Buenas tardes a todos, tengo una tabla de clientes que tiene un campo casilla de verificación que se llama Realizado, y me gustaria crear una automatizacion que cada 12 horas el campo de verificación realizado se modifique a 0. quiero decir que recorra toda la lista clientes y modifique el campo a 0 que todas las casillas marcadas se desmarquen. gracias.

I currently have a table called template table with about 100 items in it. I want to run an Airtable Automation, so when a new record is created in a second table (Request Table) and the name of the record matches the name in a field from the Template Table, I have a step to find all records with that name in them. Let’s say for that new record from the Request table there are 10 matching records in the template table. What I want to do now is go into a new table and copy those 10 records and essentially create 10 new records in the new table with all of that information.I created an automation for this consisting of 3 parts:Trigger: When Record is Created (Request Table)Action1: Find Records (Template Table)Action2: Create Record (New Table) The problem that I am facing is that instead of creating 10 records in the new table, it takes all 10 records found in action 1 and puts 10 items into a single field for all fields in the table I am copying over. I’m running into an issue with an automation that should create a new record in a table and link it back to the source record. Here's my setup: Loom incase you dont want to read below :) I have two tables: New Applications, which contains fields like Full Name, Cohort, Officially Onboarded Date, and Status (single select). Board Buddies, which has a linked record field called Member Who is Onboarded (links back to New Applications). It also has fields like Cohort, Officially Onboarded Date, and Name that are lookups or formulas based on that link. The automation is set up like this: Trigger: When a record in New Applications matches conditions (Status = Roster Member and Officially Onboarded Date = TODAY()). Action: Create a new record in Board Buddies, and set Member Who is Onboarded = {{Record ID}} (from the trigger). I want to make sure I'm not missing something. I have an automation that copies some data columns from one table to another, when a button is clicked on an interface. It does this for batches of data, and I have a checkbox to mark when the automation reviewed a record.This is easy to setup using the Repeating group feature.However, I also now want it to check for duplicates. Rather than creating a new People record, I also want to check if that person exists.This would require using the Conditional Logic tool in automations. However, I can't seem to use both Conditional Logic and Repeating Group. I'd like to 'Repeat' through every record, then use a Conditional Logic by finding if a match exists.I'm guessing my only option would be to script this using Javascript in the automation. Is that correct or am I missing something?
I have an automation that runs everyday, looks for records with certain conditions and if they exist, adds them as a grid to an email that is sent out. The problem is, if there aren’t any records that day, I get an error because it still tries to send the email. Conditional logic(else do nothing) to prevent an email from being sent if there were no records would make sense to use here. I don’t see those options coming up when I try to add actions. Am I missing something or is this a bug? I’m not looking for an script alternative. If there a way to do this using the block logic I’d like to know.
Hello, I am using airtable as a data source project management tool for video editing projects. I have two tables, the first is a table containing all the data about a project then second table contains information about each draft video created for a project, and this table it linked to the master projects table.In my app, I have a table block that displays all the projects we are working on with each project populating a row in the table. In a perfect world I would like a column of that table to tell where what was the last “thing” done in the project. In reality that ask may be too big, so instead I would settle for at least knowing the name of the most recent draft video posted to a project.I need populate a field in the projects table with whatever the most recent row in the drafts table that is related that project.For example, we have a row that contain info on project “football game”, and there a field called “current draft”. Hello, I need help in resolving an issue with an automation I created that includes an integration with documint. The workflow begins with a form where several names can be submitted to recieve an award certificate. In my automation each of those names creates a record in a table and then upon creation of the record I have the “award” generated in Documint. It seems that Documint cannot handle multiple requests at once, so it kicks back an error. I need to create a delay between requests in some way. any suggestions?
I am using the Python client for the Airtable API. I am trying to read records from a multiple select column, and all I get back are values that look like the following: ['reccUldOjxhd0jlJW']. These seem to be a hash or maybe a pointer? How can I get the actual values?

