Hello All, I’m looking to see what my options are to create and download a csv file generated from a base, but with a very specific format. Right now I have a script that loads records from the base, creates a stringified csv document, and then saves that string into a multiline text cell in a different table. The issue is that in order to use that text, I have to copy and paste the contents of the cell into a text document, save as a csv, then open in Excel. Does anyone know of a way I could directly trigger a download of the csv, or even save it as a downloadable attachment in cell instead? Thanks!

Hello,  At the moment we have our planning tool in google sheet - per name / per day / what to do (fixed sessions per week) I want to add the planning to my airtable base (which i have done now) BUT:at the moment i have per day - per person - per week But if i have to change the date every week - it will be a task extra How can I do this so that I have a planning for weeks/ maybe months etc..

HiIs anyone encountering intermittent issues with the API.Sometimes it take 2 min to get data, at time a few seconds?

I would like to build a field agent(s) that extract data from an attachment uploaded to one field, and the enters the extracted data into corresponding fields in the same record. Example: .jpg or .pdf contains a customer’s name, DOB, email, etc. I would like for the field agent to then extract the data from the attachment and enter it into similarly titled fields, i.e. name, DOB, email, etc. Is this possible? Any insight/instructions? Thank you! 

Hello the Community !I received a message informing me that I needed to upgrade my Airtable access. I assumed this was because I had reached one year of usage, so I proceeded with the payment of the requested USD 240.However, after logging into my account, all my databases disappeared. I can no longer access any of my bases, and I would like to know how I can recover them or regain access.Last year, I paid for Airtable with my personal email/account, and this year I made the payment using my professional email/account. Hello everyone,In short, I am trying to use an automation to combine multiple single select linked fields into a single multi select linked record.I have two bases: projects and team. Depending on the complexity and size of the project, there may be 5-15 resources assigned. We assign these resources through their own single select linked field so that we can utilize the timeline/utilization function. This makes doing things for the entire team complicated - such as creating a distribution list for the team members -  as we have to create a lookup field for each resource's email, another field to combine them, and another field to format it. I thought a simple automation could address this issue. It is pretty simple: when one of the 15 single select linked records is updated, it updates the multi select "team" field with all the assigned resources. In the United States, an invoice is very different from what the government of Mexico asks for. If the invoice issued in Mexico by Airtable does not have the requirements that that government (SAT) asks for, the expenses in Airtable are not deductible and therefore are much more expensive for all that business that is paying taxes and that is operating within of the law. How can I get an invoice from Airtable with the requirements of the Mexico SAT so that I can deduct the costs of my ads? Invoices issued by Airtable do not meet these requirements. For example, the document must have the RFC (TAX ID) of the issuer and also the RFC of the recipient, and the folio.

Why do milestones created in my “Critical Path” interface (Program Plan table) with linked Workstream and Function Area field not show up in my “Plans by Function Area” interface (Plans by Function Area table), even though milestones created from the Plans interface do show in Critical Path – and how can I make additions from both interfaces appear in each other?

Hello - I duplicating an automation and was able to make 7 duplications but I am not able to duplicate anymore. Is there a limit on how many we can duplicate? 

I’ve run into a problem that I can’t solve.I’m using a Rollup field, and I need to get the total for the previous month.I’m using the filter “Date – is within – the past month”, but it gives me the total for both the current and previous months.When I set fixed dates for the previous month (from the 1st to the last day), the calculation works correctly.Below, I attached a screenshot with my filter settings and the result.I expected the numbers to be the same with this configuration, but they are different.The issue is that I can’t use fixed dates, because I need the period to be calculated dynamically.  

I’m working on a script in an automation (triggered when new record enters a view) where I need to collect some variables (from the record that triggered the automation) to include in an outbound web hook. Is there any way to control the image sizes I get served from an Airtable Attachment field via API? My API docs tell me I can access “thumbnails” in sizes “small” (width 72 on one image), “large” (width 1024 on one image) and “full” (3000 on one image)… But… “full” is not a thumbnail at all, it’s the source image. “large” is too large. “small” is just too small. It feels like there’s a missing middle size here. But it’s not supplied. Is there any way to constrain the size of an output image?

Hi team!I have to create an app to analyze interviews, extract discussed topics and suggest social media posts, based on the topics. Similar to the one Alex McDonnel showed here.It should have three datasets: Interviews, Topics and Posts. Omni created the app and filled it with some examples. Everything looks great, but when I add the new interview no topics or posts are created.Could you tell me how to fix it? 

I’m perplexed as to why buttons created in the data view cannot yet work in Interface view.  How has this not been worked out?   

Hello, I am syncing my calendar to Airtable, but once I did so out of the items on the calendar it is broken up into two separate kinds of events, so a sure-fire way to be able to separate and organize them is item one right now I have an automation whenever and events/ record is created it tags (single select) either one or the other with Nobody edit permission as very rare will items float between the different types. Secondly, so many of the calendar meetings are canceled or deleted. I want Airtable to follow when that happens, but also snap back live on the calendar if it is brought back into the calendar. Anything to help me head in the right direction would be appreciated.

Currently using Airtable to store all my Training Recordings for teams. I have a interface built out for these training but when it shows up blank in the interface because there is no thumbnail/preview in the data side. I can click onto the recording which will play the video but there’s no thumbnail. Am I able to customize a thumbnail image or add a picture?
