Hi,i am creating 3 tablesINVENTORY, SUPPLIER, PRICEINVENTORY contains every items SUPPLIER is just supplier namePRICE containsLinked table INVENTORY, linked table SUPPLIER, currency field.thefeore i have:SupplierA ProductA usd10SupplierB ProductA usd9 I want to design my INVENTORY table so that i can see the min price with the corresponding supplier. I did rollup the price and it is easy. How about the corresponding supplier? How do i rollup this?Thanks

Hi all, I’m currently trying to set-up a pie chart via Airtable’s ‘Blocks’ function. Is there any way to choose my own colour for each of the segments? The default colour scheme that my pie chart is using is completely contradictory from the labels of each of my segments - and I can’t find a way to change it. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. I have a script that has been working for over a year, but now will not update records.  I sync a table from another base to a second tab in main base.  I then use the following script I was given over a year ago (can't remember where I got it).  It has worked great to look at the synced tab to see a unique ID (emp #) and then pull that onto the main table and pull multiple records from the syned tab.  Now when I run it the script runs super fast and doesn't update anything even though I have matching Unique IDs.Here is the script I am using://Substitute "Orders" for table name which contains values//on which you want to run the vlookuplet mainTable = base.getTable("Covid LOA");let mainTableRecords = await mainTable.selectRecordsAsync({fields:["emp"]});//Substitute "Product" for table which contains range to searc

Hi, I'm pretty new to Airtable and currently just exploring if it will be viable for our company to use. The set up I have is two tables, one for learners and one for workshop sessions.  The sessions table has names etc and a field linked to the learners table that shows the attendees booked on the session (multiple select allowed). The learners table has a similar field linked to the sessions table showing the sessions that they are booked on to (again multiple selections allowed). What I would like to be able to do is have a new field on the sessions table that for example shows the attendees that did not show up (nothing fancy I would just use a linked field to the learners table and just input the learners manually, again multiple select allowed). But then I want a corresponding field on the learners table showing the names of sessions they have not attended, is there a way to populate this with the session name (stored on the sessions table) based on the d

Hello guys,I'm trying to create a formula for the main Name field on my table.I just can't do it, I'll be more than glad to write here the details and if someone can write the formula for this it will be great, and i will also learn that way how to create one in the future.My table is data from the computer inventory list in my office.I want the Name field to first start with the "User" field (the field type is "Link to another record" ) and after that it will have one space and then a Comma and then another space before the next field.Next I want the "Model" field (Single line text) and after that it will have one space and then a Comma and then another space before the next field.The last one is the field "Product ID" (field type is also Single line text) ,  before the field content i want it to have the letters/signs "ID:" and the one space and the the field content.For example i have the "User” John Jakson , he have a computer with the "Model" Apple MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2021)

When automating from Airtable, all day outlook calendar events show as busy not free.Why is this basic functionality not available? It's causing issues for our organisation as users are not able to book time when we have an all day reminder from air-table. Other platforms like zapier etc have the ability to alter the state of 'show-as'.Is there anything in place to fix this?

Airtable accounts are a lookup field.Base Asset Tracker - Synced to Project Tracker to assign assets, pulls over information like producers. Also synced to Personnel base to assign assets to people. The synced Project table on the asset tracker currently pulls over the producer information but obviously as a single test field with the producers in a string out. Hello! I share my Airtable calendar view to my Google calendar so that I can see dates for different clients. A few days ago, I changed a date for a few projects and they're not reflecting on my Google calendar. I've refreshed and unselected the "Sync" button on my Google calendar app and it's still showing the old dates.  Do you know why this is happening? The dates that are showing in Airtable, I need them to show on my Google calendar correctly.

My daily use of my base involves a lot of calculations. Lately, AT is slow to the point of being unusable while doing these calculations. The base just hangs at "saving" until I manually refresh. I've split the base into four so that the base I'm now working in has a quarter of the records I used to work with, but this has not improved performance. Is there anything else I can try?

Hello all My script below, looks through records in a table to find any records that have a field value that matches the record that kicked-off the script (automation) when a button was clicked. The field used for the condition is a Single Line Text field (Tracker Cycle ID). The actual value being compared is passed into the script via input.config (matchCycleID).  I do not get an error but the script does not work as intended and the script editor tells me "This condition will always return 'false' since the types 'string' and '{ readonly matchCycleID: string; }' have no overlap.(2367)".  I would assume the value of the field being passed into the script via input.config is a different type of 'string' than the value in the record being compared (record.getCellValueAsString('Tracker Cycle ID')).  As a test, if i rewrite the comparison (line 6 below) as: if (record.getCellValueAsString('Tracker Cycle ID') === "Tracke

Hi…I have a field with ‘arrival date’, a field with ‘terms’ (which is days prior to arrival payment is due. This is a number and varies from record to record)(Both are lookup configurations) and I want the third field to calculate the date it would be if the terms number (such as -3) is subtracted from the ‘arrival date’. I tried DATEADD({arrival date},terms,‘days’) but it didn’t work. I experimented with DATEADD({arrival date},-3,‘days’) and with the ‘terms’ look up field just being an integer instead of the look up and those did work so I am not sure how to do this. Thank you!!