The challenge is that our teams are a mix of: Internal Employees: (e.g., our Project Manager, Principal, Dev Engineer) who are managed in a dedicated Team Members table with specific internal data like their job titles. It is my understanding that it is best practice to keep your employees in a separate table from the standard Contacts CRM table. External Stakeholders: (e.g., the Client's Property Manager, an external MEP Engineer, a contact at an incentive program) who are managed in our main Contacts table, which is linked to a Companies table. Hey All, I am stuck trying to change a ROLLUP % field into a string so that it can be displayed in an automated GoogleDoc. At the moment when I try to create a string it fails to display anything in GoogleDoc tests, just shows a blank space. In the automation plain I can select the field without a problem. The ROLLUP % I am trying to turn into a string is a summary of one of the criteria in our survey → the roll up field is called “CourseDesign%” IF(values, (AVERAGE(values) / 5)) My attempt at creating a string is: IF(LEN(CONCATENATE({CourseDesign%}))>0,CONCATENATE((ROUND({CourseDesign%}*100))&“%”)) Any assistance appreciated! I have a list of “Hire Days” in a table. Each record has a bunch of information including the assets being used on that hire day, the staff member and the Day (as in Date) of that hire day. When a ‘new record’ is created, it want it to trigger an automation. The automation will be a script that compares the day and the asset of the new hire day record. If there is already a record with the same day AND same asset, I want the script to produce “Clash”, otherwise “No Clash”. Can anyone help me?
Hey guys, Anyone ever made a inventory management system that handled multi level assemblies? Looking to build something that will help me track assemblies with various quantities or parts inside them, various warehouse locations and hopefully also link back to zapier for integration with a website. I would like to be using a full ERP system but they estimate months to have it implemented so looking for something in the mean time. Database would only have around 70 finished parts made up from 200 or so parts total. If anyone has a template would be amazing! Thanks
Hi,We’re trying to analyse operational and financial data longitudinally, over time, where e.g. weekly sales averages would be shown in a table in an interface.I know I can have averages with Numbers in a dashboard, but it’s not possible to calculate averages in formulas (like in Excel, one can sum vertically across a certain field). This would e.g. allow us a rolling 6 month sales average.Another need is to be able to create projections, based on historical data. For this one would need the earlier mentioned longitudinal averages, and then have some coefficients that one can change and make scenarios. Any ideas how to achieve that?Multiple columns each consolidating data for a certain week? That becomes difficult since neither weeks or month can be defined as “after/before” a certain number, only the previous and the next are available directly.rgds,Björn
Hi all, I’m having a hard time finding an answer to something that seems like it should be easy, but I can’t quite figure it out and other examples don’t fit my use case very nicely. I tried making sense of dynamic filters, but it wasn’t doing what I needed it to. I’m working on an advertising sheet across multiple vendors, categories, months, and stores. In essence, we have one tab in our sheet where all of our bills get dumped. It has the vendor name, amount, and single-selects for month, store code, and category. I’m creating a linked database that creates a pivot table of all of the vendors as the rows and columns for each month of the year, using rollups to calculate how much we spent with each vendor each month. Sounds simple. However, I’m running into issues with trying to filter the table by store. Many stores utilize the same vendors, so when I try to filter by store code, it’s totaling all of the bills per month for each vendor that the store code I selected utilizes. The iss
spreadsheets Hi, I’m trying to recreate the structure of the attached spreadsheet in Airtable, but I'm running into trouble because each checklist item needs a different field type. I'm a PM, and I'm building a checklist that I want to go through once per project. Each checklist item requires a different field type. After discussing with ChatGPT, I was told that if there are 10 field types, I should create 10 separate fields and input each item only into its corresponding field type. But this checklist isn't just for me — about 20 team members will need to fill it out frequently. If it's structured this way, it becomes very inconvenient for everyone to use. What would be the best way to structure this kind of checklist in Airtable?
I think this is a new issue, but now when I try to return an array (as a list) from an Automation, the value is empty. If I convert it to a string, it returns the string value (see code and output below).The array looks ok in console.log(). It’s just a series of ID numbers.

I'm building an inventory system and I want to link products across different categories. I tried using linked records, but I'm not sure it's the best approach. Does anyone have tips or alternatives?
i have been working on some new automations and i just ran into an issue that i haven’t seen before. existing automations that (i assumed) have been working fine are not displaying correctly. they are showing what looks to be a Record ID instead of the field. and when i try to edit the conditions, it errors out. i reached out to support, but who knows if i will hear back from them.any ideas?
Hello: I'm wondering if anyone has figured out any clever ways to get what's in an extension onto an interface. We have a couple custom-built extensions that we'd like to display on interfaces so we can leverage the interface permissions. Right now, we have to open up our entire base to someone in order for them to view the extension. Any ideas on workarounds or how you may have managed to display extension data on an interface. Below is a screenshot of what one extension looks like.
I have a situation just arise in the last hour. In Script, when I use the select control to get a field from a Find action, instead of returning the Field Name, it returns the Field ID. The selection process seems normal, and I see the field name and the value in the picker, but it returns the field ID instead, which does not work. It’s happening in several places. I’ve tried shutting down and opening again and creating a new automation, but I can no long select fields. Any thoughts?
