I have 20 project managers. Every Monday i need to email each of them independently their list of jobs that meet specific criteria they need to take action on. I have a table called “Tickets” that my team enters project requests. Each ticket has a due date. A second table called “tasks” are specific things that need to be done to complete the project. Some of these tasks must be done a specific number of days (lead time) before the ticket due date to meet the deadline.I have a third table with standard tasks with a field called “lead time” that I use as a template to populate the tasks for each project.I want to be able to automatically enter the task due date based on the pre-defined lead time and the ticket due date. These dates need to editable to account for holidays and other conflicts, so I can simply use a formula.I want to create an automation that will look at the ticket due date and calculate the task due date (subtract number of days from said task due date) and enter it into the task due date. I can handle most of the automation, but I’m a bit out of my league trying to grab data from one tabl

Hello community,In our company we use Airtable in the Business version. This includes about 100 technicians who also have access.Since I now also use Airtable privately for our club, I’ve been thinking a bit about accounts and costs. This led me to the following thought:If I, as the workspace owner, have a Business plan, do all others who only fill out forms and enter data only need a Teams plan?Am I understanding this correctly? Or do all accounts need to be on the same plan level in order to work within the same workspace?

Hey all!  I work in higher education, and we use Airtable to do a lot of our forms and petitions. When students submit these forms, we require them to include their unique 10-digit student ID.  I am trying to do two main things: Whenever a form is submitted, the ID number is checked. If the ID number has not been used in a form submission before, it creates a “student profile” in a new table.  All forms that are submitted with the same ID number are grouped under the same “student profile” so that our colleagues using the interface will be able to see all forms submitted by a student.  Does anyone have any advice?

A couple months back, I asked for help deleting lines of text beginning with the word ‘Highlight’ and was given this great formula: REGEX_REPLACE({Hook},".*Highlight.*\\n\n?","") It has been a huge time-saver but something I forgot to ask with my original question is if there is a way to add a blank line/line break where those lines were. I have a form where respondents need to be able to select a topic and then see the draft definition of that topic. The problem is that the definitions are long and I cannot figure out how to make the form show the entire definition. I’ve included screen caps below.Is there a way to resize the field space that is offered in a form so that the longer text is visible?  

I’m trying to build an automation so that if I put ‘Regular’ in the ‘type’ column in the bookings table it will automatically populate the ‘populate issues’ column in the same table with all the entries in a list (‘issue date’) from the ‘Issues’ table. I can’t work out how to build this automation and get a ‘Received invalid inputs’ error. Can anyone help?

When I go to print a view or table, and hit the print icon, it goes “gray”.

In the left view column I have created forms. I also see that at the top of the page there is a row of links; Data, Automation, Interface, Forms. My question is should the forms created in View be duplicated in Forms or are they separate functions?Thank you if you can help.

My team recently inherited responsibly for the admin of an 850 seat Airtable enterprise license.We’re not an IT team; we’re just enthusiastic end users of Airtable, so we’re new to being admins.My question: is it possible to determine who gave out an editor license?When I go into the admin panel and hover over someone who was just upgraded, I get messages like:“[user name] was Editor on base [base name] on [date]” “[user name] was Creator on base [base name] on [date]” “[user name] made edits to workspace [workspace name] on [date]Is this telling me their last activity in Airtable?Is there a way to figure out who gave out the editor license they’re using?Thanks

I'm getting a pop-up saying "This form was upgraded" when I edit one of my forms.  I've tried both options it gives me, but I can't get the message to stop popping up.  It's unclear what to do.

I'm creating an athlete database. I want to create a column that shows where an athlete ranks, for various metrics, relative to everyone else. For example, let's say someone is 6'9" tall and that puts the athlete in the top 2% of all the athletes in the database. How can I calculate that for that athlete (and every other athlete)? Hello - We are creating a way to track social media posts for our clients. Clients will ask us to make a certain number of social media posts on their behalf, we then want to keep track of how many social media posts have been made and how many are still required for each client contract.