Hi all. I'm trying to embed a base that has five tables. Only the first table embeds. When I click it open I can see the other four tables (linked) but I can't click through to them. What am I missing? I know it's probably staring me in the face but I can't figure it out nor find an answer anywhere here. Thanks!

Hello,I, like many here in the AirTable forums, have dealt with seemingly "random" file deletions. One of the issues with this bug is that it is often sporadic. However, I have recently refactored one of my cloud processes that processes data from a record, generates a data file (application/json type) and puts it back into the record. I have a consistent set of records that I can run this process on, and I can literally watch my process write in all of the files, and then anywhere from 1-20 seconds later I see the files deleted  realtime! I know that my code is doing nothing to actually delete the files, and you can even tell from the record history that something is awry because the original file write is by our "Software" user and it specifies the Users token, and then the deletion is also done by the "Software" user but no token is specified (see attached screenshot). I feel confident that I have no old API key based processes that would be doing this action. (As an aside

Hello community!I have a problem, which I've been unable to resolve myself.I have two different tables, of which one table contains different entrees (table 1), which get combined in the other table in groups (table 2).Now, in the first table (table 1) with different entrees all entrees have a name connected to it.But in the other table (table 2) that groups these entrees the name should also be shown (rollup from table 1).Now the problem is that the groups of tables exists mainly from entrees with the same name. And if I show the name through rollup, I see the name many times, not just one time. I would like to only show the name once if the entrees all contain the same name.Hope my explanation is clear.Does anyone know how to do this?

Is there any way to search for emoticons (any of them) in a text field, and replace with something like a dash or space? Is there a code for emoticon that allows a formula to search for this? Emojis and emoticons are often put into titles of blogs, but I am curating titles and creating url’s out of them, but want to remove any trace of these.

Hello guys! I’m new here and I’m still learning about Airtable, but I’m really enjoying it! I have some doubts about formulas, I would be very happy if they work for what I need, here are my doubts: 1 - Is there any way to add numbers in a column automatically every time you turn the month? For example: Column “parcels” on 12/22/2021 = 1 on 01/22/2022 = 2 and so on? This would be very useful because here in Brazil we make purchases in installments, so the number of installments, changing month by month alone, would make it much easier. 2 - Is there any way for the formulas to understand the “unique selection fields”? I would like to create a formula like: If the “unique selection field” has the option “green” the answer is 1, if it has the option “purple” the answer is also 1, but if it has the option "black " the answer is “1/2” Thanks in advance!

The Team plan is $20 per seat/month billed annually. Does the "per seat" mean users? So if we have 10 editors, it'll be $200 per month? But the plan also says it includes unlimited editors. It's very confusing...

Google calendars that are imported to Airtable - it looks like only 20 google calendars are allowed to be imported on a base. If we need more calendars on a base, then we need to create a new base? Is there a way to get more than 20 google calendars on a base? Please see screencast and pic attached

Hi. This seems like something trivial, but I can't seem to find any way to do this. I had synced two tables from a base to another.  During that time, various fields were renamed in Base A (the source table).  I noticed that the fields in Base B do not seem to get renamed as well, yet the sync remains active.  How can I know which is the fieldB name in Base B, which maps to fieldA in BaseA, without having to resort to guessing? 

I have a Date field (Date Asset Added) whose value is entered manually formatted like this:12/8/2023Another field (Date RM) contains this formula: DATEADD({Date Asset Added}, 0, 'day')  which outputs this: 12/8/2023.  12:00am I want to execute an automtion when these two values match, which they don't. So I tried using thiis: DATETIME_FORMAT(DATEADD({Date Asset Added}, 0, ‘days’), ‘M/D/YYYY’)) which outputs this: 2023-12-08T00:00:00+00:00  I think that DATETIME_FORMAT turns the date value into text. In any case, what formula can I use to get the value of the field Date RM to match the value in Date Asset Added? 

Hello,I want to make an automation to send an email at a specific time. When I choose the trigger "at a scheduled time" and go to write the message of the email, I can write a message, but I cannot input any data from the base. When I click on the blue plus sign in the upper right corner, the only options are "actual trigger time," "expected trigger time," and "next trigger time" (pictured below). How can I pull data from the base, such as "dear [insert name]"?Thank you.
