select field in Airtable unless the person just selects one. Does anyone know how to fix this? In my Typeform, I have a question similar to the one above that lets the person choose what field they are in. Some people select only one, but several select more than one. This works with a linked field in Airtable. I create a Make.com automation that sends out a transactional email to the customer when a new record is created in my enrollments table.  The last step in the automation is to update the Enrollment record so show that the Confirmation Email was sent out by updating the record with today’s date.It’s a rather basic setup, but every time I test it out I am getting a “404 Not Found” error when Make tries to update the record.I have checked the Input / Output in the error, but I’m not finding anything useful.  The OAuth connection is working fine to pull the records, and the Base / Table / Field names are all pulled from the dropdowns.  I also checked the Base ID, Table ID, and Field ID from the output bundle, and they are correct.Airtable Update node 404 Error

Hey I’m using zapier to link my typeform to an airtable, which is all working fine apart from the multi-select type form (choose 1-3 options). It is not linking to airtable’s multi-select field type correctly. Attached is what I’m getting - all inputs are in one entry instead of separate. I’ve even manually added all of the input options in the field on airtable. The workaround would be to use 3 separate single entry questions in typeform but this is not very user friendly and would mean separate fields which also doesn’t help when comparing data. Please help! interested if anyone has managed to do this or have i reached airtable’s limits? How it is How it should look

I have two separate bases. When a form is submitted in base1, a record is created. When a specific record matches a condition, i want to use an automation to create a record in base2.Ive tried using the sync feature in the data layer, which appears to pull base2 data layer into base1 data layer but when i go to the automation, the table I want to create a new record in is there, but is greyed out and cant be selected. I went through permissions with someone from airtable, but we still can’t figure out what the issue is. This is from the automationIn the table field i can see the table i want to create a new record in, but it is not selectable. IN the data layer, it is listed as grid view  

I am just starting with Airtable and have created a tables of Jobs, Crew, and Crew Assignments. I am trying to show where we have assigned the same crew member to multiple jobs where the dates overlap. I’m integrating Typeform with AirTable and all is working great with most fields but not with single-select and multiple-select fields. Documentation states these AirTable fields map to Typeform fields that are Multiple Select, which is what I used. When mapping these fields in my block, I can enable my AirTable select field but the equivalent fields in Typeform are greyed out so cannot be selected. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hi,I’m building a weekly service planner in the new Airtable Interface (Calendar element).My setup uses:  Pradžios laikas (Start date/time) – editable date field Pabaigos laikas (skaičiuojamas) (End date/time) – a computed formula field  The interface does not allow dragging or even showing the computed end date properly.Also, I cannot find any option to limit visible working hours (e.g. 08:00–18:00) — the calendar always displays 24h. My goal:  Display a weekly calendar (for 5–6 working days) Show jobs only between 08:00–18:00 Allow visualization using a computed end date

As my company’s Enteprise Admin, the Admin Panel Sync feature has been incredibly helpful for system maintenance audits.However, it would be even better if the workspace and base descriptions were available fields in the Admin Panel Sync. I could use it to have AI scan the descriptions and summarize all the work being done across the company, identify any duplicate efforts, and find opportunities to streamline workflows across teams. For large companies, this would be best/easiest way to govern Airtable usage effectively.

It seems so weird that Airtable doesn't have text color options in the long text field, even when rich text is enabled.Is there any plan to add this feature in the future? My team heavily uses colors in text fields in spreadsheets and in Notion and while trying to migrating fully to AT, this is a big turn down

I am hoping to use Airtable Forms to manage applications for a grant, but I am running into issues in finding the best way to export the results so I can review each application/record individually. Clearly exporting to .csv is not the best way to do this. Further, the grant requires an attachment upload. For a simpler grant, I used page designer to print to PDF each record, and pulled in the required fields in order to evaluate. The application data takes up one page, so I just print the pages I need. This is becoming harder as more applications are received, however, because the print options are only “print current record” or “print records in a specific view” (i.e. my entire grid/all results). What I need is to only export/print certain records that have not been reviewed yet. For the more complicated grant, I want to export each record including the attachment. Not export the entire grid to CSV then download each attachment. Is this going to be possible? Each appl

Is it possible to change the sent from email, from the default of automations@airtableemail.com to something of our choice? Or by a per project basis?

I want to update a record when a field condition is met, and currently the “Update Record” automation only seems to use any value/change to the field. What I am trying to do when the “Status” field is updated, and ONLY when it’s Value is changed to “Used” do I want to execute the update. Right now when the value is changed from Used to Unused, it runs the automation. Any guide on what combination of actions I can use to do this?

We have an interface where previously (before UI change) we were able to apply a filter to limit the data that was shown but now when you try to add a condition it just shows the hover “Cannot filter on fields”

I’m importing some data into a new base and there’s a field that has update notes on different lines all formatted the same. I’d love to figure out an automation to add each line to a linked table as separate updates connected to the parent field. If I use an automation to update fields, does it update the fields in the order listed in the automation? So can I copy data from the existing fields first then update the fields with new data all in the same automation? If they update in order why can't I rearrange the order? just have to delete and reorder them all manually...

I have a Single Select field field that I want to allow users to be able to add new options too when they are in Create Form interface. Since this is not possible, are there any workarounds/alternative designs that anyone has used?My thoughts:1. Using Linked Record is also not possible, since it doesn't allow new record creation from the Create Form interface. 2. Using a text field and then automating creation of the option in Single select also is not possible since I believe it doesn't allow update of the Single Select options through "Run Script" in automation?

Okay, looking for brainstorms/solutions. I use Go High Level for almost all of my business management. The one area where I struggle mightily to rely on GHL is calendars. So, I'm implementing Airtable. All my events. All in one place. Folks can register for more than one at a time. GLORIOUS. Until I want to send confirmation emails & reminder emails/texts. I'm trying to decide whether it's easier to do that communication through Airtable and then send it over to GHL for record keeping, OR....whether to send registration info to GHL and then handle all confirmations/reminders from there. I need easy/medium difficulty (with Chat GPT assistance!) to create and reliable replication as we grow. Suggestions????
